This question has been answered already. It means your passport has been stamped and sent to VAC Abuja. If you sent your passport through VFS Lagos, then you wait a day or two to get another mail confirming your stamped passport has arrived VAC Lagos. When you receive this mail, you can proceed to VSF Lagos to pick up your passport between 12-2 pm.

Hi everyone,

Please if you have gone through this stage for a study permit kindly make an input.

This is what I got this afternoon. Does this mean I can go and collect my envelope? I applied in Lagos.

The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. 20230714CALAPKTXXXXXX has been received from the IRCC Office on 2023/07/21 at the Canada Visa Application Centre, Abuja and is ready for collection. Your decision envelope will be returned to you via the courier service offered by the VAC. Collection of decision envelopes in-person at the VAC is not permitted until further notice. Please refer to the “Buy Services” page of the VAC website for further information on courier services offered by the VAC , please refer to our website at:https://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/Nigeria/

Call IOM to confirm they've sent your result to IRCC. I believe your document has been uploaded. Send them emails, but you must be patient. It took a whole month for mine to be updated to "Passed". It will end in praise.

Please guys I need help. I got email for medical last week Friday been 23rd, however, I did my upfront medical on the 16th. I have send webform two times now, last Friday when was requested and yesterday respectively, and nothing has changed.

Please I'm worried, I don't want to spend money going for another medical again. What do I do?

Note on the webform I didn't see anywhere to tag it URGENT. So I just added URGENT at the beginning of the message box

Anyone who have had this similar experience should tell me what he or she did. I'm becoming restless. I need your help

Since it was itemized, I didn't need to explain it further. The letter and receipt did the explanation.
Vankayyyyy:

Did you explain the lump sum from the micro finance bank to her other bank account or you just stick to the fund request letter alone ?
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by hillyvee(m): 9:54pm On Jun 27, 2023
You can state the equivalent in a bracket.
Letusconnect:
Hello. Please, do you have to state the Canadian dollars equivalent of the proof of funds? Or it is to be left in naira alone?

Yes, it is. all you need to do is resend your eMedical sheet via webform. I experienced the same issue. It will be updated eventually, and your BVL and PPR will follow.
use this link to send the webform: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Application

The hospital can issue you a confirmation note. That you can send to IRCC with a well written letter. you can send a webform and email copies to Nairobi, Lagos and Abuja consular offices. When you send email or webform, make sure the email address you have on your application form is the one you use in every correspondence with IRCC else they wont acknowledge any info sent from a different email.

NOTE: If the email stated on ur study permit application form is different from the email for ur GCkey account, you have to use the one on your study permit application form.

Thanks a lot for the response. I called IOM and they confirmed that they sent the results to IRCC since 29th of May. I really confused.
macdeeza:
You should have reached out to the hospital much earlier to confirm if your medical exam was actually transmitted to IRCC and if possible, get them resubmit your exam result. Even though you keep sending the med. slip you receive from the hospital, IRCC cannot update ur file based on that alone and if the hospital has not sent them any result, I'm sure the last thing IRCC will do is to contact the hospital on your behalf to get them send your result.
Rather than sending countless webforms, contact the hospital to be sure your medical has been sent. Pressure them to send you confirmation that it has been sent.
You are very close. Keep hope alive. God is with you

Hello everyone! Please help a brother. I submitted my application on 6th of May, upfront medical on the 8th, and biometrics on the 14th of May. I submitted my eMedical sheet via Nairobi webform, however, I received a medical report request letter on the 26th of May. I have been sending emails and webforms with my eMedical sheet, yet, no response.
Today, I received my BVL, but got a notification that my medical report hasn't been received by IRCC. Today makes it exactly 30 days since I received a medical request.
What should I do regarding this? I'm beginning to panic😥.
