enemerci: Yes. I believe they're on 2nd September 2022 now. ( September 1 - 2 received AD yesterday) |

Bmuhd4smile: You don't need the original certificate for notarization. Scan the original and print it out. That's what will be notarized. With that being said, to notarize / not notarize depends on the school you're applying to. More so, if the school uses uniassist, then it's compulsory to notarize your documents. If possible, notarize your documents if you can. This will allow you more options when it comes to selecting schools. |

ayowhizi: Sure! you can send me an email from Nairaland. |

WpressBeginner: I applied March 2023. AD is probably gonna drop around late this year. |
![]() |
ayowhizi: What exactly are you having problem with in Campo? I applied early this month and it was straightforward. |

kevinnn001: Last I checked it's still within 18 - 20 months |

SirNeroDee:No idea. |

SirNeroDee: Grey is just like how PiggyVest. You can convert your naira to euro directly on Grey, that I'm sure of. Converting your dollar to euro, I think you might have to use BDC or Aboki for that. Nontheless, you should be able to pay your BA with dollar. The platform you use to block your BA money will handle the conversion to Euro themselves; so long as you paid the dollar equivalent of the needed euro (I'm not so sure.. so verify) |

stevepeter2100: Congratulations chief. All documents must be submitted in original and with two set of photocopies. The original will be returned after the procedure has been completed. 1. You will download two fully completed application forms, and declaration forms too signed it. 2. Two recent biometric passport photos (size 35 x 45mm) 3. A valid and signed passport and already expired passports 4. Birth certificate 5. WAEC Certificate 6. Detailed computer-written curriculum vitae 7. written and personally signed letter of motivation 8. Admission from a German university 9. Enrolment in the language course 10. Proof of funding ( block account or obligation letter ) 11. Prepaid return envelope NB: I haven't gone for interview myself. The above listed documents was gotten from someone who has gone for his. People who have recently gone for interview can also respond on the needed document. Please I have a couple of questions if you don't mind. *) When did you apply for your visa? **) The start date for your program is quite far from January. Did you get admission this year and defer it for the Winter semester in 2024 ? 1 Like |

SirNeroDee: Well, I'm not using Fintech to save mine. I prefer opening a domiciliary account once and be done with it. Perhaps you can buy USDT on Binance if you are into crypto. You can also check out Abokifix guys, they have a fintech app called Grey. |
![]() |
SirNeroDee: It's pretty much same thing. You have to figure out for yourself which one is less expensive & better option for you. With fintech, they might charge more to convert your Naira to Euro. If you use BDC or Aboki you might even get a better rate than what fintech could offer. Well, fintech app is seamless and it removes the stress of having to find exchangers. However, if you already have one, you most likely will get better rate from them cos you can negotiate for better rate. Just compare and contrast and go with the less expensive and best for you. |

SirNeroDee: 1. Go to your preferred bank and ask them to open a Euro domiciliary account for you. 2. Find out the necessary documents you need to provide to open such account from the bank (different banks can request for different stuff) 3. Once your domiciliary euro account has been created, convert the BA money you're saving in Naira to Euro You can buy Euros from: - BDC guys - Aboki - Fintech Apps like Grey, - From a trusted family/friend residing in Europe (you can transfer your naira to their Nigerian naira account and they'll, in turn, send the euro equivalent to your domicillary account.) - Other means... The koko is to convert that BA money you're saving in naira to Euro as fast as possible. (You don't even need to have your complete BA money before you start saving in Euro) 4. Now that you have Euro, transfer that money to your domiciliary account. 5. Once you've gotten AD, fund your BA from your Euro domiciliary account with ease. |

lastkingsman: It will only get worse next year. It might reach 30 million by next year. To escape the unavoidable next year, open Euro domicillary account and save your money therein. Delay is dangerous. |

Luisema4luv: I'm using my EPL as well. Ain't nobody got time to write an English test to prove I indeed can understand and speak english language . About 7 schools I'm applying to that's what I'm using |

Emmanue245: Schools like FAU, TU Munich, TU Darmstat, Saarland, LMU are good for the course. Use daad.de to find more schools you're interested in. |

One of the schools I'm applying to requested that applicants should notarize their documents at the embassy. For people who notarized their documents at the embassy, I want to ask if there's any special invite required before one could go to the embassy to notarize documents? |

Please where can someone notarize documents around Yaba in Lagos. |

Jolands: Things has gotten worse now. Now it takes approximately 1 year and 3 months to get AD. Someone even alleged it's now 1 year and 6 months (not sure about this yet) |

How much is Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G 12GB, 256GB ROM? And more importantly, will this phone also work with sim cards of any service provider in either Australia or Germany? |

Kennedy97: I had to rewatch that part in episode 10 again because I didn't notice the reflection on the glass at first. It's indeed not Tabitha's reflection that appeared on that hospital window. It was another lady's reflection with a sad face. This discovery has now left me with more questions than answers! ![]() |

Culbobby: Given that the waiting period has been stretched to 1 year 3 months now, you'll most likely get your invitation by October ( everything being constant) |

Thanksful: Data Science is really computational statistics ( Statistics + Computer Programming + Domain Knowledge) behind the scene. If your question is in reference to the two programs offered by LMU, then I can say that their statistics & data science program is better (for me) than their elite data science program. Perhaps, I might be biased since I have a major in Stats. So please feel free to compare the two programs at LMU; specifically, spend time with the curriculum of both programs and then decide which one you prefer. Msc. Stats & Data Science program at LMU: https://www.statistik.uni-muenchen.de/studium/studieninfos/statistik_im_master/master_statistik/index.html Msc Data Science at LMU (Elite program): https://www.m-datascience.mathematik-informatik-statistik.uni-muenchen.de/program/curriculum/index.html |

Immacharles: Okay my bad... I thought you were a guy ![]() No, I'm not at FAU yet ![]() About the school, for now, I can say that FAU is one of the best schools in Germany for AI program currently (I've perused their curriculum as well and I'm quite impressed). More so, a prof I know who lectures at LMU also recommended I add the school to my list of prospective schools. 1 Like |

Immacharles: You're welcome Chief. Interestingly, FAU has both Data Science and AI masters program. 1 Like |

oseremenifidon: You can start from here. https://www2.daad.de/deutschland/studienangebote/international-programmes/en/ NB: There are schools that offer Data Science program in Germany but aren't listed in Daad.de. For example LMU has a Statistics & Data Science program ( which in my opinion is the best Data Science program at LMU) however, this same program isn't listed on Daad. Instead, they have their Elite Data Science program on Daad website. So by all means, you shouldn't be tired to use other websites to search for more schools. I can recommend the following schools LMU, TUM, FAU, Saarland University, and University of Tübingen. DYOR! More so, check each school's program curriculum to ensure it's up to date with the current trend in the industry at the moment. Some school's Data Science program are just shaft tbh... so do your due diligence.) 1 Like |
