Expert Butchers Needed for Urgent Employment
1 - Head Butcher,
2 - Assistant Butcher/Safety coordinator,
3 - Junior Butchers

SUMMARY:
To cut, trim and package consumer-sized portions of a variety of meat for a frozen and fresh foods retail establishment.

What we are looking for:
- Expert butchery skills, primal cuts etc.
- Able to manage the butchery, freezers etc,
- Conduct carcasses inventory,
- Skilled in safety and hygiene practices,
- Able to train other butchers.

Ability to use barn saw is essential.
