I got this message from ukvi early this morning after my enquiry about the progress of my application.

We understand that you would like to know about the current status of your
visa application. I have tracked the status (GWF and date of birth
) and found that the application has been processed and it should
be with you in the next few days.

Please note that your passport and documentation could still take some time
to reach you whilst being sent back from the decision making centre and
whilst other administrative formalities are completed. The visa application
centre will be in contact with you regarding the collection or delivery.

If you have purchased a courier service then your documents will be
dispatched to the delivery address you have provided. We appreciate your
patience while you wait to receive your documents.

If you have not paid for the courier serviced, please ensure to check your
email including your spam/junk/promotion folders to see when you will
receive an email asking you to go and collect your documents.

As per your supporting documents, if your husband has included the prepaid
return envelop, they will be returned to the address provided.

what does this signify?
And will I still get the normal decision made email from them or just emails from the VAC

I need help on this one my ppl.. its about the 28 days rule thing, I received my bank statement after I've submitted my application so as to show my last pay but its seems have made a mistake in that aspect. I normally get pay every two weeks but last pay does not show on my last bank statement so decided to wait for November bank statement which eventually arrived after my application. Does this portend any serious problem for my application? Is just that last bank statement

....thanks Uche. I did include addressed envelope in the package but it wasn't paid for due to the post guy stupidity...is it not possible for them to send my documents back with my envelope
Travel / Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Gbolaboy: 1:51am On Nov 19, 2016
House needs help on this, I submitted my documents today but was unable to pay for special delivery return of my documents. The post office guy said they can't do special return of my documents because of its quantity, he claimed that the service was meant for smaller-letter/documents.

My question is will they send my document back with the envelope I inserted into the package?

Foreveryours201:

That's the address we used. Even when they returned our documents, they put an address sticker on my envelope with that same address. You're good to go. Remember to provide a Self Addressed Envelope (SAE).

thanks a lot

If you have registered with tls there is a link on the website for settlement applications, which opens and it gives you information, including an address of where to send your documents.

Alternatively, in my husband's case when he went to submit his documents in Ikeja, he was given a slip with an address and note giving information as to what address the sponsor is supposed to send their supporting documents to.

Thanks foreveryours...so, I should send the documents to the address on tlscontact website

Another question pls, I just discovered that there was 3p difference on my pay slips for two months, should I get worried over that? If there is a way out what could that be

Good evening house, my wife just submitted her application today, they only requested for her application form, appendix2, Tb certificate and her passport. Is that all they normally request from applicants? I thought the English test certificate ought to be collected by tlcontact ppl as well

You are a star lexusgs430, really appreciate all ur contributions I pray for God guidance over your life. Also appreciate you too Justwise even though your first comment came as a shock to me but still appreciate you too.

To cap it all, other than the defacto thing hope every other area of my application seems in line with Ho requirement?

Way over that ... am not under immigration rule anymore like I said earlier am now British citizen. Is just that there is no way to proof separation like it's obtainable under spouse visa.
Travel / Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Gbolaboy: 5:24pm On Oct 28, 2016
Ve got British Passport now and there is nothing illegal about unmarried visa . Is a visa dedicated to ppl living together akin to marriage 2years cohabitation, but we never made it as far as tying the knot. Is not illegal union it was on there website to see and there is no form of separation which is why am asking from this forum.
Travel / Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Gbolaboy: 5:05pm On Oct 28, 2016
justwise:

Your application looks questionable and suspicious, personally i don't think you should submit it

Why did you say that? mean no disrespect

All my documents are genuine and my relationship. where does that term questionable and suspicious comes from? could that be because am asking questions or what... one more time, just need clarity and not people giving disdain comments
Travel / Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Gbolaboy: 4:57pm On Oct 28, 2016
am guessing is the useless agency people causing this confusion, they are hellbent on not listening to other people needs other than theirs. finger cross i might be fortunate enough with the landlord.

my contractual earning did pushed me way above the threshold.

one last question pls... i was once on unmarried partner visa which i got through my ex but we separated since 2014 before i met my wife. Is there anyway of proving we are no longer together? Though, i asked her to draft a letter to support my application saying since and why we went our separated way couple with the data page of her passport.. any suggestion on this since there is no clear cut way proofing separation in unmarried partner relationship in British law.
Travel / Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Gbolaboy: 4:09pm On Oct 28, 2016
your sense of humour is second to non..

I have a child who will not suffice in the application because she is British. i earned more than £19000 per year.

My main worry is about the accommodation aspect where they specifically requested for a letter from the landlord.

Just remembered the fourth question, on the employment letter they never mentioned anything relating to overtime working but my contractual hours was made known on the letter. though, my contractual hour is more than enough to meet the Ho requirement. Do i need to say anything about the overtime? I think they ought to be able to figure that out on their own ...what do u think?

Try not to call me Oliver Twist yet because am definitely not going to ask for more cheesy

you are a star and very funny person at that..thanks for your good work. am going to answer the questions one after the other..

1.I have been working with the same employer for almost 10 years now and have got all my documents p60, payslips, bank statements etc

2.The information are same as the one on my passport other than the address.

3. I have a tenancy agreement and its one bedroom flat which I'm staying alone. pertaining to the fourth question, still thinking of what to ask but u can guide me on what to ask on the next question cheesy

Hello good people, am in dire need of advise on the spouse visa application about to submit for my wife.

1. is it compulsory to include gross earning on employment letter of someone working on non salaried employment? my employer said is impossible for them to give estimate of my earning.

2. Does address on my marriage certificate mean anything? am based in U.K. but instead filled the marriage form with my Nigeria address..is this something i need to worry myself on?

3. Am having issue getting a letter from my landlord/estate agent. They claimed that my wife name was not on the agreement hence their reluctance in drafting me a letter but waiting on the landlord to make his mind up on the issue but just incase he refused to grant my request is there a way out for me?

thanks in advance
