Hello, please do you know if this will apply to supervisa cause they usually take longer than a visitor visa. Please reply

Beedempsey:

Hi.
There is an email you can send use so they prioritise your visa application based on exception (check their website for categories of exempted people.

I sent the mail to them and I got a response in about 10days.

Submitted application 31 Dec 2020
Confirmation of application 8 Feb 2021

I didnt need to do biometrics as I have done few years back.

I sent prioritization email to IRCC 24 March 2021
I got my passport request last week Friday.

IRCC.COVID-TravelExemptions-Exemptionsdevoyage-COVID.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

I hope you find this useful.
Please let's all read their website and follow the instructions before sending a mail as their are strict instructions you should take time out to follow step by step.

All the best

Politics / Re: FG Agrees To Slash Fuel Price By ₦5 by harry41: 5:54am On Dec 08, 2020
I agree with your logic. However, I do not think this is novel or no other government has thought about this. The sincerity of the present government is in doubt.

Secondly, you cannot blame the common man opposed to the increased price because of its domino effect on other areas in the country. Other countries can afford to sell fuel at an exorbitant price because they are not really dependent on it and only use it for their cars. If electricity is stable, water is stable, Nigerians won’t really care if fuel sells at 500 naira. In developed countries, those people with cars are taxed more and people are encouraged to use public trains or buses.

Until we see some sincerity and accountability, I won’t blame any Nigerian for now.

Claudiusdeux:
The problem with this price reduction is that the N5 is going to come from government coffers.

In other words, we are going to waste more money we don't have on fuel subsides

Which means, at the end of the day, we take more and more loans to make up for the money we have spent on fuel subsidy.

All because we Nigerians love cheap fuel.

Religion / Re: COVID-19: Oyakhilome Foundation Supports Lagos Govt With Food Items by harry41: 9:11am On Apr 21, 2020
I wonder if people who are criticizing his message on 5G and Coronavirus ever listened to the full teaching or video before drawing conclusions. Most people are making statements and insulting him based on a 2-3 mins clip posted on social media and not even doing their own research. Now, someone has given to support people in these times and yet people still curse and insult him. It’s amazing........

Hello Everyone, please I intend to apply for a super visa for my mum. I have been reading the requirements online that I have to submit to sponsor her. I don’t understand the low income cut off part. What do I need to submit for that and other documents required for this process? Many thanks

As for NCA materials, I am yet to get them. Still researching online and planning to get materials from a friend already in canada writing the exams.
U can also go to this IG handle for more info.https://instagram.com/naijalawyerincanada?igshid=sh91hdbxaxc0 And also visit the official NCA website.

Naira to USD. The USD is a worldwide legal tender, unlike the CAD which isn't at the moment.

My application was approved on 21st May and according to the agents, forwarded to Accra to issue PPR. They said Ottawa issued it on 21st but I didn’t see any mail though. The agent said we should give it sometime and I’m worried why Accra should issue it. You should call them to know whether it has been sent to Accra for PPR

Tochai007:

Thanks @harry41.
I got an update. Application was approved May 3rd and still with Case Processing Center, Ottawa.

I'm wondering if that's where my PPR will be sent from or they'll still forward to AVO before I get PPR.
The wait is not funny anymore. embarassed
