See hijacking, I am not Gboliwe o, I guess that's what you get for not following your Post. Please don't fall to people that will scam you.
For the question insurance companies are also smart, your type of plan will determine how much they would contribute to your expensive health cost.

You are very correct. I learnt that too from this post when I was searching for the best health insurance in Nigeria. Thanks for the heads up.

Health insurance is what I hear about In Hollywood movies until I had a fantastic experience recently. They say information is power and I believe many nigerians have spent more than they had to because they Lacked information.
I lost My mum to sickness just Last year and My Dad is the very sick type who spends a lot on drugs. I had to find a solution fast. I stumbled on a health insurance plan at our office at a reasonable low cost and wanted to try it out and wow it turned out well for me.
The plan is a very great one. You get to choose your hospital anywhere in the country from a list of fantastic Private hospitals and you get FREE HEALTH CARE FOR A YEAR for a low amount. You can do for yourself and/or for your family and believe me its the best decision I made last year.

With the fact that there is health insurance in Nigeria, not many people take advantage of it which should not be. Thanks for your comment, I learned a lot.

The actual rate for a comprehensive (private) Auto Insurance is 10% of the cost of the car but most insurance Companies would give you outright 50% discount, bringing it down to 5%.
However, there are some other options open to you from my company if you do not want a comprehensive cover or third party cover(which is N5000) flat. We have A motor safe-guard policy in which case you are entitled to the details below once your premium has been paid:

Motor Safe-Guard has four (4) type of cover from which you can chose Maxi, Medi or Mini.

MAXI provides the following cover
Accidental Damage (whether by accident, fire or theft) - up to N200,000
Total Loss (whether by accident, fire or theft) - up to N300,000
Third Party Liabilities: - up to N1,000,000

The Premium for MAXI Cover is only N25,000 per annum.

MEDI provides the following cover
Accidental Damage (whether by accident, fire or theft) - up to N100,000
Total Loss (whether by accident, fire or theft) - up to N200,000
Third Party Liabilities: - up to N1,000,000

The Premium for MAXI Cover is only N20,000 per annum.

MINI provides the following cover

I take God beg you, add Axa Mansard in the list of good insurance companies. I run an auto, health and 'life' insurance with them. They even dash me rayban last year... cheesy

In Nigeria, most people cover their cars with the 'blood of Jesus'.

You are super correct about that. I think it was one of the top ones mentioned on the list of best car insurance in Nigeria on Insure Plus too.
