The medicine is of two types, one is for drinking and the other one is for external use. it can make u as tit as a girl of 5 years. I don't want to talk much of the Hausa culture but they are wonderful when it comes to matters like this. Girls can have uncountable number of sex and can still get married with the husband fully believing they are virgins. de one for drinking works better.
just send me a mail if u want ur prb to be solved. francisgwazah@gmail.com. de fast u can de better it will be, because I will be going out of north soon... remember surgery is not the best option.

treese:
Though he usually says he doesn't care about my self esteem but I don't think this has to do with self esteem alone. I think there is more. While we were dating we spoke about my sex life and body nature. It's not like I had too many relationships but I just knew men say my vaginal is kind of lax. Even wen I lost my virginity the guy called me a blunt liar to my face, saying I claimed to be a virgin when I wasn't.

You didn't bleed and getting in wasn't so hard. That is one ruined relationship that would have been awesome. And probably the last man standing. If you be virgin, you go know, if you not, you will know and I KNEW then that I was.

Now my husband knew this about my body and decides to stick with it. Somehow someway which I don't know after my first child, vaginal got tight, second child too same happened. To a certain extent it helped our sex life because it made him love it. And I could tell it's one of the reasons he probably hasn't cheated..

Just 2 days back. We had a little misunderstanding then I mentioned something about sèx. Quote me if am wrong. Sex is meant for bonding between a man and a woman and that's why God instituted it in marriage alone. So you both can get closer, and in my own opinion when there are issues BTW them the power of sex is to make forgiveness easy. The next thing my husband said is. It's not like am enjoying the sex. It's now feels like been in a pool.

OMG I was HURT. I lost the essence of life immediately, lost the essence of marriage. Out of anger I told him only men with big dicks should complain, men with pencils dares nor. That was my only defence because he said it with soooooo much heartlessness. I cried...i cried so much. This man that I have back sex with so that our sex life would be whole. Sometimes I bleed. Then I said to myself it's not worth it. Then I realised, For him if anything goes wrong with me due to that sexual style, Am on my own. Few hours later I sent him a text that I was sorry for everything not because it was easy but two wrongs never ever make a right in marriage. Can't walk away with two kids can only make it work.

Following day wen I saw he was in a good mood. I decided to ask, then he said I was lax and it has made sex unenjoyable. I wondered y he didn't tell me immediately he noticed and why he had to throw it to my face. But what, it's a man's world. If they don't reap their mean ways here on earth. It waits in heaven.

But trust me since then I have been concerned,Google all I could, nothing much. Even the kegel exercise has always been my practice. I now feel this time he might just look outside wen sex gets all pool like. He said he will buy toys, he said he can't pretend to love it wen he doesn't. Which I agree with. But even the toys can it ever be Like d real things. Sometimes he might want to feel the woman and not want toys. What happens next? I can't encourage him to cheat cos if he does and I find out I would leave with my kids. But I don't want him to. Am confused. So so confused. You know wen a man is concerned he will probably do research with you, find out info call doctors, but he didn't, he just broke the news to me and he's like do something about it or I might not be making out with u again. It's really not fair. Cos some men might possibly not go about it that way. But at the same time, it's like that's his nature. I can only Leave with it or take a walk. But take a walk to where, becos am now lax? But I also hear sex in marriage is KEY, with two kids, and I love him, but thatz still not the point. I DON'T know. Please who does? I have smiling all over the house, acting like everything is fine once am alone i cry again, because the fear is, would there ever be a solution , would I still be tight again, and this is a marriage where sex is sometimes 1 in 2 or 3 weeks, so definitely that's not the reason for my laxity, i will be sad if my marriage gets ruined because am lax. I hope my husband reads this thank God he is a nairalander

