I personally use a fade cream from Clear Essence. Its called Medicated Fade cream. You can find it on their website and it was totally inexpensive. I use it daily to fade some dark spots. By no means am I trying to bleach my skin, I am just trying to fade the spots and even out my skin tone.

I agree, your skin is probably a huge factor in looking and feeling good. Our skin can tell a lot about us and what is going on internally. When our skin looks colorless and dry, that can be a sign of dehydration. Or if our skin is flushed with red it can be a sign from our body saying that we are running a fever. But apart from taking care of our skin internally, its important we take care of it externally also. I have extremely dry skin although I make sure to stay hydrated daily. I am currently obsessing over Skin Beautifying Milk by Clear Essence. Its a super creamy lotion that hydrates my skin and leaves it feeling softer than ever. And it soothes wherever I have super dry and cracked skin spots. It also contains SPF 15 for sun protection. Just thought I'd share a few skin care pointers that have helped me out tremendously.
