Biometrics: 30th June at Abuja TLS
Paid mail: 18th July
Moved to VAC: 19th July
Passport collection: 19th July
Outcome: Positive

It has to be paid with your BVN. If you're having OTP issues, visit any branch of the bank where you registered for your BVN and fill a BVN update form. It will be sorted.
