It has been completed though phase 1, phase 2 will take it to 25000bpd, phase 3 will take it to 50000bpd. Then the development of a green industrial park and IPP will commence as approved by UNEC, Walter Smith petromen is the sole investor of this projects.

What happens to all the hospitals Rochas Okorocha couldn't complete in all the LGAs?

Rochas okorocha gave out a lot of them, at least I know the one in Orlu town is coming on stream this December courtesy of Orlu -USA.

Imo state government is urging all those gifted the hospitals to utilize them, about 18 of them where given out. That's all I know for now.
