This may be difficult to ascertain since different schools make use of different conversion types.
Search online for "WES unofficial". The value you get after inputting your grades and credit units would give you a tentative CGPA. Try using WES unofficial for both the 100-400L GPA and the GPA for the last two years. Then compare both CGPAs. There may be some similarity with what the program you apply for gets as your CGPA over 4.
