Thank you for the link! The app is amazing. I've started using it immediately. I tried to save my card but it kept saying an error and I've tried my two cards. Do you know what the issue might be?

Dahneyel:
I’ve been using a language learning app called Busuu and I think you’d like it too.
Use my personal invite for a 30-day free trial and we can learn together: https://app.busuu.com/nKU2aurPTaA1n8aHA

This is really helping me learn fast!

Why I personally love the App is that it has Grammar lessons which Duolingo doesn't really emphasize. And knowing the French grammar properly would set a solid foundation for your French learning journey!

Feel free to PM/email me if the link above isn't clickable.

If you're using NYSC experience, on the reference letter will it only be the salary that will be stated since on the IRCC they also asked for benefits.

If we omit it, will they ask for things like pension letter or so?

It's quite easy between 15-30mins with the right contact..

Sincerely, you can't learn the language all by yourself. You need a tutor to lead you through.

Hello,

Please I'm starting from scratch and I've been using duolingo. Can someone pls send me materials and other apps I can use. I wanted to use AF but their prices were too much.

Any help will be appreciated.

Do not beat yourself up for not understanding anything while listening, it is something that improves with time, even people on B2 do not understand everything it is a gradual process, understanding the words, sentences and making sense of them en ce moment serais une bataille difficile. Try to understand master the sounds and allow your brain to register them while you work on vocabulary. You will see that over time you will start making sense of conversation in French.

FrenchPod101 is an excellent platform for listening especially with beginners level, besides that, try to listen to French radio like rfi, France inter etc. Listen to them passively and actively even if you don't understand anything because subconsciously your brain is registering the sounds. C'est mon conseil

Please is there anyone studying with AF Ikoyi or ikeja?

GurlyGift21:
Hello everyone,

I want to start learning French in January at AF but I found out that they have a specific amount of hours for every level and per session.
For example for ikeja weekend: 108hours to complete A1 and one session is 36hours. So does that mean I will have to pay for 3sessions just to finish 1 level?

Please help

Please help me with my question.

GurlyGift21:
Thank you.

Will they send a mail to the company's mail or HR to confirm?
Because I didn't really take the job too seriously then but I can get a reference letter from my supervisor and ID with my posting letter and acceptance letter.

I just don't want the HR to give me a bad review or something.

or will they just send the mail to my supervisor instead?

Basically I just want to know who they will contact to verify.

I am 26years btw and If i am able to do my IELTS soon i will have a crs of btw 468-474 depending on my IELTS band

GurlyGift21:
Please someone help me with my question below:

I have 2years and 4months experience without NYSC and I have two certificates. I don't know if I should do IELTS and enter the pool fast before the French speakers enter the pool.

I cant use my NYSC because I wasnt paid by the company and I also have 5months of internship at another company that I can add but the problem is with the NOC. I was a customer service representative/Teller and that is not in NOC 0, A or B.

Please what should I do?
Should I wait till my current job reaches 3years to apply which is June next year or should I do my IELTS and apply in march or april?
