Most of the replys on this platform are very misinformed. Firstly, gynaecologist rarely if not almost ever examine a woman's breast for lumps. That's the work of a surgeon. Secondly, I keep seeing replys like "I will make sure no female gynaecologist can see her before resorting to a male" "I would never see a male gynaecologist for even counselling". You can't go to a hospital and be picky except you are an EXTREMELY rich man, gynaecologists are usually overworked and trust me they will be so relieved when u refuse them from examining your wife ( except the real owner of a private hospital) , plus the fact that you have to wait for a female gynaecologists shift and just pray she doesn't hear that you carry someone else work into our shift......if she does you will probably be the last patient she will see that day. As someone mentioned earlier you only see a gynaecologists when you are ill, well imagine your wife Is bleeding profusely per vaginally, having labour pains or birth complications am sure you will be less picky. The truth is gynaecologists see a lot of free awoof but trusts me when I say that your visit to the gynaecologist is far more beneficial to you than it is to him.
