That is my thought and if you are submitting your views, you need to be objective and tolerant. I belong to the profession and I am very humble in my practice. You don't need to impose your write up on me as the right answer. When you were in the college of medicine , do you argue patient case note the same during ward round. When a consultant is doing ward round , during your housemanship, do you expect your colleagues to present their views as yours. What is the reason for MTD meeting. (1) Chloramphenicol eye drop , 2 drops 3 times daily for one week.
2) latbiane tablet 2 tablet for two times for 5 days
(3) Piriton tablet one to be taking at night for 3 days.
Others are tetracycline, vitamin c and ibuprofen tablet.to be taken 3 times for 5 days.

I am not supporting witch hunting. Our people that just arrived the UK are so indiscipline and lack home training. They are so nutty and very rude. I am very sure this guy is one of those arrogant type and this lady has been watching him. In my department here , I had intervened so many times to call few of those boys to behave and this is not Nigeria where they think fellow Nigerian will help them. Correct the reasons why the visa was not given and appeal their decision. If you argue it well , you will be given during review. Secondly, be very careful when you are coming to the UK. Given you visa is not an automatic entry into the UK. They are sending a lot of people back at the point of entry. Be prepare to answer all the questions by the UK immigration.
