Stop those medication given to you formerly at least for the mean time, go get Clotrimazole cream. Apply topically on the penis shaft for 2weeks.
Report back to me after the 2 weeks.

I will do just that doc but will the medications have different effects on me as it might has been wrong diagnosis.

I've been using condom for long time now. I use different varieties of condoms.
No itch.
Boxers no panties
I don't know much about my allergies.

You are right about the pigmentation. Surprisingly, it has never tend to scratch me, just there with its ugly nature. And it's only on the shaft.
It's been there for over 8 months now.
What am I to do? Those medication cost me a fortune that I even went borrowing now no result.
Funny enough I might be consuming drugs that is not related to what is wrong with me. Hopefully it won't affect my health wise.

Okay. Coming close to one having TB may not cost you your health if that person is quite working on never exposing his or her droplets to the environment. If you have this urge persisting for sometime with any other complaint or just the cough, kindly see a doctor.

Good morning doctor. I've been having this patches on my diiick for quite sometime now.
No discharge, no difficulties in urinating. Nothing at all, just the patches, more like eczema on the shaft.
Was quite irritating that I decided to visit a General hospital, after consultation the doctor told me that I'm having contact dermatitis but I've been on two week medication of both injection and drugs but no changes.
What could this be? I can forward a picture to your mail. Please help. Thanks.
