Sports / Re: Gyms In Nigeria ? by Glassydude: 8:07pm On Apr 09, 2017
I don't think this applies to your average Nigerian woman. Having too concentrated gyms (two gyms on a street) gives rise to sub-standard gyms. Gym owners trying to cut costs to keep up with competition which is just down the road. I think the problem with Nigerian gyms is their
standard (Quality not quantity)

Obesity in African women! Really Last I checked, the average African women is always so concerned about her weights and look more than anything else.

It's a bit obvious you don't reside in Nigeria. Anyway...

people work out a lot in Nigeria more than anywhere else in the world I think, there are a lot of gyms in major Nigerian cities...I have two on my street alone.

And of course, we don't joke with our early morning jogging!!

Keeping fit is a new way of life.

You could channel your assignment towards how to enlighten people in rural communities on the benefits of exercise and healthy living.
