Health / six symptoms of heart atttack and how to cure it by honestprofits: 5:51pm On Sep 01, 2017
These six heart attack symptoms are common in women:
1. Chest pain or discomfort. Chest pain is the most common heart attack symptom, but some women may experience it differently than men. It may feel like a squeezing or fullness, and the pain can be anywhere in the chest, not just on the left side. It's usually "truly uncomfortable" during a heart attack, says cardiologist Rita Redberg, MD, director of Women’s Cardiovascular Services at the University of California, San Francisco. "It feels like a vise being tightened."

2. Pain in your arm(s), back, neck, or jaw. This type of pain is more common in women than in men. It may confuse women who expect their pain to be focused on their chest and left arm, not their back or jaw. The pain can be gradual or sudden, and it may wax and wane before becoming intense. If you're asleep, it may wake you up. You should report any "not typical or unexplained" symptoms in any part of your body above your waist to your doctor or other health care provider, says cardiologist C. Noel Bairey Merz, MD, director of the Barbra Streisand Women's Heart Center at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

3. Stomach pain . Sometimes people mistake stomach pain that signals a heart attack with heartburn , the flu , or a stomach ulcer. Other times, women experience severe abdominal pressure that feels like an elephant sitting on your stomach, says cardiologist Nieca Goldberg, MD, medical director of the Joan H. Tisch Center for Women’s Health at NYU Langone Medical Center in New York.

4. Shortness of breath, nausea , or lightheadedness. If you're having
trouble breathing for no apparent reason, you could be having a heart
attack, especially if you're also having one or more other symptoms. "It can feel like you have run a marathon, but you didn't make a move," Goldberg says.

5. Sweating . Breaking out in a nervous, cold sweat is common among women who are having a heart attack. It will feel more like stress-related sweating than perspiration from exercising or spending time outside in the heat. "Get it checked out" if you don't typically sweat like that and there is no other reason for it, such as heat or hot flashes, Bairey Merz says.

6. Fatigue . Some women who have heart attacks feel extremely tired, even if they've been sitting still for a while or haven't moved much. "Patients often complain of a tiredness in the chest," Goldberg says. "They say that they can't do simple activities, like walk to the bathroom."

Webmasters / 6 Web Properties You Can Use To Protect Your Branded Search Results (with Real E by honestprofits: 6:26am On Aug 31, 2017
How can you take more control of the SERPs for your brand name, beyond using your own site? Columnist Brian Patterson shares ideas for maximizing positive portrayals of your company on page one.

Working at an agency that does a large amount of online reputation and crisis management, brand protection is always top of mind. I’ve written about how autocomplete is your brand’s true first impression, and that is still very much the case. What comes up when people search on your brand name also sheds light on your company’s reputation — even when those results aren’t from your own site.

If you aren’t actively working on what ranks for your brand name, you leave yourself exposed to potential damage from:

complaint websites that can start ranking for your brand name.
competitors who would see value in optimizing negative content about your company for search.
less-than-flattering reviews beginning to rank well for your brand name.

As Benjamin Franklin said, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” It is much better to spend time proactively preventing one of the situations above, rather than reacting to it after the fact.

And the prevention isn’t all that difficult. If you can create some strong properties that can rank alongside your own domain, you can build a proverbial “wall” that would help suppress negative content from surfacing on page one for your brand name.

Before undertaking the SEO tactics to get that “wall” of content to rank, though, you have to have the right content available to work with. When working with clients, we always start by identifying existing pages that could rank well. These should be highly targeted (brand name in the URL, title and so on), have good domain authority, and ideally already rank on page two or three.

After that, though, we often turn to creating new content to rank. This new content, combined with what already exists, gives us a lot of bricks to build that strong wall.

The following are some common, and not-so-common, options for creating content that can rank well for your brand name.
1. Crunchbase

Creating a profile on Crunchbase is super-easy, and your profile there has the potential to rank really well. The fact that Crunchbase has been around for over a decade and has domain authority of 89, according to Moz, means that Google tends to trust content on the site.

Profiles on Crunchbase can be a simple or as rich as you’d like them to be. We encourage our clients to use every category possible, filling out as much information and making it a really useful profile for people actually researching the company.

An example of one of the categories is “News,” which allows businesses to add news articles/publications to their profile. As new articles are posted about your brand, we recommend you add them here, which will keep the page updated with fresh content, as well as providing a backlink (albeit no-followed) to that new article.

An example of Crunchbase ranking on page one for a brand name is for Fatwallet, pictured below. Their profile could use some expanding, as it really only highlights the “News” and “Competitor” categories, but even so, it ranks well for a pretty popular internet brand name.

2. Reddit

Marketing on Reddit is a minefield, but when done right, it can be a huge branding win. However, what most people don’t realize is that it can help with online reputation management (ORM) as well. Cooler brands with large fan bases can have dedicated, highly-active subreddits where loyalists interact and share relevant content.

Outlier Clothing, makers of high-end everyday wear, have such a community, whose digital home is on the r/Outlier subreddit, which ranks #2 in Google when you search “Outlier Clothing.”

If you have a community of people who love your services or products, and that community overlaps with Reddit’s demographic, studying what Outlier did would be wise, as it could also be a smart play for your brand.

3. IdeaMensch

IdeaMensch is a simple but brilliantly effective site that every entrepreneur and executive can, and should, use to their advantage.

