1. Academic reference: you can get that from your previous school department, a lecturer, or a principal officer in your last academic school.

2. Employment reference: incase of proof of study gap, you get that from a previous or current employer, a snr manager in your employment history suffice as well.

I got both and uploaded during my application, if you don't have now, you can still apply to some schools, and if given conditional offer, you will be asked to provide it..... but for some school it's compulsory, you must provide at least one during your application.
