Sheriff is a tactless politician who does not understand the rules of the game. He showed his hands too early by luring five governors with the vice presidential ticket. He should have kept his cards close to his chest and be very coy with his ambition.
His moves were too conspicuous and that made it easy for the governors to checkmate him.
He really has a lot of learning to do in the art of covert politics.

yet that's the novice some banked all their hopes on to checkmate the daura mallam in 2019

HILARIOUS QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS I'VE HEARD AS AN HIJABITE.

* Your dress is so nice, it's a pity you cover it up with your hijab.
(Why are you pitying me? You want to take antibiotics for someone else's infection? My
dressing is incomplete without my hijab).

* Do you people wear earrings?
(Yes we do. Average of 2-3 piercings plus an optional, privileged one on the nose for
those wearing niqab!).

* How will you get someone to marry you?
(Seriously?! So, men now have to see your whole body before they decide whether you're Ms. Right
or not? Those wearing niqab can simply reveal their faces to interested brothers, in the
presence of a third party: a male relative or another woman).

* Why do you allow a man to enslave you like this?
( Which man? Last time I checked, my dad/ brother/uncle is still trying to understand why I'm
wearing it. Some hijabites are not even married yet, so, don't think it's the husbands forcing them).

* You can't find a job with this kind of dressing.
( Oh! Really?! Who told you I'm looking for a modelling job?).

* OMG! Your hair is so beautiful.
( Hijab is no excuse for a broken, unkempt, lice-infested hair!!!).

* Do you feel comfortable in this hot weather?
( Yes. There's a thermostat in the brain- the hypothalamus- that helps to adapt to temperature changes. My hypothalamus has
gotten "used to" me wearing the hijab when it is hot. Therefore, it has been RESET to withstand a
higher temperature. So, I'm fine...).

* Do you wear it indoors too?
(No. As long as a "strange" male or
unreliable female is not around, I can remove my hijab and wear ANYTHING inside my father's/ husband's house).

* This is just Arab culture.
( It's not. Go check the history of the Arabs. Women's nudity used to be displayed for entertainment before Islaam came. Hijab is a
religious duty, not a cultural attire).

* Why do you wear this hijab sef?
( The most intelligent question of all. It is a divine injuction. It's clearly stated in the Quran.

Dey there dey deceive yourself. Shior!! angry

You get all dressed up like a masquerade and come here to get validation from NLders?? Rabish indeed.

Congrats. you guys have converted me by using e-jihad.

She never blamed him.

The lack of political will was caused by Amechi and his cohorts who sued the Federal Government to share the excess crude oil to states.

The Federal Government lacked the political will because of the likes of Amechi.

cheesy cheesy

What a poor attempt to help NOI and English people redefine "lack of political will". Can someone else take the blame for your lack of character?

So lack of political will to save was caused by Amaechi? But GEJ didn't lack the political will to move soku oil wells to bayelsa despite all amaechi's screams? He also didn't lack the political will to try to impose Jonah jang as gov forum chairman despite amaechi winning?

Its only when it came to saving that he suddenly lost the will even though no court asked him to share?

PDP had 23 govs. Did amaechi point the gun at them to force them to also join him in demanding their share? Amaechi's share of the money was less than 1%, why didn't GEJ and NOI give him that pittance and save the remainder? What happened to the fg 52% of the money?

and what is politcal will plus the substance sorrounding it

Dr Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, a former MD of the world bank, 2 time finance minister and coordinating minister of the economy said it in relation to her tenure in office.

Don't you think we should trust her conclusions and if you still wish to argue, ask her further?

two key words "rascality" and "rule of law". Pick one

Fortunately for both of us, NOI who wore the shoes and knew where it pinched doesn't hold your view.

Her verdict is simply LACK OF POLITICAL WILL.

thats not the reason for you to see respect for rule of law as cluelessness, you should be calling on the rascality of the Governors and the Presindent seeking for second term not knowing he would be betrayed

The same governors that worked with yaradua also worked with GEJ. How come they didn't harass yaraduayaradua? How come they couldn't force OBJ? Soludo confronted NOI below

“I hereby challenge your attempt to blame others for not saving for the rainy day. It is not a virtue when you are quick to appropriate all the credit when things are going well, but shift the blame when they go wrong,”

You blame the state governors, who, according to you, have taken the federal government to the Supreme Court – not that a Supreme Court judgement forced your hands. For your information, the governors have never agreed to savings and always threatened court action even under Obasanjo. Why did we save under Obasanjo but not under Jonathan? Two keywords explain it: leadership and integrity.”

http://leadership.ng/news/408685/soludo-fires-okonjoiweala-n30trillion-stolen-watch

It wasn't any law that made GEJ and NOI not save....it was simply a lack of political will and she's now bold enough to admit the truth.

you are the clueless one, did he proposed for the money to be saved or not? Which people opposed it?

Was there no opposition to savings during obasanjo's time? How come they saved?

Soludo said political will and character.

Now NOI has come out also to confess political will.

Whom should we believe? Soludo and NOI or Anonymous you?

abegi!!! was there a court order directing OBJ to share the money? The blame for all this goes to Amaechi and Fashola who led the Governors to court!! stop shielding them because they are now APC members

And 23 PDP governors were mumus who couldn't think for themselves?

Were akpabio, imoke, uduaghan, Dickson, orji such spineless boys that amaechi and fashola were too big for them to handle?

NOI mentioned lack of political will as the problem, how does it translate to amaechi/fashola?

Your madam didn't blame govs because she knows only a dull child will do that. Rather she apportioned blame properly thus...

