Any Florida bound? DW is seriously thinking of Florida, i have kept my cool even though i prefer Maryland. Anybody in the house got anything on Florida, hospitals , POE etc..

We had our first son in 2015 in Houston (Excerpts on visa interview and POE experience was posted). We both renewed our b1/b2 visa in April 2018 before the drop box cancellation.

DW is going for her second missionary journey come September. Choice of location very paramount considering the Houston flagged situation.

Any good advise please?

Much appreciated.

Good pple. My wife and i just applied for UK visiting visa, appointments date applied and confirmed. Do i need to send all the necessary documents via post prior to the appointment day or do i come with them on the appointment day. How does it work? Or kindly direct me to where i can read on the thread for possible clarity.

My husband and I recently obtained UK visas... Your US citizen son doesn't need to apply for a UK Visa...

No! You don't have to go with him to the visa appointment and No!You don't even have to attach his US passport.

The only thing I attached was my child's birth certificate

Many thanks. You far too kind.

He won't apply, just submit a photocopy of his US passport data page with your application (take along the passport itself). He doesn't need to go with you to the visa centre. Just make sure to include him as part of the travel company while filling your application form.

Quick One good people. My son is 2 years plus and a US passport holder. My wife and i just applied for the UK visitor visa(1st Timer). Do we need to apply for him(my son) as well or come with him to the visa appointment center on the appointment day? He is to travel with us if visa is approved.

You should be the one to calm down here. Please read ppls questions over and over again if you need to before offering false and misleading answers. The gentle man wasn't asking about printing out on bank stamp as you claim, he was referring to visa payment receipt number. Please be guided by the laws of attention. Anuofia grin

Mandex11:
Guy calm down. Them say see Abo you say see father.
Will still be done at gtb not talking of all this your 1 to 100 im talking of printing out n bank stamp. Q.E.D
Travel / Re: USA Visit Visa Part 3 by herrik066: 3:57pm On Mar 21, 2018
This is not true.

If payment was made via internet banking (online). Follow this steps:

1. Log into your internet banking account
2. Click on book hotel and and travel for a drop down of list of items
3. Click on US visa fee to make your payment if you have not. If you have made your payment, you will see your transaction history. Click on the "view receipt" on the far left corner of the transaction receipt. A document containing the payment details will open and there you have a transaction reference number. That is your receipt number.

Mandex11:
Pls go to any nearest gtb close to you thats tge only way.
Even if u pay online you will still need thier assitance. Hooe im quoting the right person

@bayoola, transcript in here has shown that Tanzania will discount the eligible counts.

LadyGuinivere:
@bayoola
Sorry for all
However you were denied for ties as they said.
All the factors you mentioned do not contribute to ties.
Tanzania does not count as well

Nne, I saw. And just Waka pass. Until folks write in soothing and baby tones and Or add religious jingo like it is well, the information will not be taken.
And then I'm supposed to assume what the question is when it's vague. Fight ke? When I get better problems?

No accommodation if your ticket is a promo ticket. You are entitled to an accommodation for a layover over 8 hours. Go to arrival counter, present your ticket and get an accommodation voucher. Again, this is for non-promo ticket.

beezyblaze:
Please those who have traveled to usa through qater airways....
Was accommodation provided during the 9hr+ night layover at doha
Or do we have to book accommodation ourselves

Mary what? omg! You are a self pay patient. Insist on further further further negotiations/reductions. I bet you will get less than 70%. Maryland been cutting neck on hospital bill since 1906. Beware!

Morning house, please I need an advice for a good friend of mine.she had her baby boy in Maryland , She was billed 4,100.66 dollars for lab test and she asked them before the test. How much it was. And the doctors office nurses said its the lab department that handles that. Now she got a mail giving her a break down of the lab test and charged her that huge amount just for test. She's confused . Please house any expenrice or advise. Thanks

Was she asked if she was pregnant? Did she bluntly lie that she was not pregnant, therefore concealing the truth?

Best approach: Get someone to walk into their Office on the Island in Lagos and make payment. Cost is most time less than 10% of your return ticket cost.

Required: Your name, baby's name, your return flight itinerary including your flight ref number.

fatima04:
Please anyone has experience with adding babys ticket with ethiopian airline so as to know how to go about it with money and the customer careline. Thanks

When was this? Cos the "Make America Great Again" syndrome is in the air.

Swisstk:

Morning house. About the matter of appling with company document or not. I just think the bottom line is the VO''s choice to issue or not. We applied as a family DH myself and our son. We are both directors in the company and I work as well ( not for the company). We presented the bank statement of the company .DH had mentioned on his Ds-160 form that he was the sponsor blah blah blah. I didn't know about nairaland until after our interview.
At the interview I was looking so pregnant but I had nothing to hide cos that was one of the reasons for appling in the first place.

Vo:morning passports please
We: morning and handled them over
Vo: what's ur relationship
Dh: we r a family
Me: husband wife and child (@ this point I just shut my mouth before I say rubbish, I was a bit nervous cos they were just bouncing people left right center)
Vo: what's the purpose of this trip and where r u going to
Dh: vacation and there after child birth. First Marland and then Houston
Vo:what do u do
Dh:bleep
Vo:yes.....what do u do (still speaking with dh)
Dh: blah blah blah blah and blah
Vo:what do u do
Me:yada yada yada (
At this point ge had asked for a Dr's

This is not correct o. No STPC on a promo ticket. For those taking advantage of the discount fares with Qatar, be aware that u ain't getting no accommodation even with the break neck long over.

Beehandz:

You can get STPC on Qatar if your stop over is more than 8hours in Doha

Not just the long lay over, but you also not entitled to a hotel accommodation (Promo ticket). Na for one quite room i manage rest my head in Hamad Airport while i stayed for over 12hrs as layover. The hustle for cheap ticket and its back-ends. May God help us.
