Politics / President Of Nigerian Community In Bangkok Thailand Mr Gilbert Akudo Ndigwe . by GEOFFERYEMEKA(m): 10:33am On Sep 05, 2013
PRESIDENT OF NIGERIAN COMMUNITY IN BANGKOK THAILAND MR GILBERT AKUDO NDIGWE (aka.KUDOS) GETS ONE-WAY TICKET TO THAI PRISON
When a Nation died in a powerful rage as a result of negative attitude of its leaders and citizens, then a curse is born and the curse will remain at the place of death and those who survived the rage will be consumed be its fury until the curse is reborn.
Anybody can easily dispute Mark Anthony that evil that men do live after them because Thomas Dyilo Lubanga is living with his evil by serving 14 years in prison and the so called Nigerian president in Bangkok Mr. Gilbert Akudo Ndigwe is on his way to Thailand prison for the second time after being caught with cocaine and ice methamphetamine on July 23, 2013. When Mr. Gilbert Akudo Ndigwe vandalized Nigerian embassy in Bangkok because the former ambassador Suleiman refused to allow him to consolidate with his illegal drug business and nothing was done to send him back to Nigeria for prosecution. Even when notable Nigerians in Thailand like Prince Jerry Chike Obinabo the most vocal anti-drug crusader among Nigerians in Thailand and others refused to endorse Kudos as Nigerian president in Thailand because of his illicit activities and nothing also was done.
Before the former ambassador (Mr. Suleiman) left Thailand, he told Nigerians in Thailand that Nigerian image is more important than our personal interest and advised Nigerians to select a Nigerian who is not into any illegal activity to lead Nigerians in Thailand. Kudos is not only into drug business but responsible for 80% of Nigerian citizens languishing in Thai prison. He is so powerful that he bribes his way into the office of Nigerian consular in Bangkok and got an authorized letter from Mr. Henry Offor, (former consular) and also from the present consular Mr. chima to be policing Nigerians in Thailand. He framed up Mr.Dickson Udemezue who is currently in prison and host of others. Other thing about him is that he negotiates with few corrupt Thai police to free any Nigerian caught with illegal drug, thereby enable the person to go back to illegal business again.
In the middle of 1990, 90% of Nigerians in Thailand are Igbo’s and out of this 90%, 88 % are into illegal business while only 2% are into legitimate business. We don’t have ambassador in Bangkok then, but later a Yoruba man Prince Aderale was sent to Bangkok as Nigerian ambassador and Mrs. Azuka Uzoka Emejulu as assistance Ambassador and Mr. Steve Agbana as Consular and the percentage of illegal activities of Igbo’s in Thailand reduced from 88% to 50% while 30% entered into legal business with the help of the consular then Mr. Steve Agbana. After the exit of Ambassador Prince Aderale and Consular Steve Agbana , a new ambassador Mr. Thomson came with Mr. Henry Offor as consular, although the Ambassador Mr. Thomson did not stay long because of auto car crash that made his stay short, He was a good ambassador and he maintained the good work of his predecessor but when he left his consular Mr. Henry Offor turned everything upside down thereby encouraging Mr. Gilbert Akudo Ndigwe to re-introduce drug business and not long an Hausa man Mr. Suleiman was sent as an Ambassador with a Yoruba man Mr.Yomi as consular and they continue with the same orientation left by Prince Aderale and Mr. Steve Agbana the first and greatest Ambassador and Consular we have seen in Thailand till now. As at 2009 during the regime of Ambassador Suleiman and Consular (Yomi) Abayomi, almost every Igbo man in Thailand have garment shop or are into cargo business making their illegal activity drastically reduced to less than 40%, Even when Kudos fought tooth and nail to reinstate back the Igbos into illegal drug business in Thailand, the Ambassador Suleiman and his consular Mr. Abayomi resisted and refused and kudos waited till the arrival of an Igbo man as Nigerian ambassador in Thailand.
