Hello everyone, how long does it take from decision being made to passport collection? Thanks in advance

When did you make your application and did you pay for priority. Within 24-48 hours. Could even be the same day.

Please I have some questions to ask.

First can I use my Nigerian bank ATM debit card to withdraw in UK, then exchange it there in UK, or does the debit card becomes useless once I leave Nigeria.

Then again, when I finish my MSc in UK, and secured admission for PhD any school in UK, must I need to come back to Nigeria to apply or can I apply for Visa in UK without coming back to Nigeria and continue with the PhD.

Cc. Justwise

1.Your Debit Card will give you funds in the currency of the country you are in at that moment. So if you withdraw with your Nigerian Bank Debit Card you will get your funds in Pounds. Although I don't think banks allow ATM withdrawals outside Nigeria anymore because of the scarcity of FX, you should confirm from your bank.

2. You can switch your visa while in the UK as long as your current one has not expired. You don't have to come back to Nigeria to do that.

@justwise, @harrry @house... I have been having issues making payment for the super priority visa on the tls site. I used my gtb dollar card but declined payment. Pls what should I do. So confused at the moment.. helpppppppp

Hi,
Did you pick V.I as your application centre? Super Priority can only be done at the V.I centre. If it's possible go to the centre today to speak to one of their staff about this. That is the fastest way for you to get a solution.

Hello all/justwise,
Please i need clarifications on some things , a friend of mine wants to apply for a tier 4 student visa but she is confused on the following grounds:

1. The applicant's parent lives within her university city in UK, so she wants to know if she can attach her parent property documents in order to show proof of accommodation because she wants to live with her parent during the period of her study .

2. Do such applicant need to proof maintenance fund for accommodation or just living expenses ?

3. Does anyone know the immigration rule regarding this situation ?

4. Is it possible to leave maintenance fund in your account then printout the statement after 28 days before paying your tuition fee ?

Thanks in anticipation.

samiam123: I would like to sincerely thank the makers of this forum and all the posters, you have helped me more than you can know. I applied for my visa on September 5th at teleperformance and collected it today. I owe part of the success of my application to this forum. I have never posted on here before and I didn't even have a nairaland account but I had to create one solely to thank all of you.
I was so scared that my application would be refused, I came to this forum everyday and reading everyone's posts gave me hope.

God bless you all.
@samiam123, please did you get an email from teleperformance or you just went to check regardless? I also submitted on the 5th. Thank you.
