The release of the result was due to the action of the Vice chancelor and d order from the chancelor himself giving them deadline of few days b4 the result should come out so that students from far away can get their result before going back to thier destination |

About the Uniben post utme, people scoring very low still have chances, only if your course is not that kind of course that is very demanding. You can always get admission but you might not be given what you applied for |