What baffles most Nigerians is the way the new ambassador called Kudos back and makes him Nigerian president in Bangkok without minding his past and present records. He saw video tape where Kudos slapped the former ambassador and he did nothing. He was informed the way Kudos use to frame up many Nigerian who are not into drug business and send them to prison, still the ambassador kept mute. There is no doubt that the current Ambassador is here to serve and make Thailand a better place for all Nigerians living and working in Thailand, but the greatest failure he is encountering now is having Mr. Chima as Consular, although the problems Nigerians in Thailand are facing presently originated from former Nigerian community president Mr. LLYOD NWAFOR and former CONSULAR HENRY OFFOR and both them infected Consular Chima with the virus but Consular Abayomi resisted the virus. The new Ambassador Mr. Chidi Okafor has a good plans for Nigerians residing in Thailand but the question is that can he achieve his legacy when he still having Consular Chima around him? After few months the new Ambassador appointed Chima, an Igbo man as a consular in Thailand, the Illegal activities of Igbo’s went up to alarming rate of 90%. Presently, there is this rumor that the current consular collects monthly fees from Kudos for backing him up. Since Kudos was caught last month by Thai police, the consular has written two different letters begging Thai police to grant kudos bail.
Gilbert Akudo Ndigwe, (aka KUDOS) is a fugitive who served 14 years in Thai prison for cocaine selling in Thailand. He is the person inside YouTube featuring where he was slapping Nigerian Ambassador in Bangkok. The new ambassador severally pleaded that the insulting video clips be removed from you tube but Mafioso KUDOS refused to adhere to Ambassador’s plea. Before this his present predicament he has created a new task force consisting of sacked Nigerian army officers and police men. Some of these sacked officers by names are engineer Abadom, Mr Adiorama Obiechina, Aganne Okeke popularly known as Capitan, chibike, Amani, Agudos from Umunya and many others. The duties of this task force are to collect monthly fees from Nigerians hawking illicit drugs on the street. Sometimes they kidnap some Nigerians who are not into drug business because they refuse to pay tribute to them.

The writer of this article was lucky to witness a confession by KUDOS Thai wife Mrs. Kik Nattawan, who is now begging God for forgiveness for all the atrocities she committed with her husband Mr. Gilbert Akudo Ndigwe alias KUDOS. In her confession, she said that she planted drug for many Nigerians, especially those who are revival to Kudos. When asked her to mention the names of Nigerians she planted drugs for by the command of her husband (KUDOS) she started crying, later she mentioned Mr. Anayo alias Nsiko who owns a popular African restaurant at On nut road soi 17, Mr. Frank Lampard, a well-known revival of KUDOS and Mr Dike Aguleri who is currently serving in Thai prison, and many others she said she could not remember their names. According to her, she planted drug to Anayo and Frank Lampard not less than three times.
To reduce the bad activities of Nigerians in Bangkok Thailand and their bad influence on Nigerian image, a New Nigerian president must emerge who must not be into drug business preferable a Yoruba or any other tribe other than Igbo. And again, for the sake of Nigerian Image a new consular who will not be an Igbo person will be best fit for Thailand because of this Igbo sentimental attachment to money. Because these drug baron easily penetrate office of the consular whenever an Igbo man is in charge. When Mr. Henry Offor (Igbo) was the consular he was collecting tithe from KUDOS. The former consular Henry went as far as registering with colony invest, a fraudulent bank that duped millions from people and later disappeared. When Agbana was in charge in the office of the consular Bangkok, he discharged his duty professionally. He told Nigerian in Bangkok then that money is not everything and he discouraged many people from drug business. When Yomi Abayomi was consular in charge he refused to take money from KUDOS and his gang and the innocent consular nearly pay the price with his life for serving his country and protecting and upholding the good image of Nigeria. They couldn’t buy him with money to support their drug business and that was one of the reasons they went to demolish the embassy and tried to kill the consular Mr. Abayomi. The current consular now is operating as if he is in the main market Onitsha. He is the pillar behind KUDOS. His excellency, the present Ambassador to Thailand Mr. Chidi Okafor, You are a good man considering what you achieved in a short period of time not minding your first grave mistake for allowing Mr. Gilbert Akudo Ndigwe to become the president of Nigerian community in Thailand, although we are aware that is your consular plot Mr. Chima not you. Always remember this his excellency, “Before you introduce any new ideas aimed at changing what is obtainable in a place, first settle down and learn the existing ideas and when leaders make hurried decisions they land themselves in mind troubles, so if you want the good plans you have for Nigerians in Thailand to bear good fruits, then, you need a consular like Mr. Abayomi or Mr. Steve Agbana.
