Of course it is logical. Jon snow used to go everywhere with his his direwolf.Even Robb stark's direwolf used to be with him all the time. Budget is the problem. They don't have the budget to show dragon battles and direwolf at once, so the chose the more important

He was going to beg for dragon glass and Dany's support.

Please, tell me what use the direwolf would have been.

You continue to display a shocking lack of comprehension. The only way a Raven could cover a 2500km distance in 32 hours flying at 80km/h is if it flew non-stop. There is no other way it could cover that distance within the time given in that chart.

The rest of your post is just unintelligent garbage as usual. What I don't get is why you always feel the need to inflict your particular brand of silliness on me, completely unsolicited. I would appreciate if you just ignore my posts in future - your unique blend of belligerence and stupidity might be your USP, but I'm not interested in your market fam.

If you had any sense, you will know that those calculations are rough estimates.

They don't factor in a lot of things. Its an average estimation

Do you really think that a raven was flying at a constant speed of 80km/h?

Use your head.

Jeez.

You bitter child of summer, you really know nothing...

Sansa and Arya Stark took their direwolves south with them, and barring that mishap by the Trident, would have brought them to Kings Landing. The last King in the North, Robb Stark, took his direwolf everywhere he went, to every war council and battlefield, and even to a marriage in the Twins. Jon Snow himself has always gone practically everywhere with his direwolf. He took it north of the Wall all the way to the Milkwater where he first met Mance Raydar; Ghost is practically a part of his identity, and Jon never goes anywhere he might be in danger without his direwolf. So kindly explain why Jon Snow will now suddenly decide to leave behind his direwolf when he's going to treat with a dragonqueen? Simple: the show's budget can't accomodate it.

The singular reason there's been a reduced screen-time for the direwolves starting season 5 was because of the CGI budget. This was why Summer was killed off and they had Jon go to Hardhome without his direwolf: budget. I suppose I could easily post D.and.D's own response back in 2015 when fans complained that the direwolves were getting less screen compared to Dany's dragons... but I'd rather not. Get off your lazy child-of-summer ass, do some search online and stop arguing blindly.

Yes, ofcourse.

I am going to beg this Queen to allow me mine her dragon glass, and beg her for an army.

Yes, I will take my direwolf along.

That makes perfect sense.

Perfect sense.

The show runners have already said that budget is the reason we haven't seen more of the Wolf. Don't start acting like some enlightened fellow. Lol

So a raven flew at 80km/h nonstop for almost 2 straight days cheesy.

No one said it was nonstop. You are the one that assumed that.

Or Gendry ran non-stop in heavy snow and inclement weather for 8 straight hours

What heavy snow? And yes, this is possible. He wasn't exactly running too speed.

Danaerys flew in the sky for 28 hours straight without stopping to eat or shït.

This is a stupid question. Is it a must to shit everyday? Why will she need to stop to eat? Couldn't she eat while the dragon flies?

Not a single sentence in that theory makes even a modicum of sense.

Ofcourse not. It makes more sense that gendry ran back in 2hrs, that the lake froze over in 1hr.

Right?

You are the one who is not making any sense

One word: Budget.

Of course it defies reason that King Snow would go anywhere without his direwolf, especially when he's going to treat with a dragon queen. But logical reasoning is best suspended if one wishes to enjoy this season 7.

Am sorry, what?

So, he should be carrying his wolf up and down? That's more logical to you?

Seems like the answer is no. Stop saying GRRM is out of ideas since you haven't picked up a pen to write a book.

Fallacy.

By that logic, people who haven't made a series before cannot say anything about the writing in a series.

Right?

Nobody can criticise anything again because they haven't done theirs before. Lol.

To be honest, it is a dicy one because although this is mere speculation, the points being raised cannot be overlooked.

Now, I had to go back and watch some clips when bran was with the children of the forest. After watching I had a feeling that bran might be the night king after all.

If you watch the conversation between bran and one of the children of the forest called leaf, bran said after his vision that it was her, that she created the night king. Leaf replied that the had to do it because they were at war and they had to protect themselves. Now, Bran asked, "from who"? and she replies "from you.. .."

