This is so uncalled for!!! The lady was uncomfortable with the video and even mentioned that she shouldn't post it but "social media likes" hungry people won't hear. Mtchw.
NairaOcean: At the bustling Computer Village Market in Lagos, a young lady found herself in agony after purchasing a faulty iphone for a hefty sum of 68,000 Naira.
The lady, eager for a good deal, decided to engage with a street vendor rather than patronizing the established phone shops in the area. This decision, made in an attempt to cut costs, ultimately led to her purchasing a phone that turned out to be defective.
"In the video making the rounds on the net, a concerned individual can be heard asking her why she didn't enter an appropriate phone shop for her purchase," noted one bystander who witnessed the unfolding scene.
The mischievous seller, responsible for the faulty device, is currently untraceable, leaving the distraught customer to lament her unfortunate experience.
Bobrisky might deny her when they release ham. Say who tell una say that's her sister. Lol
Truths9ja: Hmm 🤔 dem don abandoned bobrisky . Na so life be. No one is protesting 🤡🤡🤡🤡
Bobrisky’s alleged sister drags Eniola Ajao, others for abandoning the crossdresser in EFCC custody
A lady claiming to be Bobrisky’s sister has expressed in public how disappointed she is with some of her female pals, saying they dumped the well-known transgender celebrity from Nigeria when she was under the EFCC’s custody.
Bobrisky, who has been involved in a number of scandals recently, was detained at the Lagos Command of the EFCC after being arrested on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at Pinnock Estate in Lagos state for allegedly abusing the naira during actress and filmmaker Eniola Ajao’s Ajakaju movie premiere.
In an attempted social media call-out, Eniola Ajao was targeted by Bobrisky’s putative sister, who claimed that the crossdresser had gone above and above to make her feel special and glam up her occasion.
She said that Bobrisky was left to suffer in EFCC detention by the majority of his friends and benefactors.
The woman underlined that her brother’s decision to become the transgender and crossdresser he is now was motivated by his need to support himself and warned against passing judgement on him for it.
Bobrisky was taken into custody on April 3 and found guilty of the accusations of naira misuse brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Friday, April 5, 2024, in a Federal High Court session held in Lagos.
Bobrisky was charged with six charges by the EFCC, the first four of which were with suspected Naira misuse and the final two with claimed money laundering.
Prior to reading the charges, the EFCC prosecutor requested the court to dismiss counts five and six.
He, however, asked to be pardoned, adding that he was not aware of the laws binding the Naira abuse and vowed to educate his fans on social media about it.
That's the issues, even bank don't readily have USD, there is no enough inflow of FDI and we aren't exporting that much to get FX. Na God hand we dey laidis, except there are fiscal and money policies that can shake things on.
I have a theory that, this ever increasing rates are caused by the growing scarcity and high demand for USD from the black market.
And these rates could be made to flatline and stabilize, by making USD available through official channels (the banks), by for example Re-allowing Naira card to do USD transaction even if they capped it to $50 per bvn per month, instead of going to black market and dollar card apps.
Yes, it works fine. I also use bitnob to make payment online.
GreaterFuture: Those of you that have used it extensively, pls update us. This Bitnob is seeming okay, atleast in certain ways, for those of us who do USD payment alot.
Would you say it's okay? not prone to all those hanging, freezing, virtual USD cards & account issues, that are all too Common with most Fintech apps?
