I will try to be brief. I want advice on what to do next. Please pardon my typo.
I don't know if this is the right section to post it.

I have been living in this apartment for more than 20yrs with my parents in Lagos. 3years ago my parents left to the village due to health issues and left me staying in the apartment which my brother and cousin joined me. It's a room and parlor apartment which cost #7000 per month. I was paying #5000 per month before it was increased last year january 2021 to #7000 without notice.
I decided to travel to see my parent in the village this march after 3yrs of not seeing them, spent a 3wks+ there and I came back last Saturday. While I was in the village the landlord called demanding for rent which I plan on paying before the end of April (January of this year till now).
He called me saying if I don't pay for 6month stretch he will issue me a quit notice which he did today tho I haven't signed it. I told him I want to consult my lawyer first.
From the notice, it's written I should vacate his apartment before 31st may 2022. Tho I have decided to leave the house, I'm also willing to pay him for the months I have spent there (January of this year till now). My issue is the time frame given to me to vacate the apartment seeing how difficult it is getting a good apartment in Lagos. Please I need advice from lawyers on Nairaland.

If you are an Npower Batch C volunteer under the non graduate category and you were recently posted through your Npower NASIMS portal but you are having issues trying to locate the exact address of your training centre, you can download google map, or simply search for the training centre by typing the exact training centre on your deployment tab into google.com or simply copy the training centre and paste it into google.com and click on maps (see screenshot below) and the exact address of the training centre will be displayed.
Npower non graduates that are yet to be posted should exercise patience and keep checking their deployment tabs for updates on their training venues, all Npower non graduates will be paid ₦10,000 at the end of the month, after completing their enrollment, please you are to resume at your training centre not longer than 3 days after being posted.

I went to where I was posted today only to discover that no training center like that. I was posted to Providence school of catering and event management @ 7, Niyi Ogunleye Street Ojota Lagos.
After spending money going there only to discover that nothing like that exist is disappointing to me.
What can I do now

Since I was little, I have had asthma, Ventolin inhaler had always come to my rescue whenever I had the attack. I was treated as a special kid in school which I don't like until I learnt I could use franol. So I stopped using Ventolin inhaler.
The issue is I can't do stressful stuff like running for 1min because it will be like I'm about to give up the ghost. Prior to yesterday, I took the drugs, after some minutes I could feel my heart stopped functioning while I was still awake. I did some research on Google and discovered that it's as a result of blood potassium level which is low as a result of the constant use of the drug (franol)....
Please doctors I will like to know what to do before it gets too bad for me and I'm financially down even to switch to Ventolin inhaler.
Please I take 1pc morning evening and night, sometimes in the middle of the night I will have to wake up to take the drug before I can be okay.... Making it 4 in a day
Please I need advice here...

A friend on mine informed me of a man sleeping with a 14yr old girl in his apartment with his wife inside not knowing what is happening and the parent of the girl also. We don't know how to go about this because we don't want this to escalate because of the wife who is a good woman, the parent of the girl and also the girl....
Please I need advice on how to go about this so it will end once.

Thanks, the parent of the girl are loyal to the man because of financial reasons and long time respect. Advices are needed.

we haven't spoken to the girl about this because she might get scared and report to the said man and we don't want this to bounce on us

while in school my situation was not different from yours, I still wonder how I was able to finish school with such hardship. I have same intent right now, when I pass over this, the poor I can sacrifice and get to reach will get what they deserve (Education and good life)

I was born into poverty, raised in there, and continue there. My story mad gon. Days I no see good chop for school even now.
Dropped out of school due to financial constrain... Suffered like mad in school because no money, had low grades not because I'm not intelligent but because before you think of reading you have to eat first. Couldn't pay my fees... Professor Dr. Mrs. Ezeh tore my exam script because I no pay school fees in a core EE course.... Which means automatic carry over....
With little hustle, hunger dey kill person because family responsibility dey my head as the first son.
When I make am, I will give my best to the reform of our educational system, give scholarship to the poor and mentor them to the top, while encouraging them to do same....
