Thanks to all who contributed. She did MRI scan and has done an eye check. Infact we spent a lot on ENT.

Something strange happened. She took garlic a few days ago and after few minutes she almost went crazy with intense pains in head. She said it felt as if she poured salt or pepper on an open wound. Submission of all required documents 13th July 2021
Capturing 19th July 2021
Passport issued 12th August 2021

Alausa NIS is very DIY freindly.

There is no need...it is 1 of the 3 they need ...photocopy of his data passport and the filled guarantor form stamped at d court..they return the NIN of the guarantor to me..its like it is not compulsory...the don't include it in my file to be vetted...please carry your Original birth certificate and Certificate of Origin along oooo....they will request it to be sighted.
