Dear Brothers,

AL SALAMU ALYEKUM,

im very shy and and depressed and disgusted to say, i didnt fast most of ramadan, i used to fast before, but i dont know whats happening, i smoke too much, and most of my fast breakings r cuz of smoking, i cant take it anymore, i cant sleep , i feel like i need to smoke, and even tho sometimes i need medecine for my nose because it closes everytime i try to sleep and that breaks my fast
, i know smoking isint an excuse, but what can i do, only alittle days left for ramadan to end, i feel like the worst person, and im shy to ask Allah for forgivness cuz im afraid to do it again , and im afraid Allah will not forgive me, what can i do plz help, i always read islamic stories cuz i love reading about it, but why i cant fast or pray all prayers? i hate my self truly, plz what can i do ?? im afraid..[/font]