Simple matter
Any where u are ask any Hausa woman about a traditional medicine called" Haki Maye" ur husband will be crying while making love with u. Don't boldly ask of it because they won't give u. if it is where I am ur prb is just too small.
Health / Re: See How You Can Reduce Sweating (men) by Gwazah(m): 5:56am On Jul 13, 2015
Don’t be afraid to sweat it out with these six health benefits that actually don’t stink. 1. Boosts Endorphins Prolonged sweating is expected to occur at the gym during an intense workout or even brisk walking in the sun. Exercising increases the level of the “feel-good” endorphin hormones that are naturally released during physical activity. A 2009 study published in the journal Biology Letters found group workouts actually increase endorphin levels and cause less pain for those who work out together than those who train alone. Sweating it out during a group exercises like Zumba or hot yoga can help put a smile on your face. 2. Detoxifies Body One of the most efficient ways to detox your body — without the juicing — is to sweat. Sweating can flush the body of substances of alcohol, cholesterol, and salt. The body releases toxins by using sweat as the conduit. “Sweat purges the body of toxins that can clog pores and plague the skin with pimples and blemishes,” Dele-Michael said. A 2011 study published in the journal Archives of Environmental and Contamination Toxicology found many toxic elements appeared to be excreted through sweat. Induced sweating appears to be a potential method for the elimination of many toxic elements from the human body. Researchers believe sweat analysis could be considered as an additional method for the monitoring of toxic elements in humans rather than just blood and/or urine testing. 3. Lowers Kidney Stone Risk Sweating can be an effective way to sweat out the salt and retain calcium in your bones. This limits the accumulation of salt and calcium in the kidneys and urine, which is where the stones come from. It is no coincidence people who sweat tend to drink more water and fluids, which is another prevention method for kidney stones. A study presented at the 2013 American Urological Association conference in San Diego, Calif., found even walking for a couple of hours a week could cut the risk for developing kidney stones. Mild to moderate activity changes the way the body handles nutrients and fluids that affect stone formation. Sweating helps flush out the system more efficiently because it demands more hydration from the body. 4. Prevents Colds And Other Illnesses Perspiring can actually help fight tuberculosis germs and other dangerous pathogens. Dr. Diane De Fiori, a dermatologist at the Rosacea Treatment Clinic in Melbourne, Australia, told Medical Daily in an email: “Sweat contains antimicrobial peptides effective against viruses, bacteria, and fungi. These peptides are positively charged and attract negatively charged bacterial, enter the membranes of bacteria, and break them down".

No reasonable IG would want to return police on road block. Foreigners has been embarrassed several times on our highways and intercity areas by the Nigerian police officers brandishing guns and asking for egunje.

Politics / Re: Buhari Orders Removal Of Military Check Points by Gwazah(m): 7:13am On Jun 23, 2015
It is not the fault of the police not being able to curb crime in the country. Reasons
1) Police are not protected by the law- In a democratic state, the right of the citizens must be giving to them as prescribed by the constitution, but the police also have the right of carrying out their duties with out harassment from civilians, but reverse is the case, and as such the situation may warrant the police to use minimum force which may subsequently result to the use of fire arm. when a policeman uses his fire arm, it will result to the top brass removing their hands and sacrificing the officer just to make name. This have made many policemen to overlooked some crimes and let them go.
2) Poor Equipment: check out which equipment other countries police are using, but we continue sending policemen with only AK47 to go out and detect today's crime? what about technological equipment?
3) poor welfare. U need to see the hardship a bereaved family passes through. Even to convey the officers corpse to his hometown is the burden of the family.
4) Political Interference. This is affecting not only the police but our courts also.
In fact the police prefer now to overlook crime and live in peace, because some people are above the law, no Rule of Law in this country.

