Hi.. please I need clarification on this
Mid February I relocated from my previous state to the current state that I am serving now
I met my new LGI and did clearance for February but didn't register my account number in my new state before February alawee was paid so I missed payment though subsequent months I have been receiving cos I later went and did my documentation

Is it possible I will be paid that febuarty pending allowance
Or will the non payment affect my service year in terms of extension
