Responsibilities Oversee all financial and administrative processes including bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, and monthly bank reconciliation; Manage the budgeting, re-forecasting and donor financial reporting functions of the organization. Responsibilities: • Carry out other tasks as directed by the manager. • Evaluate costs through the supply Chain and drive down costs. • Evaluate business performance against budget and forecasts. • Reports directly to the Managing Director. • Handle all logistics operations including deliveries handling, quality assurance and inventory. • Prepare logistics and support plans. • Identify resources and prepare budget requirements per projects. • Coordinate and provide logistics support. • Take ownership and be responsible for sourcing & purchasing of materials/equipment. • Ensure that accurate reporting of cash disbursement for all field activities are recorded and submitted to accounts. • Develop and implement methodologies to enable effective execution of logistic plans. • Prepare post field activity reports based on logistics movements. • Ensure adequate logistics preparedness through contingency planning and continuous reviews. • Perform Other Assignments as may be deemed necessary. • Ensure timely delivery of deliverables and customer centric in approach. Qualifications and Requirements: • Must have a Degree in any relevant courses. • The candidate should have superior organizational skills, self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, and energetic. • Must be patient with people and be neat • Must be a team player and have outstanding writing, editing, data entry and proofreading skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet. • The officer must be service oriented - actively looking for ways to help people. • Attention to detail. must be residing in Lagos or it environs.