Sports / Debate: Who Is The Greatest Ever Xavi Or Pirlo? by Gwazah(m): 12:59pm On Jun 02, 2015
Andrea Pirlo and Xavi are two of a
dying breed. Midfielders more about
technique than physique, their styles
seem suited to a bygone era, yet they
have been able to dominate for a
generation in the maelstrom that is the
modern game.
Soon they will both be gone. Xavi is off
to Qatar at the end of the current
campaign, bidding farewell to his
beloved Barcelona after more than two
decades at the Catalan club. Pirlo,
meanwhile, is considering a summer
exit and has said a Champions League
win would be a fitting finale to his
career at this level.
Xavi is now 35 and Pirlo 36 and both
are slightly past the peak of their
powers, yet they remain vital players for
their respective clubs and brought
success to their national teams, too.
Xavi helped Spain to a World Cup win in
2010 and back-to-back European
Championship crowns in 2008 and
2012; Pirlo also won the World Cup with
Italy in 2006 and was a losing finalist
against Xavi and La Roja at Euro 2012.
But which one was the better player?
As the two midfielders meet again for
one last time at the highest level in
Saturday's Champions League final in
Berlin, two Goal writers take up the
debate...
'Pirlo was more of a match-winner than
Xavi'
By Kris Voakes
Xavi rightly leaves Barcelona with
people bandying about titles such as
‘legend’ and ‘all-time great’. His impact
on the club cannot be questioned, while
he similarly impacted Spain during one
of the most successful periods ever
enjoyed in international football.
But on Saturday he comes up against a
man every bit as worthy of such
platitudes.
Andrea Pirlo has been to more than one
club what Xavi has been to Barcelona.
Like Xavi, he has also had a significant
impact at international level, playing a
key role in Italy’s 2006 World Cup win
and providing the heartbeat of the
Azzurri side ever since. Like so many
comparisons, this is one which cannot
be measured by winners’ medals alone.
While Pirlo has worked with a string of
star performers during his career, he
hasn’t been granted anything like the
stability enjoyed by Xavi. Turfed out by
Inter when they couldn’t get the best
from him, he was reborn as a deep-
lying playmaker at Milan. Then when
Massimiliano Allegri got shot of him
despite his immense record with the
Rossoneri, he arrived at Juventus and
transformed their fortunes almost
single-handedly.
The Italian has been a more direct
influence on sides over a greater period
of time. When a game needed
somebody to take a real stranglehold on
proceedings, he never shirked the
responsibility. So often, he made it
known that he felt the need to be the
dominant personality in the game,
gliding gracefully around all parts of the
pitch, showing for the ball and looking
for the key pass at every turn.
His set-piece quality is something to
behold, and if you have sat behind the
path of a Pirlo arrow heading for the net
then you have experienced one of the
greatest joys football can provide. Xavi
might have laid many a platform for
victory, but Pirlo was more often the
match-winner. He found more ways to
influence a game, and had more to say
in key moments.
At his best, Pirlo was the closest
football gets to perfection.

'Xavi is probably the game's greatest
midfielder ever'
By Ben Hayward
Long before the emergence of Neymar
and Luis Suarez alongside Lionel Messi
in Barcelona's brilliant forward line, the
club's success was built on probably
the greatest midfield football has ever
seen. And it was led wonderfully by one
man: Xavi.
When he made his debut for the
Catalan club in 1998, Xavi was under
incredible pressure as he was dubbed
as a long-term replacement for captain
Pep Guardiola. Such was the burden
that the younger man felt, that he
almost left Camp Nou altogether.
Instead, however, he stayed, eclipsed
his illustrious former team-mate and
became the fulcrum of the greatest
Barca and Spain sides in history. If one
man symbolises the Tiki Taka style
employed by both the Blaugrana and La
Roja between 2008 and 2014, it is Xavi.
No player makes more passes in a
game than the Catalan midfielder. While
Andrea Pirlo's impact is intermittent,
Xavi's influence is constant: he is
always there, making things tick,
passing, pressing and controlling his
team's possession philosophy - and he
did it better than anyone else for so
many years.
His excellence cannot be measured in
goals or even assists. Xavi is all about
ball control and recycling possession,
almost always giving his team-mate a
better option than the one he had
himself. He made what was hugely
complicated appear effortlessly easy -
and Barca have had to change their
style in 2014-15 as he reaches the
twilight of a wonderful playing career at
this level.
But he has remained important and in
his last appearance at Camp Nou, Xavi
claimed his 24th trophy for the Catalan
club. No player has won more in the
history of Spanish football and while
Messi has obviously been key in
Barca's spectacular success in recent
years, Xavi was equally important for a
number of seasons.
Not many players can say they have
helped change the history of both their
club and country on a football field, but
Xavi can and he is probably the
greatest midfielder the game has ever
seen.

It’s almost two weeks now, Yeah, two weeks since I ran away. Ran away, I said not desert. I ran for my dear life. I had left the warfront, the warzone, war state and probably the military as a whole. I am not a coward, I just grew wiser. Wise enough to realize I had to opt out before my blood was spilled in a cause I know nothing of. If I had to die today, my family would be less grieved; at least I had not died from a bullet wound or an explosion or being slaughtered by those animals. They would know I died by a natural cause and they would not have to receive any blood money for my departure. How on earth are they going to spend that anyway? I became wise to realize being a soldier in a country like ours was just like being a helpless lamb, sacrificed for no reason.

