The Role

The Furniture Factory Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating with respect to the development and implementation of innovative strategies to streamline factory operations, screening, recruiting, and training factory workers, and collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes. Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order, analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues, preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers and regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum HND Degree
• A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in furniture manufacturing
• Knowledge of wood products such as lumber and furniture, their functionalities, properties and legal and regulatory requirements.
