Hello Friend,

Please how long does WES take before issuing the report after receipt of verification and account update? I saw 20 business days but isn't that too long? Any experiences please?

Thanks

Many thanks for your kind and prompt response

First of all, your job duties determine what NOC you choose. Disregard your degree when choosing NOC.
Secondly, if you are practising law in Nigeria then NOC 4112 it is.
Or do you do the duties under NOC 1242? Then choose NOC 1242.

Hello Good people,

I need your kind advice.

I am a lawyer but I am confused about the best NOC to pick. I have gone through NOC 4112 and it bests suits me but I am skeptical about the employment requirements which include

1. •Two to three years of undergraduate studies or, in Quebec, completion of a college program and A bachelor's degree from a recognized law school and Successful completion of the bar examination and completion of a period of articling are required.
•Licensing by the provincial or territorial law society is required.

can I assume this relates to studies in Nigeria and not Canada? or should I go with NOC 1242 for legal administrative assistants? please helpppp

Hello, I was on this stage for over a month. I advise you ask WES when they resent the mail to unilag. they might not oblige you with that information too cause they are very inflexible. I got to know when they resent the mail to unilag when I got another mail from wes about verification. With that information you can inform unilag of the date and they will respond accordingly. I have a contact who assisted me. PM for contact details

Hello All,

I really need help with this WES issue. So my contact resent the mail to WES today and I just called WES and they insist that they haven't received the mail and suggested I send it via courier. I am really tired of the whole wahala. Is it that WES receives emails which the agents cannot see? please advise

Wowww. It’s amazing how much draw conclusions without any knowledge of the facts or circumstance. Please note that her younger sister, Charlene was at the wedding and was her chief. Bridesmaid. Pray and not criticize.

Bobby4090:
Is it only the bride's mum that was absent? Have you people not noticed that even the bride's only sister, her junior sister who stays with her mum in London was absent too.
Its so pathetic. Since the divorce, they shared their daughters. Sharon who was in London with her mum came down to Lagos to stay with Chris, while the junior one remained in London with Anita. I wonder the kind of division that will make one half of a family boycott important functions of the other part.
With this, i won't be surprised if Pastor Chris won't attend his last daughters wedding. Or rather, she may not invite him even if he wants to be there.
The Devil has really played Ludo with this family. May God help us all.

Yes, you can reference OANDA or XE rates in your POF document but I would use a rate between 290 - 300 N/CAD if I were you.
Give yourself a nice buffer. That’s one less thing to worry about after AOR

Hello Good people,

I intend to prepare my documents as I await my evaluation report from WES. As advised, I intend to claim points for only 3 years and add other years in my personal history.

However, I am afraid I might not obtain a reference letter for those 3 years still. hence, as advised in prior pages, can I get my supervisors to write references for me then I can attach my employment letter and pay slips during the period to back this up?

thank you for your kind response.

PCC is needed from every applicant that have stayed 6months and above in any country in the last 10yrs.
So your friend needs dual PCC, UK & Nigeria.
Enjoy.

You just wrote that she is required to attach two police certificates, one for UK & the other for Nigeria.
Then you asking that after she attaches the one for Nigeria, what should she upload for the 2nd one?

Hello All,

My friend stayed in the UK for more than 1 year (from 2010 to 2011) for a master program. She has an ITA but she is required to attach 2 police reports (i.e. one for UK and another for Nigeria). Although she has the police certificate for Nigeria.
Please advise on what she should upload for the 2nd police cert. requirement.

thanks

Be patient, it appears Unilag won't respond to their email verification but wait for the mail from wes instead, which may take a week or two.

This depends on when you're registered with WES. If you didn't before August 1, your don't need it. But if after, you'll have to get your WAEC transcripts sent directly from the issuing body while you can use hellofax to send your degree certificate

Thank you for your response. I registered in June and they never asked for waec so I was surprised when they updated my account to show that. I would have to call them to rectify this

With your reference number and WES address, go to WAEC office and apply. You should spend around 20k-25k, they will send to WES directly. You will need some documents to carry along(2 passports photograph, Copy of WASC, affidavits etc).

For your B.sc Cert, just fax to WES. Once you snap, edit a part and write your WES ref on it.

Thank you so much. Please how do I go about this? Do I fax my waec certificate to them or do I need to visit the waec office to start the process like a transcript? Thanks

milayo:
Yes you need to send your waec transcript too and your waec certificate to them but you don't need to evaluate your first degree since you are to evaluate your highest which in this case is your Masters.
