The infacol did not work for me. Colic dealt with my baby ehh,that I was so stressed because of sleeplessness. Thank God, we are over it now. He is 7 months.

Don't worry, it will be over soon.

Birth Story.

I did family planning iud after my last baby almost 4 years ago. I wanted to go for my last baby last year but my husband was cut up outside the country because of covid lock down. I removed the iud in October last year and my husband came back beginning of this year. As God may have it , I conceived in march this year.
The pregnancy was very smooth till around 24weeks,I was told that I have gestational diabetes. My diet was changed completely and it was under control. I am already on BP medication before this.
Fast forward to 32 weeks, on a Sunday morning, I wake up as usual to prepare for church. On getting to the toilet to ease my self, I noticed that I was slightly bleeding.
I drove myself to the hospital i was using. The doctor on seat was just sounding clueless on what might have gone wrong. I was sent to do scan,and scan said everything is fine. The doctor directed the nurses to inject me with progesterone.
As God may have it,the main gynea appeared. After going through my folder, he quickly referred me to another hospital. His reason is that he suspects that I might be having a preterm Labour and since they don't have incubator, he need to refer me to where they have one in case of any eventuality.
My husband has already arrived by then because,we don't reside in the same state.
They discharged me, and my husband took me to the new hospital.
At the new hospital, they did their own investigation and discovered that i had a low lying placenta, placenta previa.
I was placed on a bed rest for monitoring. I stayed at the hospital for 2 days, and the blood didn't show again. I was discharged and told to be on strict bed rest at home but to report to hospital immediately if I see any blood.
As God may have it,He kept me safe till I entered 37weeks 4days. The doctor told me that he didn't want to take any chances. I was booked for an Elective CS.
God did it. The surgery was a success.
Baby weighed 3.3kg at 37weeks and some days.

Please make una manage the story like this, 4th trimester is real.

Lesson learnt.
Despite all the negative medical reports ,I decided to trust God completely, and He came through for me.
No matter what you are experiencing in this journey, just keep calm, jehova over do, will do it for you.

Note: I TTC for 4 years, but today, I am a proud mum of 4.

Hii Mamas, pls is there any Owerri Mama here, pls help me out with any good hospital, I don't know any..I did my antenatal in Abuja with my first..so am a bit confused on where to start in this town

I used Fmc owerri for my last baby. I am planning of using them again, but yet to register there. Presently using one mission hospital close to my house but will definitely register with fmc. I am also sort of jjc here but fmc is good .

Fear not dear. It really depends on you and your partner.

For I and hubby, we did withdrawal and condom method and it worked for us. We started planning for another child when my daughter clocked two years in September. And I took in a couple of months later. Last LMP was 22nd Nov

I didn't do FP cos I was scared of the side effects.

It is best to go to a good health facility preferably government owned, where they will counsel you on.the one that best suits your system.
