We are demonising 419 in Nigeria. It even appears many of us associate every loan-seeker to be 419. This guy is not saying give me money, He's saying i have an idea for those interested in Investing. and its for ICT projects in Northern Nigeria. Now, is this 419? So every Jimoh Ibrahim or Dangote was 419 when we did not know them? They all started with an Idea in the north and raised capital from people like you and I. Please let us not scream blue murder when there's none. Except you know the guy and he has duped you before |
