she is some one i admire at a distance. I see her in her class and the dificult part is that she is always in the company of her equally tall friends. She is about 6ft tall and i am just over 5ft. hello every one. This is a sensitive issue and i would like to choose my words carefully so that people do not misget my intention and purpose and begin to attack me.

In the west, though i've not been there, i believe if your sister was sexually abused and you go to the authority to seek justice, you will get it and no problem afterward.

But after listening to someones experience over here in naija i was so angry and a question came to my mind but first let me give a summary of his experience.

His sister was abused and he pushed the case to court. The abuser was sentenced. But before then, while he was still seeking justice in court, the family of the abuser were reaching out to his own family trying to beg his family to pull the case out of court so that they could settle it downlow but they remained adamant. And after the abuser was sentenced, the family of the abuser developed a kind of attitude toward them and people in the neighbourhood who had come to beg his family earlier started calling them names. The most shoking of the matter was the fact that it was women of the family of the abuser, who should be able to put themselves in the shoes of his sister, that were at the front of the name calling.

It is so unfortunate that this is the way people think here! He even said justice was to bring his family peace but what his family saw was far from peace. But i told him that it is not the justice you got in the court that is bringing him discomfort but the senselessness of the neighbours he has.

As for me, what he did is ok but i dont know about you. Do you think he should have solved the matter downlow as proposed by the other people or you share my position on the matter?

In writing his gospel, luke probably turned to the holy virgin, becos she was with them, for accounts as can be seen in the first four verses of chapter one: ''I am putting together an orderly account.....after hearing from those who saw and heard.....'' no wonder luke was able to give that much insight and background. So all of the divine revelations of great and profound truth and all of the better understanding and a deepened faith you get after reading the gospel of luke especially chapter one couldnt have been revealed without, not taking God from it, the holy virgin.

So if a woman kick starting a relationship makes the boys take them for granted, why then do we have abuses in relationships that were started by the boys.

it will interest you to know that women are the very ones who spit at a man being virgin. Ask a woman if she wants a man who's virgin as a husband and you will be suprised at the response you will get. My mother told a couple of ladies that i have never done it before and the ladies made mockery of me. I felt so embarrased.