Why did she say this? Why did she say they did it to protect themselves from bran several years ago when bran is just a child now? No one knows yet.

However, this particular scene holds a lot of controversies as to why she accused bran of attacking the children of the forest which pushed them to create the night king.

For now, it looks like a 50-50 chance here that bran might be the night king. I just hope that GOT will be able to give a logical explanation at the end.

I am pretty sure she meant Men not bran

I'm not GRRM and I'm not privy to his book plans, so I'll just refrain from commenting on the remaining books. This thread is for the tv show anyway. I must say though that your statement "GRRM has run out of ideas" shows how uninformed you are.

Some people will not pay attention they will now come and be blaming writers for their own lack of assimilation.

Asking how the white walker got chains

Ans: This is a dumb question. The nights king has been alive for centuries and has been raiding wildlings villages since forever. Even hard home had ships.

How did gendry run back to the wall and khaleesi get to them soo fast.

Ans: the suicide squad spent at least 3 days on that island. How? Let's use the water to judge. When the thousands of wights were chasing them, the ice gave way and they started drowning right? Now after the hound started stoning them, and they attacked, the ice is now very thick enough to support the weight of thousands of wights.

You can use this as a time reference. A river doesn't freeze over enough to support the weight of thousands of wights in a single day.

How did they tie the chain to the dragon?
Ans: a wight or a white walker did it. The wights might not be able to swim but they don't drown either.
Remember that they came out of the water and almost drowned Tormund. Also, a white walker could have done it. The show has never implied that they cannot swim.

I feel your pain, bro.

No, it is not that the "show writer" is exhausted; it is that the "show writer" (a.k.a David Beniof and D.B. Weiss) have run out of the source material (i.e. the A Song of Ice and Fire books - ASOIAF), and all they have now are the "highlights" of the remaining books which the original writer (George R.R. Martin, a.k.a GRRM) is YET to complete.

GRRM is a writer in a class by himself. Put simply, he is the JRR Tolkien of our times, and the ASOIAF books are his masterpiece. Seasons 1 - 5 of the show were based on the first 5 books; that is why they were so well crafted and excellently paced. But from season6, there were no more books! And unfortunately GRRM is such a slow writer! grin So all he gave the "show writers" were highlights of the 2 remaining books of series, leaving them to flesh out the story as they see fit.

And that is you are watching now in season 7... there are still some wonderful story points, but overall so poorly put together. To even make things worse, whatever excitement that could've been gotten from watching the show as it is has been squashed by all the spoilers that completely exposed the whole season before it even premiered. Go figure.

GRRM has run out of ideas. He is never going to finish the books.

Give D&grin some credit, they are trying to finish someone else's story. Something GRRM cannot do.

Also, pay attention when watching the show next time.

Lmao. Many are mad but few are roaming.
Pls who let this one out of its cage? If u cant engage in arguments without name calling, then kindly fúck off.
So if the Wights could swim, then why didn't they jump into the river and chase after Jon, his men and the survivors when The walkers attacked to. If water wasn't a problem for the wights, then why did they stop chasing the suicide squad at that frozen lake?? Why did they ve to wait till it got frozen again b4 attacking??

And how'd u know the bolded?? U ve a direct line to the writers??

Oh. So wights can now run as fast as Horses?? Wonderful!!
I understand if he was willing to die. But he could ve still saved himself there. No point dieing at that moment.

Lmao. That's rich. Claiming am making stupid assumptions while making stupid assumptions urself.
If u had enough sense to notice from the previous episode, the squad set off on their mission during the day. And from that point, to the point they encountered the bear to the point they encountered the wights, it was daylight. Up to the point the got trapped on that rock. The only time we saw night or twilight was when they both passed out on the rock and when Gendry got to the wall. At no point before this was it shown that they had spent more than a day on the mission.

