Romance / Have You Ever Been Forced Into A Relationship ? by Ginx(m): 8:49am On Nov 12, 2017
Have you been forced into a relationship with someone before? knowing deep within you are not interested, ready or prepared. And yet your supposed partner puts pressure on you to accept them and learn to love them?

Well if you have, then a big sorry to you. Soon you will be forced to return their “I miss you”, “I love you”, “I am thinking of you”, etc. Soon they will start exercising control over you because they feel insecure, and make you feel as though you don’t know what is good for you but they know better.

They force and manipulate you to return their calls when you know there is nothing to talk about. As far as you give in to such demands, you have to act as if you are in love, you pretend just to see them happy at the expense of yours. Soon you will forget who you used to be; you don’t know yourself anymore; you get mad, frustrated and confused.

The truth is, such people never loved you, they were just selfish. They only thought of their happiness, not yours. If being in a relationship with them will cause you pains, they don’t mind as far as it makes them happy.
To love someone doesn’t mean forcing them to do things your way to please you. Love people the way they want to be loved, which includes letting them be if they don’t feel what you feel. It doesn’t matter how strongly you feel or how best you see them to be a perfect spouse unless they are ready.

It’s fine to fight for someone who loves you but it’s a total waste of time to fight for someone to love you. There is a huge difference. Save your heart and feelings for someone who feels same for you. Someone who sees what you see in them.

Don’t force anyone to accept you. The bitter truth is, if you live for people’s acceptance, you will die from their rejection; for it is one form of rejection when your feelings are not returned. when you are ignored.
Bear in mind not everyone you are attracted to is ready to grow old with you or willing to build with you. They might just be a crush and not a soul partner. So be picky with who you invest your time, emotion and effort in; wasted time is worse than wasted money.

Don’t fall in love too deeply until you are sure you are both on the same page. Until you are sure the person loves you with the same depth. The depth of your love today equals the depth of your wound tomorrow. One of the worst feelings anyone can have is missing someone who doesn’t miss you in return.

Knowing how painful a ‘by force’ love can be, why will you settle and be with someone who says “I don’t love you”, when you know you can have someone who says “you are all that I want”? Look, with the right person you don’t have to force, beg or put pressure on them, for they see what you see; you just click, effortlessly.

In conclusion “Everyone must make up his own mind as to how much he should give. Don’t force anyone to give more than he really wants to. For cheerful givers are the ones God prizes”

Health / Ten Ways To Ensure Proper Care Of Your Penis by Ginx(m): 8:35pm On Nov 07, 2017
Ten ways to ensure proper care of your penis

Your penis a vital organ and one that needs to be taken care of properly.Ten ways to ensure proper care of your penis is a very important piece of content that you should read. Many problems arise when we neglect caring for our male organ. It’s is a wise and smart practise to take care of yrgan and you should too, Here are ten ways to ensure proper care of your penis:

1. Clear the hair all over your private part.
A hairy penis or private part is most often than not a smelling and dirty one. You don’t want to have bad odour coming out from your penis anytime you UnCloth. Clearing the hair around your penis regularly will make sure that your penis is clean. Your penis is mostly covered during the day and having hair all around will even limit air to your penis. A clean shaven penis is almost certainly a neater and cleaner one.

2. Wear clean and bright underwear or boxers

Make it a habit of wearing clean underwear’s. Your boxer is the shelter of your penis and private part. And it is very paramount to wear clean ones.

3. Make sure your penis is smelling nicely by scrubbing it with sponge and soap

You need to wash your penis properly with sponge and soap. Scrubbing your penis with sponge is paramount. It is very funny when I hear guys that say that they don’t use sponge to bathe. How are they going to clean their penis and armpits properly I always wonder.

4. Change your boxers and underwear’s everyday
Its best practice to use an underwear for one day. Don’t wear one boxers for so many days as this will make your penis and underwear smell. Cleanliness is close to attractiveness. When you are a dirty guy many girls will be distracted from you.

5. Don’t Sleep with Jeans and thick trousers especially when the weather is hot.

Your penis needs air. Throughout the day we cover our private parts with clothes. Its best practice to sleep in light underwear’s and clothes to ensure our penis is properly aerated.

