Whatever you present will get you the visa or a refusal. Why u got this in the first place is because Ure a step closer to the visa. Don't be afraid. Let me give u a clue, one of the reasons you got that is simply because the bank statement and/or bank letter you submitted is different from the format they receive from that particular bank. I heard alot of procedural fairness that got the visa. Whatever you put in defence will make or mar your application.

Well meaning nairalanders already asked u to get a bank letter. If I may ask, does the account number and account name exist?
Also get a notary public letter, u can also get a court affidavit as the third document. Ask your bank to issue a reference letter stating you are a customer and the letter will include when u opened the account, for how long it's been operational. What God cannot do does not exist. Be positive and hopeful and mistakes sometimes turn around to miracles.

If yes kindly post the link from Canadian government's website.
It's always better to post accurate information IMO as sadly some people base their uninformed choices on what they read on threads/social media. I've meet folks that got scammed/ran out of funds in Canada because of inaccurate information.

I honestly hope those with VV in Canada already find LMIA work however difficult it is. But try to not overstay your Visa, go back and re strategize with all the first-hand experience you'd have acquired.

Haba! How can u say due to tons of application they are rejecting money. Think about that statement, who no want money, which government doesn't want money? The issue is this...if their payment gateway suspect your dollar card is not registered for 3D secure authentication it won't go through. I once used sterling bank dollar card and when I tried to use if for someone else it declined, so I guess it was because the first time I used the sterling card, it was approved without 3dsecure code. So I had to use my GTB USD credit MasterCard for the person before it was approved.

Also, do you know if that netspend card carries a U.S billing address and you want to use it here in Nigeria, your IP address must be U.S IP address?

I think it's goodnews. If not, u would have been refused outrightly and I guess it's because it's highly likely it's not your first application.
What documents were u expecting. You only need to submit documentary evidence with a letter or just a letter with cogent reasons why you didn't declare it. Is it your first application, if not your first application and you declared USA visa during your first application, start packing your bags then.

You are supposed to link that refusal portal to this one to update your biometrics and if u paid another biometrics fee, u obviously didn't link the previous refusal and if that's why u avoided declaration of previous U.S refusal, there may be redflags sir.

Declaring only ur Canada visa application refusal does not supersede anything. It's necessary u declare all visa refusal especially US and UK after Canada
My first application was refused because I didn't declare my US visa refusal.

Put your mind at rest tonero. If you have ordered GCMS notes before you will know better. For a first timer, it's imperative to disclose your refusals but during your second Canadian application, disclosure of your previous Canadian visa supercedes every other. If you disclosed the previous refusals during your first application, it will still be on record.

Yes it is possible. It is called visitor record. They can do it themselves by just applying online without involving any lawyer.

Good day guys, Please, I was issued a study visa after over a year of applying but the date on the study visa wasn't moved forward. I applied for the visa in September of 2021 against January 2022 when I was supposed to resume but I received the visa approval in December of 2022 (1 year 3 months after my application). The approved validity date on the visa is January 2022 to March 2024 (that means, I only have 15 months left on the visa as at when I received the approval). Unfortunately, I had also lost my admission from the school during the waiting period and I had to reapply for a fresh admission. I was eventually issued an admission for January 2024, that means by the time I'II be coming to Canada for study, I'll have just 4 months left on the study visa. Will I still be allowed into Canada? And if yes, will I still be issued my full two years study permit or the study permit will be based on my visa validity? I'II be waiting for your response, thank you.

The visa only gets u on the plane till u receive the study permit at the port of entry. At the port of entry, they will do the needful by issuing a study permit that will cover the duration of your studies from Jan 2024.

It could also be medical related, don't ignore that also. Syphilis alone makes someone medically inadmissible.

2. Did you declare your previous refusals with your Uni? If you did and they offered you an admission that's fine. If you didn't and anything goes wrong you are at risk of losing your deposit fee

2. Declare and summarise to the best of your knowledge. ECOs know how to get more info if they need to

3. If you meet the criteria and your documents are authentic then you should be fine.

Student visa at the moment is still point based, therefore if you meet the points the tendency of getting your visa is high
