I discovered Eckankar on this very page it's been about 5yrs now...it turned out its been a superb adventure at self discovery (the immortal self), expressing freedom and using and experimenting the plethora of simple spiritual tools offered by Eckankar...

It's amazing after your self-deluding espionage at finding info about Eckankar...you were asked to pray the Christian way so truth may be revealed to you, yet you're still under the illusion that your master Jesus has issues with Eck which Eckists needs to resolve!



This is indication that even if Jesus should appear to tell you by word of his mouth, you will miss it. You will hardly accept Jesus cos you already have a preconceived image of how he looks (thanks to paintings). What if you did pray in the name of Jesus as Benodic suggested and you were revealed vital truths by the Holy Spirit? In my thinking your sanity may not be guaranteed afterwards...it makes you unfit for the genuine things of God...hence no one puts a golden ring...

The ECK teachings are Ancient wisdom for today. The consciousness of people has been changing over the centuries and the teachings has to be tailored to match the current state of consciousness. A student of truth needs a Living master who has mastered the curriculum to guide him. The master must be one who is in tune with the current state of consciousness of the world. When the Master has served his purpose he hands over to another individual who is in tune with the current state of consciousness.

His work is primarily with souls that are ready to start their journey back home to God. It is not an academic affair. It is a practical step to take and your experiences become your authority.

Thanks for your response but don't you think this your religion is quite different from others mentioned above, having to have a master at different time to me is questionable. My opinion though. In the Universes of God there are many planes which some people can refer to as heavens. These are divided into pure spiritual planes and the lower universes. The lower universes are worlds of duality I.e good and bad. the difference between heaven and hell as depicted in the lower universes is just the presence and absence of Love.

As such it becomes a function of consciousness and not a geographic function. E.g if a group of loving people gather in a place, you can describe that place as heaven but if those people are driven away by aggressive, power hungry people who kills at little provocation, the place automatically becomes hellish and nobody wants to go there. In other words you carry your hell or heaven within you depending on your state of consciousness.

1.) Did you read anywhere in the Bible where Adam and Eve, Noah, Abraham, Moses attend church fellowships?

2.) Can you locate anywhere in the Bible where God directed you to attend Church fellowships?

3.) Can you locate in the Bible the Church Fellowships Jesus the son of Mary attended?

But, mind you something will happen if you refuse to accept that there is ONLY ONE (1) GOD and bow down your head as Muslims do in worship, because that is the way All biblical prophets worship including Jesus (incident in the Garden of Gesthemane) That is the peak of worship and submission to God Almighty.

I have this issue that i have been pondering on for sometime now, and the more i think about it, the more i get confused.

Its about this man my fiancee always call's her uncle, she said that this man is a relation to her grandma and honestly, this particular man is the one sponsoring her education since both parents are divorced.

My problem is this, everytime this man is in town, she goes over to his house to clean up, and will spend the night over there as well, and this man has never for once visited with his wife. Secondly whenever this man calls her on phone, and she happens to be anywhere expect her house or in school, he will start accusing her of sleeping around, something i am suspecting might be a 'lover's jelousy' than a mere concern for her well being. I might be wrong in my suspecions but i cant just bring my mind to rest when he stoped paying her school fees for a while when it was reported to him that she was caught coming from a guys house by a friend. I knew that day in particular , cause i was escorting her when she bumped into someone she remarked as her uncle's bossom friend, it took the intervention of her mother and sister to placate him.
I was shoked one day when she remarked that if you dont know well, you might think that they where dating, and futher said that his wife might be suspecting them atimes. I was thinking, what must be running through her mind for saying all these? I have seen her selfies in this uncles apartment and most of the pictures are not so "funny" as what she wears around the house.

Now today, the man is around and as usual she will be up there cleaning and stuff, but what is worrying me this night is the " swtheart,my husband good nite" sms i got from her after all the missed call i gave her earlier tonight. Its unlike her, cause we never fail to call eachother and say our goodnights every night.
I replied her asking if shes spending the night in her uncle's house which she did not reply.
I dont know how to confront her on this, about my fears and suspicions.
Your advice is kindly needed, as the imaginations alone is giving me sleeples night.

When we have someone that loves us and can sacrifice even His only begotten son for the redemption of our sins (john 3:16),then we have no reason/reasons not to follow Him or serve Him.

I doubt if any of us can sacrifice our lifes for our children but Jesus did for all....His love for us can not be quantify.