6. If you must have sex, use a condom especially when you are not sure of your partner.
Using a condom is a very effective way to protect yourself and your penis from gonorrhea, syphilis and HIV and many other sexually transmitted diseases. Don’t let carelessness expose you to risks and hazards you are not supposed to take. Make sure to use a condom if you are having sex with a partner that you don’t trust.

7. Don’t Masturbate often
I would say dont masturbate at all if you can. Now you are wondering how masturbation is bad to your health and that of your penis. Well having sex with your hand or soap is totally different from having sex with a woman with a Vagina. Masturbating will train your penis to love the hand and soap over a woman with a Vagina. Masturbation is dangerous to your mind and your body. Masturbation is unreal and fantasized sex for losers and I am sure you are not a loser if you are reading this.

8. Be very careful about what you carry on your laps.
This is very common among males and young guys who carry laptops on their laps. The rays that these laptops emit are hazardous to your penis and if you keep carrying laptops and other electronic devices on your laps over time this can result to infertility as studies say. Also don’t carry heavy objects like people on your laps. This is simple since your penis is a fragile organ.

9. Don’t wear underwear that is too tight over a long period of time.
Tight underwear’s and boxers over a long period of time is a big no. Your penis should always be in comfortable and well aerated underwear. Not a tight one without space. Athletes, footballers and other sportsmen wear this for a limited period of time and this is understandable. Make sure you don’t wear tight clothing on your penis for long.

10. Avoid penis enlargement creams, drugs and the likes.

Using such creams to change the structure, size or shape of your penis is a risky deal. And the effects of such creams are highly hazardous and mostly irreversible. Many men have run into problems because they used such methods to make their penis bigger. Prevention they say is better than cure.

Top 7 Things to do instead of buying the Iphone 8 or Iphone 8 plus
Some people will say this post is for broke people but this post top 7 things to do instead of buying the Iphone 8 or Iphone 8 Plus is far from that. It’s actually for reasonable open-minded Nigerians. Now I am not bad-mouthing apple, neither am i advertising any other phone brand. I am only trying to enlighten someone out there how much money they would be throwing out if they intend on purchasing the Iphone 8 and what more useful things they would have done with the money instead. Is the Iphone really a need or a want for you as an individual. Is it a necessity or a luxury. Do you see it as an asset or a liability. In no time don’t forget apple would be realizing better and newer phones that would make you Iphone 8 look old school and outdated.

I can remember when one girl like that was telling me not long ago that Iphone 6 was her dream phone. What a pity we are now in 2017 who would say Iphone 6 is his or her dream phone. This phones have a very short period to shine and stay in the market. Sooner than later competition would force these phone manufacturers to release more sophisticated and better phones even when their current flagship phone has not finished selling. If you are going to buy the Iphone 8 make sure you have concrete sources of income that can sustain you.

Don’t be like those foolish men who buy cars they can’t fuel or those students who buy big phones and at the end of the day they are left with no money to feed and they cant call their parents for money because they have used both their feeding money and even the funds they extracted through lies to get a phone that would soon be devalued in no time. I pity for those girls who go around sleeping with men putting their life’s at risk and the end of the day use the money to buy a phone like this then they go all around the same circle again. If you have enough money to afford the phone fine. But if the phone will drag your finances to a halt don’t invest such money in a phone.

Here are top 7 things to do instead of buying the Iphone 8 or Iphone 8 Plus

1. Look for a fast developing area and buy a land
You never know how much this land might be worth in few years to come. 90% of the time landed properties keep increasing in value. Invest your money somewhere it can pay you big in future.

2. Find expert advise and buy shares in a bank
This is not the MMM get money quick lose money faster scheme. Buying proven shares are almost a certain way of increasing you income. Find expert advice from bankers on which shares to buy

3. Buy a very good laptop, A good Camera, and a smaller budget phone

Instead of spending on luxury goods and wants. You can spend your money smartly and wisely. Buy a good laptop, a good camera and an efficient budget phone like tecno, infinix, gionee and the likes. You would fight out that you have used the same amount of money probably less to buy more goods, services and satisfaction. Depending on your taste you might still have some money in the bank.