Oh so if they couldn't get past the wall, why has everyone been screaming "winter is soming"? If they knew the wights had no way of getting past the wall, then why has everyone been preparing for war. Why not just sleep it off and hope for the best??
U'd ve actually ve a point if, the walkers begin their assault on the wall(now that they ve a dragon) next episode.

And ur opinions are quite dumb at best. Kindly refrain from quoting me if u cant argue like civilised nigga....

I didn't call you names. I only said you were making stupid assumptions.

1) the fact that they didn't, doesn't mean they can't. Also, what makes you think it's not a white walker that tied the chains?

2) I literally said " a day or 2" but you chose to ignore that right? Game of thrones is known for not showing journeys unless something happens during the journey. You didn't see night doesn't mean night didn't pass.

3)every one is screaming winter is coming because it literally is coming. The wights can get past the wall, the white walkers can't. The night king has waited for thousands of years, you think he isn't patient?

4) Uncle benjen could have saved himself but he didn't want to, obviously. Its not a plothole

Your assumptions are stupid because you blamed plothole for your lack of understanding. If you don't understand something, why not ask those who paid attention for explanations next time?

Here is the adjusted loopholes I discovered. .I am waiting for your answer.

1. When Jon killed one of the general during the fight at the mountain, we saw that all the other walkers die immediately except one? How come? Why didnt he just die like the rest? Or is it just a poor plot to hand jon a walker? what was a small army of walkers doing there away from the rest in the first place?

2. Why exactly did dany carry 3 dragons to save Jon and his men when she took only 1 to war? Was it just a ploy by the producers to give the night king a dragon?

3. How did the wights swim down to chain the dragon with those huge chains when they cant swim in the first place?

4. Why was the hound actually stoning the walkers? What was his aim or intentions? Did he intend to kill them with a rock or what?

5. For the NK to be able to throw the spear that high and far to hit vaeserion is just amazing.....definitely his hands and throw must be stronger than the big arrow bow bronn used against drogon dont you think?

6. Uncle benjen's sudden appearance out of nowhere. Am still wondering where the heck did uncle benjen come out from? Where has he been all these while? Comm'on lets be realistic here.....Uncle benjen came from the exact same direction the white walkers came...How on earth did his horse survive out there in all those snow and no food? Where did he stay all these while and how did he know jon was in trouble?....This is one of the biggest flop of this episodes..So many loop holes attached to uncle benjen's miraculous appearance.

7. Tormund survives despite the walkers were all on top of him but the other guy who nobody knows dies within an instant when the walkers were on top him....

8. The biggest floop of this episode was when the white walkers magically brought about 4-5 huge chains that are several miles long out of nowhere....Haba? What does the producers take us for biko? The annoying thing was that the dead walkers were able to pull out a huge dragon without any of them breaking while pulling the dragon out. this is the biggest flop of the episode...I was highly pissed when i saw this part.

First of all, a lot of these things aren't plotholes. Look up the definiton of plot hole.

Basically, a plothole is when a movie goes against its own rules without explanation just to advance the plot.

1) it's not a plothole. The single one that did not die was not bonded to the white walker.

Remember that even Jon was shocked that the group was soo small. I think it was a trap set by the night king.

2) not a plothole. She carried 3 dragons because an army of the dead led by the nights king is far more dangerous than a lannister army. And don't forget that she had the dothraki when she attacked the lannister army but here, she was going alone.

3) not a plothole. The show never told us that they cannot swim, people were only assuming that. Remember that they came out of water and tried to drown Tormund earlier on?

4) not a plot hole. Characters do stupid things all the time. He was bored.

5) not a plothole. He has lived for thousands of years and can raise the dead. Yet, you are complaining he can throw a spear? The spear is even a magical spear. It shatters steel and shatters humans.

6) not a plothole. Uncle benjen? How did Craster and the wildlings survive out there for too long? This is a stupid question.

7) not a plothole. Stupid question actually.

8. the nights king has existed for thousands of years. Can raise the dead, carries a magical spear that kills dragons but he can't have a chain? Stupid question. This is also a reason why I think it was a trap by the nights king to lure the dragons and take one.
