arena07: Brilliant synopsis. However once people have some financial advantage, they become cynical and assume everything is against them. It's the norm. You're different Respect Btw, this thread looks like it has long served it's cause 3 Likes |
Romance / Re: Why Is Digmygold So Obsessed With Ubunja??? by healthserve(m): 8:52pm On Jan 09, 2021 |
This is beyond obsession. This is outright madness. Psychological imbalance. How long have I told this wretched life to life my hommie Ubunja alone and face his wretched life. This exceeds obsession. It's outright madness. |

FarmTech: I left the Web for how long I can't even remember. I'm not on any social media nor have relations with any Nairalander in anyway offline. How come this guy continues to do this and you don't do something about him as a mod. If my timeline is viewed you'd notice I left the forum long ago because the forum wouldn't do something about blackmail and toxic users. I'm very very busy with my Real Life offline and don't have energy for fruitless, childish endeavors. You really should do something about blackmail o. Personally I don't care anymore, just speaking on behalf of future victims |

God will help me BTW I've known you before now off this place unto beer parlour things. You kinda communicate much alike in all honesty. How the street na? Let's do good bro. And hustle hard. It's results that matters if we can ignore the distractions |

God bless the elderly. Truly there's wisdom in age. Absolute confidence. This man's balls would stop a nuclear war head. I swear down. Even the Chinese official becomes educated about his countries policy and is stunned. As well as other Chinese observers. This is absolute. This defense should be presented with a Nobel price. Segun6654: No. Yoghurt and malt drinks can be considered. The probiotics in the drinks mentioned can not be termed on the positive index as fibre that nourishes the body, cause at best you need active fibre not just fibre. Those are refreshers not entirely nourishing to get the result you want |

Segun6654: Yes. I told you increase your diet intake and exercise while at it, as your body stretch from exercising, the nutrients fill the gap. Proteins and fibre will help, lots of meat, boiled. Beans. Breads, wheat. Eggs. Condensed milk. |

VeeVeeMyLuv: Reverse condition. You take too little liquid. Boost your meals with intakes of fruits here and there however cheap, plenty water daily, you must take 150cl, big size of Eva daily. Also most importantly force yourself to drink room temperature water first thing in the morning. 50cl,thats full pure water. And watch the persistent hardness in your stool come to a halt. Don't forget to eat vegetable based diets at least twice weekly. |