4. Start your blog professionally with standard hosting, Domain name, Premium theme, hire content writers, set aside some money for advertisement and keep the change

That money would effectively start a professional blog for you. And you know how much blogs make nowadays. No Iphone can bring in the amount of money that a blog would bring you. Have you ever checked how much lindaikeji is worth or Uche Pedro or any of the top bloggers in Nigeria and around the world.

5. Start your own Ecommerce site like Jumia and Konga
Most of those big ecommerce sites you see don’t own the goods they sell. They just have an agreement with the owners of these goods. And they get their cut whenever they make a sale. With such money on your hands you can start your own e-commerce site and only God knows how much you will be earning tomorrow.

6. Learn a skill, art or trade and sell your services afterward.
Do you intend on being the next Clarence peters. Be it video-editing, cinematography, photography, web-design, networking e.t,c. You can learn it big and full-time with such money in your hands. You can empower yourself greatly or you can buy a piece of technology.

7. Farming
Don’t even think of laughing. You should know by now that farming is not a poor man’s business. If you have access to fertile land you can plant cash crops and reap a bountiful harvest with little or no work. You can engage in modernized and mechanical farming with such funds start small and grow big. Or you could go into poultry farming, fish farming whichever suits you.

For further reading you can see this article on informationhood.com about businesses to start with as little as 20,000 to 50,000 with about 350,000 naira you most definitely can start those businesses effectively.

Celebrities / Nigerian Artists Who Went Out Of Stardom After Separating From Their Record Labe by Ginx(m): 4:33pm On Jul 31, 2017
Nigerian Artists Who Went Out Of Stardom After Separating From Their Record Labels

Here is a list of Nigerian artists who went out of stardom after separating from their record labels. At times it pays artists and musicians to be consistent. When you find and get signed by a record label that understands you and your music and promotes you well. It is usually wise you stay with them at least till you become a household name before moving elsewhere. Below is a list of Nigerian artists who went out of stardom after separating from their record labels.

May-D
It’s no doubt May-D reached his highest height yet as an artist while under the management of Jude Okoye. He even featured on P’squares song with Akon. May-D was the rave of the moment then while with P’square. And his fans saw him going higher and higher. We cannot certainly tell you the reason why May-D left P’Square but according to their brother Jude Okoye “May-D wanted to be P’square”. Since his departure from Square records May-D has not really shone as he used to.

Wande-Coal
The owner of black diamond record label. A very talented musician with a one of a kind of voice. Let Wande coal take the chorus of your song and you almost certainly have a hit song.Wande coal has recieved praises and appreciation from music legends like 2face and more. Wande coal still has a say in the music industry today because he is in no doubt talented and gifted. Unfortunately he is one of the Nigerian artists who went out of stardom. But he is nowhere close to where he used to be while under the management of Mo-hits and Don-Jazzy.

Iyanya
Iyanya was the co-founder of MMMG (made men music group) along with Ubi Franklin. The winner of the maiden edition of project fame has had a moment of silence ever since he seperated from his record label and signed up with Mavins. The Iyanya we used to know was all over the place flexing his six packs with a sweaty or oily body and making the ladies go gaga with a melodious voice. Presently Iyanya is almost silent with his newly released album doing poorly. Would circumstances have been better if he had stayed with MMMG?

Brymo
We all can remember that artist who took the hook of Ice prince’s hit single oleku. That song brought both Ice prince and Brymo into the limelight. It was really a mega-hit and stole the song of the year awards in the headies. Brymo was doing really good in chocolate city. He was delivering good music to us his audience. After his split from chocolate city we have not seen Brymo in the same starlight as he used to be in. Who knows if he will be back and better soon.

D-Banj
His last serious hit song was oliver twist which was produced by Don-Jazzy the co-owner of their former record label Mo-hits records. Don-jazzy and D-Banj’s partnership cannot be easily forgotten in the Nigerian music industry. They have blessed the radio stations, television channels and Nigerian as well as African audience with hits after hits. Although not much can be said after his seperation from mo-hits. It would be a fans paradise to see a Don-jazzy and D-banj colloboration one more time.

