I am in seaarch of a two or three bedroom house near Lagos island. so as not to waste anyone's time i will highlight my requirement for any house or property i might be interested in.

A, The location should be an area where i can easily reach Lagos island, say 10 minute if no hold up; B, no swampy or water logged area, this one is a no no; C, good access road; D, good and secure environment; D, sufficient parking space; E, Preferably a spacious newly built or renovated; F, good drainage system; G, very important, spacious toilet and bath, it must not look like an after thought.

The budjet for the house is 500,000 naira MAXIMUM. It would be nice if the agent/person can post the picture of the property and please note that good location is very key No Ebutte metta, No Unilag area or shomolu and please remember that Ogudu is not that close to the island so it is a no no.
