Religion because if I did, I would have realized on time that religion is fake, there is no God called jehovah and Christianity is as bullshit as a scam can get. I would have not wasted my young life praying and speaking in useless tongue while my mates enjoy their life and have fun to the fullest.
I would not have married my prayer warrior wife who sees demonic plots in everything and live in a fantasy world worst than Harry Potter.
I would have had sex with many of the girls that liked me in school.
I would have taken up a scholarship to study in the USA instead of praying and waiting for directions from an imaginary God.
I would have not given birth to many children that did not get the best in life due to my religiousness because my wife believe birth control is a sin.

I would have treated my mother better before she died and not believe that she was a witch like my wife's pastor told me.
I would have been friends with neibours and not believe that they where cultists out to get us because our pastor said so.
I would have invested my tithe in my self instead of the church.
Now I am old and impotent and I cannot but wish that I never wasted my life in service of an imaginary being.
if this your story us real then lol

Happy New Year celebrations are christians practically though unwittingly worshipping Janus for keeping them safe and sound, though it was seasoned with christian spice to make it conform to the bible.

This should not come as suprising to you though. Records show christianity picked parts of its religion (the ones that appealed to it anyway) from paganism.

Read your bible very well. Christian Religion is patched up and has lots of impurities.

You should learn from the Jehovah's witnesses.
Christians are not the only folk that celebrate a new year, the Chinese folk also participate

In ancient Roman religion and mythology, Janus is the god of beginnings and transitions, thence also of gates, doors, doorways, endings and time. He is usually a two-faced god since he looks to the future and the past. The Romans dedicated the month of January to Janus. His most apparent remnant in modern culture is his namesake, the month of January.
http://www.crystalinks.com/janus.html

Christians go to church every 31st December to give special thanks to Janus - January was named after him - for taking them to the next year.
oh please when you will grow, I don't think you will find any church service praising the month January or Janus

Did you notice my first three words - "in a sense", in that post?

in a sense what, you jusr define racism as discrimination based on race and ethnicity and you went to explain how Christians are racist bringing up possible religious bigotry and indifference

I get your point... But u are mentioning different countries with different religious and social dynamics. This study basically focused on countries that have significant numbers or percentages of both Christians and atheists.... Different groups but under the same social dynamics. That's the optimum setting for a valid research.... And the research has shown that Christians when considered in the same setting as the irreligious are more likely to be racists
okay I thought it was only carried out in the USA

There exists religious beliefs, that maliciously conditions folks mind, via indoctrination, to perceive and interact with fellow humans with attitudes that defines racism.

Racism that stems from political, economic and tribal interests, is fueled by the deeper racism created by religious beliefs, which started with religious folks and society from formative age.
okay why are countries like south Korea racist?
Religion / Re: Religious people Are More Likely To Be Racists by Godstraight(m): 11:46pm On Dec 30, 2016

Racism is discrimination and prejudice towards people based on their race or ethnicity.
- Wikipedia

In a sense, didn't Christian religion called its adherents -
* chosen generation?
*peculiar folks?
*spiritual Israelites?

And called those that doesn't subscribe to Jewish god -
*gentiles ?
*wicked and evil?
*lost and fools?
*miserable?
*damned?

In the sense that racism functions where the perception and interaction with fellow humans is concerned, nothing contaminates and messes up humanity like religion.
as much as u would love your Christian bashing hobby,I need to remind you that racism is generally based on skin color not all these things

Akintom has taken the words out of my mouth.

But religious folks would barge into the thread without taking proper note of the subject matter.

They are most likely racists because they are quickest to pass judgement on other cultures that do not conform to their religious believes.

Those of same religion but with a different cultural practice are also victims of racism from extremists religionists.

For instance, the Arabs would still see the black muslims as infidels because of other cultural practices. So would african christians frown at Western liberal christians.

Christians always find sinners. Muslims always point out infidels.

bro racism don't work this way, have you been to Germany/south Korea how were you received as black

Can't argue with you because am not all that familiar with dynamics in Europe but I can definitely speak for USA, the southern part of USA is dominated by Christians with states like Texas leading the pack.
These southern states went to war- the American civil war to preserve slavery, when the revolution against racial segregation took place, the southerners were against same schools for whites and blacks. Even today these states vote Republican which though it's not a bad thing shows ideological leanings in the line of white supremacy.
Evangelicals have been accused routinely of being racist and discriminating towards blacks, in fact the southern Baptist convention is seen criticized for it's ideologues on issues of race...
It's a serious issue over there
okay,am not really in touch the dailly activities of the USA

The studies only put what naturally characterizes religious groups, into a statistical format.

The Christian god said any human who doesn't accept it as god idea is less human (racism), Jewish god and its children's act of racism is the worst and most horrific.

this Jewish god ordered genocide on folks that rejected it.

The same goes for Allah and its children.

Orunmila and its children.

The end of religion is the end of racism.
maybe in the US ,as someone who lived in the UK let me categorically tell you racism is whole on its whole there are secular Europeans who are racist, neo Nazis and sort of things

You sound like Buhari, an economic illiterate.

For GDP per capita which is the most important GDP measurement seeing that it takes population into consideration, South Africa ranks 87th in the world while Nigeria ranks 12th.

How many people buy new cars in Nigeria? You are not ashamed that Nigeria is one of the largest importers of used cars globally? And you want to compare importation of used cars to new cars? Smh

I think you need to work on you comprehension I was only trying to correct your earlier blunder when you said south African had a bigger market, PPP is a blend of GDP per capital and population, sA is 6234,while Nigeria is 3,124,but our population is 3.5 Thiers and the south with 90 million peeps with almost 90% of the gdp is has a better GDP per capital than 3,124 so even the south alone already have a bigger market, am not intreasted in politics just a random so am not trying praise anybody,Nigerians buy used car,do we also buy used electronics? or other stuff imported here, south Africa and Nigeria both are not rich countries so why the fuse

You got it wrong there. Nigeria's market size is not equivalent to its population but rather to the size of the population that has got the purchasing power. Can Honda come and establish a plant in Nigeria because their population is almost 200M when SA with a much smaller population presents a bigger market for their product? How many Nigerians can afford to buy a new Honda?

I'm sorry, Nigeria doesn't have a big market size, except for basics like rice and bathroom slippers.
do u even know the meaning of norminal GDP?,purchasing power purity?do you know Nigeria has the largest in Africa ?,do you know southafrican biggiest company dstv and mtn make 50% of their profit in Nigeria?, do also know south Africa has a populated of 53 million compare to Nigeria 193million?,removing the 46% of Nigerians living below poverty lines will still almost 90 million middle/upper class folks, talking about Honda how do even expect them to displace Toyota,we the largest importers in this continent sadly the third largest exporters

How can you define NATURE?

Other than God's methodology. If nature has no Designer, then every thing happens by chance- including you. All these organised system of matter, time and space. Day and night, seasons, reproduction etc whose probabilities are close to zero yet occur single every time without error.

If nature happens by chance then the concept of God itself wouldn't arise.

But we have this consciousness of God within (even you, that is why you are fighting it off) that tells us He has been in charge, and still is.
first go read about evolution of species then get back to me this "designer" you are talking about.