DJ-Zeez
We can all remember vividly dancing to the hit single o fokasibe. DJ Zeez or zeez as he is fondly called is another musician who had it really rough after departing from his record label HF music. DJ Zeez got sued by his label for breach of contract and he was charged to court for his refusal to record new music under the label. He lost the court case and has been fined a huge sum of 22 million naira to pay to the record label.Obviously DJ Zeez is one of the Nigerian artists who went out of stardom especially after his seperaation from HF music.

Culture / Top Ten Things That Make Yoruba People Unique by Ginx(m): 6:10pm On Jul 29, 2017
Yoruba people are indeed a unique bunch i have found my stay in Yoruba land particularly interesting and i want to highlight top ten things i have found interesting and fascinating among them. Here are ten things i like about yoruba people.

1. They have so many Unisex names
Yoruba’s have so many unisex names that you cannot easily point out which name belongs to a boy and which name belongs to a girl. Names like bunmi, ola, biola, bimbo, taiwo and kehinde (a popular name for twins), shola and many many more are all names that both males and females bear.

2. They have a high number of twins
Yoruba’s are the twin hub of Nigeria. You can see Taiwo and Kehinde’s all over the place. These people are blessed with twin’s without doubt. They have the highest birth-rate of twin’s in Nigeria as a country.

3. They love exchanging greetings and frivolities
Yoruba people do not joke with respect, manners and greetings. It is a core part of their culture to bring up well-mannered children. They can exchange greetings to a very high extent. They love communicating, talking and exchanging pleasantries with each other.

4. They love that thing called stew in their meals
Yoruba people will use stew to cook egusi soup, use stew to eat okro soup, use stew in ewedu, vegetable and so on. Stew is a very integral part of their cooking and they love it.

5. If you have never being to a yoruba party you have never attended a party.
I hardly come across weekend’s without parties in yorubaland. Yoruba’s love partying, dancing, drinking and socializing with each other. Even when they don’t have much they manage to save up for a party and it’s not a surprise that food and drinks are always in abundance at this parties, even for strangers.

6. Yoruba People love education
Yoruba’s love schooling. A high number of yoruba people go to school. And apart from going to school they are also a very intelligent and brilliant bunch. They have the highest number of professor’s in Nigeria. Yoruba’s excel when it comes to academics.

7. They Have a Very Fertile Land For Agriculture
When it comes to farming Yoruba people are definitely a bunch you should not over-look. Their land is fertile and rich in agriculture. They produce cash crops like cocoa, cassava, yam to mention a few. They have a good harvest constantly.

8. The cost and prices of things are relatively low
Be it food, clothing items, land, transportation and others the prices of things are always low compared to other parts of the country. Maybe it’s because Yoruba people are a caring bunch. They always do not charge too much for their goods and services.

9. They have a wonderful sense of dressing, fashion and style
When it comes to looking good Yoruba’s are people that come to mind. They have beautiful and colourful traditional attires. Their women love make-ups and new clothes. Go to a Yoruba wedding, church or party to get your eyes blown out.

10. The are a musically talented bunch
They love music. They like singing and have many great musicians both dead and alive that originate from there. artists like Fela kuti, Sunny Ade, Pasuma Wonder, Davido, Wizkid, Asa, Darey Art Alade, Timi Dakolo, Simi, Adekunle gold, OLamide, Reminisce to mention just a little are all of Yoruba descent.

Celebrities / How To Become A Celebrity In Any Industry by Ginx(m): 3:37pm On Jul 29, 2017
How To Become A Celebrity In Any Industry

How to become a celebrity in Nigeria and any part of the world. How do people actually go from being nobody to somebody everybody else knows. How does the girl or guy across the road become a world-wide sensation and a sought after star. It doesn’t matter what industry we are in or what trade we ply . The principles to become popular and famous are all the same.
People become popular, famous, relevant, successful all for the same reasons although through different means, different lines of actions and different patterns but the principles are all the same. I want to use this post to highlight the principles so any dick or harry and tom and jerry can know how to become a celebrity in any industry in Nigeria and also anywhere in the world.