We had won the war or should I say completed the task given to us but the authority didn’t see any casualty so they weren’t satisfied. They wanted to go back. For the love of God, why are they being so callous! I dropped my kits and submitted my rifle with the excuse of going to solve some administrative problems and bowed out without anyone knowing my plan. I was in alone and just in case I got caught, I wanted face the judgment alone, their court martial as usual. It took me almost a week to finally arrive at my father’s house, where it felt like home and to be sane again. In the first seven days after the war, I couldn’t sleep. I had blood on my hands and each time I tried closing my eyes, I had nightmares about the people I had killed. I saw dead innocent children sprawled about like rats. And then the most terrifying image of all; the man I had killed, the man I had shot between his eyes. He had looked at me for a few seconds and the eyes were cold and scared. One thing I knew was, those eyes would haunt me forever. I tried to watch movies all day and night to exorcise my mind from the evil I was going through, it helped a little.

I had long chats with my girlfriend. That helped too, then I could at least get an hour of sleep dreaming about her before the break of dawn then I had to get up to observe my prayers. I became closer to God not that I wasn’t before but the whole military, hindered some things, and those things I was ready to pay back. Dad made sure I was fine and didn’t lack anything. He bought fruits and drug supplement to get me back hale and hearty. Mum never stopped calling every minute, to bury my sorrow with her stories about the weather, her job, and her experience in the United States. She was miles away and I missed that. I had spoken to little sister just once but she would be home by the end of the month, for her mid-term break, I can’t wait. And my bro? We chat like shit; we talk over the phone sometimes too. He is basically my new best friend.
Being a soldier in this country is so degrading and we are treated like crap or should I say they are treated like crap because I’m not sure I’m going back until everything changes for good. It pains me so much that my heart bleeds when I lose a colleague. People lose their lives because of the incompetency of the government on this issue. This is a terrorist-war o.k. insurgency not an inter-country war. These guys are inside your country for goodness sake. In a country of more than 190 million people, then few pieces of crap not up to half a million have been threatening your lives for more than 5 years. I am sorry to say we don’t deserve to have a military or even be called a country. Those bastards have killed more than five thousand soldiers and we can’t still wipe out their existence? There must be something wrong. If it isn’t the authority funding and supporting these terrorists, I don’t see why we can’t curb them.

I thought this book was going to have a happy ending but I doubt it because the last chapter before this was meant to be the last and I have decided not to open it again and let those lies they tell the world as stories on TV and in the papers about the warfront just filter through. I didn’t want to hear them talk again because this was becoming a puppet show and those guys up there are the string pullers, and the soldiers, the puppets.

At about about 1616 hours today, I got a call from a friend, a soldier who thinks he could go on fighting the war. He told me a soldier and an officer are dead and one other soldier severely injured. An officer, Flying officer Toryem of the Nigerian Air force and Seaman Amaseimogha Alexander of the Nigerian Navy were both dead. Both of them served diligently during their life time. Alexander especially had a close relationship with me. Apart from being roommates at the FOB, Abuja for almost 4 months, he was skating friend and teacher. He taught me how to skate back then in Belarus during our training as Special Forces. He helped me buy my first pair of skating shoes. He was an intelligent chap who showed lovely view about religion and politics. And the officer, Toryem, he was a young chap, a fine officer. We were both under the Nigerian Air force before his demise. The injured soldier, Private Khalid, I can’t believe it though. He use to be my close pal during those few weeks of advance. We were both on the engineering team and because of our age bracket; we did things together and talked about after war. I heard he got a 12.8mm bullet to his chest, damn that stuff is meant for felling trees not humans. I hope he gets better anyway.

For those who lost their lives, I hope it wouldn’t be in vain. We keep shouting ‘May 29th, Buhari would take over’ but I ask myself ‘how many more brothers would I lose?’ How many more have to die for the lost cause. I bade you adieu Alexander and Fg Offr Toryem. I hope you have found peace. May God grant you mercy. In heaven hold the gates firm during your sentry duties for we are coming to relieve you.