LACK OF POLITICAL WILL

Pls learn from her honesty because governors also wanted her to share it under OBJ

f NOI truly said so, then she is right. Amaechi and co, never wanted the Excess Crude Oil reserved to be saved, they will go to court and be over ruled "share the money". Today everybody suffers the repercussion.

Amaechi also didn't want GEJ to interfere in governors forum election, yet he did. Is it that GEJ believed govs forum election involving 36 men was more important than saving for the rainy day involving 180million Nigerians?

By how much had GEJ and NOI depleted the ECA before Amaechi led 23 PDP govs and 13 APC govs to demand the sharing?

Did amaechi also order GEJ and NOI not to save federal govt share?

You keep making us all believe GEJ was indeed a weak and balless leader.

Get a bible ... then study

no doubt

Aaron was asked by God to meet Moses in the wilderness, on his way to Egypt, where he was almost whopped for circumcision blunder...get a bible, son!

you really need a bible

get a KJV

Exodus 34:15-16

Exodus 34:15-16

why? undecided

In exodus 2, there was no law... by latter parts of Exodus, after the move outta Egypt, there was a law..get a KJV and visit Exodus 34:15-16

Exodus 4:24-26 New International Version (NIV)

24 At a lodging place on the way , the Lord met Moses and was about to kill him. 25 But Zipporah took a flint knife, cut off her son’s foreskin and touched Moses’ feet with it. “Surely you are a bridegroom of blood to me,” she said. 26 So the Lord let him alone. (At that time she said “bridegroom of blood,” referring to circumcision.)

on their way to Egypt

Did Aaron meet Moses in Egypt or in the wilderness? Read Ex 4:27. Who was with Moses in verse 26? Was she invisible?

try reading! it doesn't kill

finally, some sense. This was why God vindicated him... Miriam and Aaron just thought he broke the law by marrying outside Israel.

Good questions

I measure impact from the number of emails I get, plus, the nu ber of views per day. I resurrected the ROR thread and had 6 views per day, today, I get an average of 150views per day plus countless testimonies and prayers. You can view the thread for more details.

That thread has suffered alot of attack, especially in the heat of the divorce brouhaha, now, a deranged NL, has taken my cool gifs there, thinking I'd get angry. He like others will fsde with time, and the ror thread will keep moving. My gifs made alotta folks mad bro! cheesy

Now, that's Impact. The thread has suffered persecution, but stood. Why, God no dey sleep. Same with this thread. Now compare this thread with that of WoF created by a select few.

Gotta run bro, IPPC next session is 7:55am- I am not a pastor o, but Meeeehn, seeing Rev Tom and Evangelist Owase in close proximity is very thrilling. Catch you boys later.

PS: I know who's invading the ror thread, he infact is helping the thread stay up...meaning, more views, more readership, more impact. I am not moved, he'd fade with time. Makes me remember what Paul wrote
[NLT] Philippians 1:17 Those others do not have pure motives as they preach about Christ. They preach with selfish ambition, not sincerely, intending to make my chains more painful to me.
[NLT] Philippians 1:18 But that doesn’t matter. Whether their motives are false or genuine, the message about Christ is being preached either way, so I rejoice. And I will continue to rejoice.

Now we are making progress. you've finally seen yourself and friends for what you are when you were running riot with the gifs: deranged NLders wink

If you find the gifs cool, why not add it as spice to your daily uploads here? well i'm helping you out. I promise not to do more than what you people do. that is, i will not dump on here (and similar threads) anything other than what you pollute sensible threads (including the good ones you open like the Midas touch thread) with.

I find it repulsive ruining good discussions with these dog's vomit and i hope you find them repulsive here too. In any case, what you do (wrt gifs) on good threads, gifsCEC will replicate here and on similar threads. You won't find me post anything if you continue your abstinence from 'em gifs. gifsCEC was solely created for this purpose and nothing more. nice you know me because i also know myself. gifsCEC will surely fade with time as long as your obsession with those tools of distraction also fade with time.

long may you enjoy updating your devotionals.

Replenish And Subdue -Monday, November 17th .

Pastor Chris

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth (Genesis 1:28).

God made this world, and gave Adam the authority to run it. He placed all things under him, and gave him dominion, to be in charge of everything, living and non-living (Genesis 1:26). When He said to man, “Replenish the earth,” the word “replenish” brings to mind some very important thoughts. The beautiful world God created had become a chaotic mass, and He blessed man and charged him to replenish it. To replenish mean store fill, refurbish, replace, repair, or restore.

That means something had gone wrong; there was a devil out there who had ruined things, and man was given the opportunity and responsibility to fix it. That’s the beautiful life to which we’ve been called in Christ: a life of dominion, authority, blessings, and control over the world in which we live. We’re to tame this world and subdue it.

However, God didn't charge us to subdue one another, in the earth. What He wants from us concerning one another is to walk in love. 1 John 4:7-8 says, “Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and everyone that love this born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.”

As you walk in dominion and authority over the world and its elements, over the vagaries of nature, He says, “Love one another.” Don’t exert undue dominion over others because each one of us is made in the image and likeness of our heavenly Father.

Prayer...
Dear heavenly Father, I thank you for the honour and privilege of the beautiful life I've been called into: a life of dominion, authority and blessings; a life of control over the world, the forces of nature and the elements of this world. I effectively reign over the circumstances of my life, to the glory and praise of your Name, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.Further Study:

Matthew 8:26-27
26 And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
27 But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him! ;

Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. ;

Luke 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
