you can't search for any lawyer, lawyer will be the one to reach you, and pls be patience too, besides it depends on your location too.

My advice for you is not to submit your NECO to avoid more problems, if you have WAEC you can submit it instead. but if you must submit it pls go to high court and do an affidavit, stating that WILLIAMS H CHINEDUM and WILLIAMS CHINEDU HANNAH is the same person. for your date of birth on ur NECO you have to do an affidavit on it too, it's very important you do the affidavit to avoid issues when the lawyer will come for your verification.

good pm, which date in June were you interviewed ? Anyway it all depends on your location too (state) all you need is to be very patience, after your lawyer comes !!!my dear E no end there, delay is too much , if ur documents are complete u should be expecting them ending of September or October, some lawyer no dey help matters, maybe embassy has given them documents, they will keep it oneside and be doing another thing, if you call the embassy they will tell you that lawyer verification takes 5months or more, so i advise you should be patience.

nawa oooo this one is serious ooo, it's 9 months since the lawyer came for ur verification, you need to be prayerful, ehhh God ooo, can you pls sent them a mail or call them that it's been 9months the lawyer came for verification but still nothing from them. I have a friend who is now in Germany ��since July, her interview was October 2021and they demand for her passport on 1week of May 2022, and another of my friend is going next week by God grace, see you need to call as many times as u can.Even ask your husband to call them too, but make I ask you this question ooo, is ur husband a German man or a black man, because sometimes they don't like giving Nigeria ladies or guys visa once their spouse is a German, because they believe your marriage to her or him is because of the visa.

has ur lawyer visited you, have they contacted your husband in Germany, if u have gone through all this process, pls kindly ask your husband to call the embassy and text them too , and u need to call embassy too to know the situation of things.

We had our own interview in November, ausländerbehörde sent for me in February, the lawyer came in March, I mailed last month to ask how far they said they are still not done with verification.

So unfortunately the waiting game just entered phrase two. Just use the time to be learning something that would be useful to you if not the wait can kill someone

don't expect it this month, ur interview is next month,but they will send you a mail any moment from now, but it all depends on the date you booked your appointment.

My resident permit (Aufenthaltstitel) expires in 30 days same time as my passport. Is it possible to still use this Aufenthaltstitel (with 4 weeks validity) to travel to Nigeria to pick up my new passport and return to Germany in 1 week? I am eligible for an extension but need a valid passport for this.

mmmmmm pls is not possible, to collect passport in Nigeria now is a war, too much delay and too much money, they will tell you its possible that you should come, at the end they will start with one stories to another,, telling you that there is no booklet, so my humble advice is for you to go to another country close by and get your passport to avoid stories that touches the heart.

people cases are different , they called My gf after 5 months of lawyer's verification, some people there own last for 6 to 7 months after lawyer's verification too, your city in Germany might determine how fast they will be too, all you need is to tell your wife to be checking her mail to see if they will demand for date of travelling, her passport and insurance from her.

good morning ��the only thing that will solve this issue is to go to the court and get affidavit, no need of getting newspaper publication, affidavit is far better.

The Embassy might send mail to you tomorrow or next week, all you need to do is to refresh your email � and keep praying because is not easy ooo, all the best.

Yes, my friend got a mail from the embassy on 13th of May, but her interview is next month, so it all depends on the date you booked your appointment.
