kkins25: This is my reply to your statement and not OP's, as I want to answer some of your wondering. Timing matters a lot, imagine being at work doing nothing for most of the day then a few hours before the close of work, your boss gives you a days worth of work that's needed to be done immediately. She might be doing nothing for most of the day but as soon as the children come back work begins, taking care of the children, washing, cooking, homework and other things begins and those work doesn't stop until she sleeps because she also has to cook and take care of her husband when he gets back home. That's a lot of mental and physical juggling compressed into a few hours. So saying that domestic chores draining energy isn't surprising because of the amount of being taken care of. Then she's expected to engage in another physical exercise that is sex. Saying that sex isn't physically tasking for women if they're not an active participant is strange to me. If that's the case then stories of women who faint during sex and those that have to use hot towel after sex to ease soreness and those that were r*ped to death are most likely false then. I wonder if sex is enjoyable for OPs wife, since there's a possibility that he only focuses on getting his release. What would be the point of doing chores for hours then having to endure another internal physical chore instead of a physical release. Let's be honest most guys would be less interested in sex if the possibility of getting that release is little to none due to insensitivity or the only position they're allowed is cowgirl where she grinds on him to get her release and he's never allowed to thrust to get his. 2 Likes |

Blake755: The farther you are from the source, the more diluted the gene pool becomes, so the originals won't have any problems. Most likely genetic mutation over millennia through exposure to less than ideal environments, examples like the fall of man from the garden(ideal environment) and post-flood conditions(the life expectancy was massively reduced) pop into mind. Even the Israelites were warned against carnal relations within a family unit. 1 Like |

leisuretym: I see no reason to call OP a fool here. This is the arrangement you and your spouse has chosen. What you're doing is simply Division of Labour, you're shouldering all the financial responsibilities of the family which requires all your attention, so therefore the matters of running the home should be delegated to your spouse, you have clear roles. OP doesn't mean you must clean the house by force, OP is only advising women not to marry men who only see them as a slave or who sees performing the bare survival necessity of humans (cooking) and proper hygiene(cleaning) as below their gender. Same way I wouldn't advice men to marry women who only see them as an ATM, as that can cause mental and physical issues later on, possibly leading to an early death. |

Religion / Is Saying "I Cover My ..... With The Blood Of Jesus" Correct? by gremp(m): 12:24am On Nov 29, 2021 |
As Christians it's common place to hear to hear or say phrases like "I cover myself/my food/the road etc with the blood of Jesus". I myself grew up hearing and saying that but recently, while watching a Q and A with Mike Winger on YouTube, a question about whether saying that phrase is right or wrong was asked and he said it's wrong, supporting his assertions with scriptural references and evidence. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Am7zc6wq9U I didn't really accept what he said at first because this is what I grew up hearing and saying and someone all of a sudden is saying it's wrong, so I delved into the Bible to do my own research. I found out that mostly when the blood of Jesus Christ is being spoken of in the New Testament, it's paired with salvation and how it's the sacrifice (John 3:16) that cleanses us and makes us acceptable before God. So Blood of Jesus = Cleansing/Consecration for the specific purpose of our salvation. Ephesians 1:7, Colossians 1:14, Hebrews 9:14, Hebrews 10:19, Hebrews 13:12, 1 Peter 1:19, 1 John 1:7 Not used for inanimate objects but for our(humans) redemption and salvation. So where did the use of the "Blood of Jesus" for the food you want to eat, protection while traveling, for your pen/tv/car/etc when it's not working come from? I remembered (and people I was discussing this with also gave this scenario) the instance of blood of the lamb used on the lintel above the door of the houses where the Israelites lived when they were in Egypt (Exodus 12) and since Jesus Christ is the Lamb(Revelations 5:6) and likened to a Lamb(1 Peter 1:19), and a lamb was used (Exodus 12) for protection, therefore the case for "I cover myself in the Blood of Jesus" being used is justified for when we need protection.......well....... that's just wrong. Firstly, it was a one time command but was commemorated through the Passover Feast. Secondly, where is "I cover..... With the blood of Jesus Christ" in the Bible?? -But God understands what I mean when I say the phrase ()But now you you're no more ignorant of the Blood of Jesus Christ and what it signifies, so why do you want to do what you're comfortable with and say "God will understand" rather than what God's will concerning that matter says?, Is it your will be done or His will be done? -But what will we say when praying for protection, on our food etc. () Is simply asking God for protection and for him to bless your food too weak or inadequate? Or he won't listen and answer your prayers because it doesn't have enough big words?, Is your faith and trust in him useless? I hope I was able to pass this message across clearly and if you have contrary scriptural evidences, please do tell me and let's discuss them. I sometimes do notice myself almost slipping and reverting to using that phrase the way I used to, just like when I stopped saying "Oh my God" everytime I'm surprised or exclaiming because it cheapens and doesn't honour the name of God which is hallowed, so it's a conscious effort by the grace of God. Please do note - I'm not disclaiming the communion. - Do not take the scriptures out of context e.g. singling out a verse and making conclusions based on the singular verse, as some do when it comes to tithing and oppressing women by saying the scripture says "women should not speak" etc because if the Bible is taken out of context it'll contradict itself. Ask for God to give you understanding and read the whole book that contains the verse you're quoting to understand what it means. - Be willing to learn more about God but be careful of false teachings, study the scripture, do not let any human being be the utmost authority rather let the Word be be first. 2 Peter 1:20, 1 Corinthians 14:26. God bless you and may He continue to enlighten us. 1 Like |
Family / Re: Marriage Is Not About Unconditional Love by gremp(m): 11:22pm On Oct 25, 2021 |
LordReed: God is love, but not the type the current culture teaches. He loves us but he can't force us to accept his love. Since his nature is holy and unblemished, nothing unholy can be in his presence and we because are in sin, we need something ( Jesus Christ and his sacrifice, believing in him, John 3:16 ) to make us acceptable in his presence, that's why the forgiveness of sin is required. He loves us but not the sin itself, that's why a way was provided, Jesus Christ. This article gives a quick in-depth explanation; https://www.biblestudytools.com/bible-study/topical-studies/the-unconditional-love-of-god.html?amp |

