In the case of the seychelles its not true
if u want to enter seychelles with the purpose of taking up a job without getting a permitt it is almost immposible.
getting it after you have entered is almost imposible becos seychelles is expensive.
it is a small country and they cany afford to have nigerian immigrants prowling yheir streets.