1. You have to be different
To become a celebrity from a nobody you have to be unique, different, outstanding. If there is nothing special about you how do people identify you as a role-model, an icon or someone to look up to. The truth is to become popular you have to set yourself aside from all of the rest. Many celebrities know this and that is why they try their best to differentiate themselves and their brands to a very high extent. Little wonder you see musicians styling their hair differently, dressing abnormally, talking or singing in a way that is only peculiar to them. You see footballers putting on weird tattoos, styling their hair to stand out from the crowd and walking the mile to separate themselves from others so they can be easily remembered and print a lasting memory in our minds.

2. Do more
If you really want to know how to become a celebrity then you should also be ready to do more. Celebrities are the kings and queens of attention in our mordern society and that is sometimes because they have done more than the average person. Take a look at trophies, accolades and awards that are adorned these celebrities and you would find out it is as a result of they work they have done.

Most celebrities are people who have done more and are probably still doing more than the average person’s in their industry or niche> That’s one of the ways they build credibility and prominence in their art. So if you want to know how to become a celebrity you should learn how to do more than the rest of the park. Get your work out there, get your actions, ideas and decisions out there and make sure it;s something great you have done not something mediocre.

3. Serve people
Want to go up the right way. Then you have to learn how to serve people. Care about people’s wants, needs, desires and provide solutions to them and you are a sure way up. People matter, by serving people better and more efficiently you become better loved, more desired and remembered. Find out what people care about and see if you have the means of satisfying their care, desire or want. If you want to know how to become a celebrity then you must learn that people matter. Find out problems people are facing and see how you can remedy those problems. This is also a good way to build a business and a brand.

Romance / Top Ten Reasons Why Men Cheat by Ginx(m): 12:25pm On Jul 23, 2017
Here are top ten reasons why men cheat this article is not to justify the reasons why men cheat. Neither is it to tell you that males are
the dominant gender so they should have their way. It’s just a sincere attempt to highlight the reasons why
men cheat. The reasons why men cheat are numerous. There are various reasons why men cheat and they can
differ from one male to another. The closer you are to a man the more likely you are to find out the
reasons why men cheat and why he in particular cheats if he does. And thats a step closer to solving the
problem at hand

1. They have been heartbroken before and they don’t want to put all their eggs in one basket by loving one
person alone.

Many men are not strong enough to recover from a heartbreak. And they negatively use their past
experiences of a cheating girl-friend to punish their present girlfriend, fiancee or spouse.

2.They want to enjoy The taste and adventure of a different woman

I have heard males times without number say openly that having sex with one woman is like eating
the same food everyday. While this saying is wrong there are many selfish and ignorant men out there who
believe this.

3.They Have Money And The Lack Self-Control

Money is the reason why most broke men don’t cheat. Not because they dont want to cheat but mostly
as a result of lack of funds to cheat on their spouse. Although some men are just insatiable. No matter
the effort and strength a woman puts into satisfying them they always find an excuse to go out and cheat.
When a man has money women tend to flock around him like flies. A man with money and low self-control will
almost certainly give you a serial cheater.

4.All Their Friends Are Cheating So They Join The Crew

One of the reasons why men cheat is because most of their friends are cheating. A man in a company
of freinds who are cheating almost certainly learns from his friends and joins the crew. It is very
difficult to move around friends and not be cheating as a male. Remember the saying “Show me your friends
and i will tell you who you are”. There is another one that goes “One bag egg spoils the rest”. So most
certainly many bag eggs can spoil one good egg.

different situations is a sure way to push your man and people around you away.

7.They Have Been CHeating For A Long Time Now It’s Unreal Not To Cheat

Some men are addicted to cheating and even though they might try to find a way out. It seems that
they have been wired that way. Some men have been cheating since thier primary and secondary school days.
Having an affair outside is in their blood and veins. Addiction is one of the reasons why men cheat and
believe it or not such men need help.

8.Too Many Ladies Are Attracted To Them And They Cant Help But Fall For The Temptation

their attention.

9. If You Have Cheated On Your Man Before Expect Him To Do The Same

by cheating on you with another woman. Studies say that ladies forgive men who cheat easily rather than
