A large, prominent private school in Lagos is seeking a Transport Manager to oversee a fleet of over 20 school buses and multiple company vehicles. Job responsibilities will include:
• Participate in the design and execution of transportation strategy, policies end procedures
• Develop fleet administrative standards and vehicle operating policies
• Maintain service and repair records of fleet vehicles
• Develop and modify bus routes to ensure efficient/timely pick-up and drop-off of students
• Oversee liaison with maintenance officers and contractors to ensure buses are in good working condition at all times
• Ensure that bus drivers adhere to all rules and regulations
• Prepare a transport operations budget
• Proactively identify potential operational issues and opportunities in the transportation department
• Keep abreast of recent development in the logistics and transportation field

Minimum requirements:
• Good knowledge of bus/car parts and functions
• Good interpersonal skills
• Bachelors degree or its equivalent in any discipline
• Minimum 8 years experience managing a large or mid-sized fleet of (commercial or non-commercial) vehicles
• Experience working in an educational institution is a plus

Responsibilities: Install, configure and support LAN and WAN. Monitor systems and networks to ensure optimum use of bandwidth. Troubleshoot and repair all network related issues. Handle other IT related issues.
Requirements: Minimum CCNA certification, 3+ professional IT years experience, Mathematics, science or engineering degree. Prior experience at an educational institution is a plus.


Job Title: Systems Administrator
Responsibilities: Install, configure and support Microsoft Windows and Linux computers. Configure and maintain Windows domains (Active Directory configuration, File Server management, etc). Assist end users with day-to-day issues. Handle other IT related issues.
Requirements: Experience with Windows server 2003+, 5+ years professional IT experience, Mathematics, science or engineering degree. Prior experience at an educational institution is a plus. Microsoft certifications are a plus. Experience with WordPress and other blogging platforms is a plus.