Family / Re: As A Man, Will You Pack To Your Wife's Personally Built House? by gremp(m): 4:41pm On Aug 11, 2021 |
AmazonTopaz: People who dislike feminism dislike it because the feminism ideal popular today is one where women have the supposed authority of a man, with the responsibility of a child, doing whatever and making false accusations without repercussions and absolving themselves of all responsibility and if they're caught lying, the people who supported them just let it go or say "...what if she was saying the truth??, She's showing other women to be bold..." at the expense of the lives of others e.g. waving the r*pe banner after having s*x with someone who you consented to have s*X with at the time but regret it now. There's nothing wrong with fighting for women representation and for their voices to be heard but when false accusations are being thrown around without men being abled to defend themselves without being seen as toxic for expressing their disagreement or opposing opinions, or seen as taking advantage of the patriarchy, it makes that brand of feminism detestable. A woman can make an accusation of r*pe or assault against a man and it'll be taken as a fact with crowds rising up in solidarity without thorough investigation, the most popular recent case is that of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, where he was falsely accused despite evidence contrary to the accusations. I've cases of men both young and old jailed for r*pe or ostracized from their family, friends and children just because the mothers told lies. I'm not saying every case of r*pe is false or we should brush aside every claim, however, every claim should be thoroughly investigated because women who have actually been r*ped will have difficulty saying it to their partner because the term has been watered down and now means regretful s*x. Some guys have seen these things happen to fellow guys and have seen what such accusations cause and the almost irreversible damages, opting to follow the easy path of treating every woman the same way without the supposed stress of judging them individually, since you might not know who's the wolf in sheep's clothing, and making the REDPILL movement toxic on which I'll also explain later. |

LilMissFavvy: That is an objective statement you're making, so by that statement you're saying every married man whose wive cheats also cheats or cheated on her first??, Every married woman isn't capable of freewill and making choices which can result in choosing to cheat That's just rejecting responsibility, I've seen cases of married women cheating without the husband ever cheating, does the husband deserve it?? Of course there are nitty-gritty details in most things e.g lack of initial desires, lower bedroom romance frequency e.t.c but that doesn't detract from the fact that a choice was made to cheat. |

There has been reports of screen issues on the Redmi Note 10 series especially the pro version, some of the notable issues are flickering while the refresh rate is set to 120hz and color shifts. There has been some minor tricks suggested by some people which helped a little bit or not at all for those experiencing those issues. It's not been officially confirmed if those issues are caused by a bad batch of screens which will make it an hardware issue or a software issue. There's been some evidence of the Refresh Rate being changed erratically when set to 120hz mode which might be due to the MIUI aggressive battery saving. So it's recommended to wait it out and see if the next MIUI update for the Redmi Note 10 series will fix those issues before buying. |

LegalRambles: Sure of course, no ulterior motives But it's good as you also posted the comment that I replied to so it won't be out of context since person was bashing Xiaomi for not having enough stock like Samsung (Who by his statement are not using 'Plastic Chips' ) while conveniently forgetting Samsung has their own In-house SoC(Exynos) which makes them have enough phone stock. I currently use a Nokia 2.4 and I've never used a Xiaomi phone but I love great technology offered at a low price per performance so when I see someone claiming global truths based on prejudice, I sometimes cringe. |

LegalRambles what was your intent when quoting my statement? |
Phones / Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by gremp(m): 10:53pm On Apr 02, 2021 |
Walkee: No matter the amount of phones they release, they're not the ones making the SoC therefore they're bottlenecked as they can only work on what's given. They also have different levels of phones which uses different SoC so it comes back to the supply of those SoC which they can do nothing about. The pandemic is also a big factor but one might argue that it's not the same for the likes of iPhone and Samsung but one has to consider that iPhone has their own specialized chip produced by TMSC and Samsung produces the exclusive Exynos SoC which is used in some regional variants of their phones therefore making sure shortages of outside sources don't affect supply. 7 Likes |