The execution here is straightforward: Everyone is welcome to answer the same set of 16 interview questions. The questions and answers are then published on their website, along with a great head shot, bio, and links to your other web properties. There is currently a backlog of interviews waiting to publish, so we always spring for the $30 expedited publishing option.

The company name is typically included in the title of the interview, which is one of the reasons the site can be very powerful. You can have an executive or founder of an organization do an interview, and, if you pair that with other ORM strategies, that interview can rank really well for branded search.

Here is an example from a stock photo company, Colorstock, which has an interview with their co-founder and CEO ranking in position two for their brand name. Also notice their Crunchbase profile a few spots below.
Colorstock CEO profile on IdeaMensch
4. Vimeo

Don’t let YouTube’s video dominance steer you away from Vimeo. Although often overlooked, the platform boasts over 100 million users. Vimeo is a different type of video site, and, when optimized for a brand name, it can hit page one for branded searches.

RVCA, a California-based clothing company, is very active with their Vimeo account. They host 541 videos and have 28.9K followers on the platform, which helps their profile rank #5 in Google for a search of “RVCA.”

As you will find with most social profiles, the more engagement and real activity you have on it, the more likely it is to rank for your brand.

5. Branded jobs websites

Many big companies will take the time to create separate subdomains and domains to highlight their career opportunities. Often this is done due to technical limitations of the CMS on the main site, but a nice added benefit is that these sites open up new ORM potential.

For ORM, when creating a microsite, we typically recommend using a completely new domain rather than a subdomain. The reason is that most times, Google will treat a subdomain just like any other page on the root domain (although you can see in the Chevron example in #6 that this isn’t always the case) –whereas a whole new domain is treated separately and can get pulled into the SERPs to defensively occupy another position.

CVS and Macy’s are great examples of companies that utilize these unique domains to take up a position within their search results.
macy's job site in search results
6. Other microsite options

Creating a separate jobs/careers domain isn’t the only option companies have for building unique microsites on their own domains (although it is the most common).

We’ve helped clients create dedicated websites for scholarships, charitable arms and foundations, photography, specific products and more. The key for this strategy to be successful is that there actually has to be a need or interest in the microsite. Just creating “stuff” to fill the search results doesn’t work anymore; the microsite you create should be logical and useful.

You can see this strategy put to good use (whether intentionally or not) in Chevron’s search results. They actually have three microsites on page one for their brand name. The different sites make logical sense, as they are very different lines of business, so the strategy is logical from a business standpoint, and it pays off by keeping negative content about Chevron off page one.
chevron microsites in google search results
Final thoughts

Those are some of our favorite sites and types of content to work with to help improve the search results for your brand name. Other sites, like Wikipedia, will rank really well but open you up to a whole new type of risk. Because of that, we prefer options like those above, where you retain most of the control, and the likelihood of the content turning negative is pretty low.

Using these types of content, plus strong interlinking and backlinking strategies, you can build that protective wall that’ll help prevent negative content from surfacing.

Some opinions expressed in this article may be those of a guest author and not necessarily Search Engine Land. Staff authors are listed here.

Health / Now You Can Differentiate Between Typhoid And Malaria After Reading This Details by honestprofits: 5:35am On Aug 31, 2017
Typhoid fever

Typhoid fever, also known simply as typhoid, is a bacterial infection due to Salmonella typhi that causes symptoms which may vary from mild to severe and usually begin six to thirty days after exposure. Often there is a gradual onset of a high fever over several days. Weakness, abdominal pain, constipation, and headaches also commonly occur. Diarrhea is uncommon and vomiting is not usually severe. Some people develop a skin rash with rose colored spots. In severe cases there may be confusion.Without treatment symptoms may last weeks or months.Other people may carry the bacterium without being affected; however, they are still able to spread the disease to others.Typhoid fever is a type of enteric fever along with paratyphoid fever.
The cause is the bacterium Salmonella typhi, also known as Salmonella enterica serotype Typhi, growing in the intestines and blood. Typhoid is spread by eating or drinking food or water contaminated with the feces of an infected person.
Risk factors include poor sanitation and poor hygiene. Those who travel to the developing world are also at risk and only humans can be infected. Diagnosis is by either culturing the bacteria or detecting the bacterium's DNA in the blood, stool, or bone marrow. Culturing the bacterium can be difficult.Bone marrow testing is the most accurate. Symptoms are similar to that of many other infectious diseases. Typhus is a different disease.

Signs and symptoms

Classically, the course of untreated typhoid fever is divided into four distinct stages, each lasting about a week. Over the course of these stages, the patient becomes exhausted and emaciated.
• In the first week, the body temperature rises slowly, and fever fluctuations are seen with relative bradycardia (Faget sign), malaise, headache, and cough. A bloody nose (epistaxis) is seen in a quarter of cases, and abdominal pain is also possible. A decrease in the number of circulating white blood cells (leukopenia)

occurs with eosinopenia and relative lymphocytosis; blood cultures are positive for Salmonella Typhi or S. paratyphi. The Widal test is usually negative in the first week.
• In the second week, the person is often too tired to get up, with high fever in plateau around 40 °C (104 °F) and bradycardia (sphygmothermic dissociation or Faget sign), classically with a dicrotic pulse wave. Delirium is frequent, often calm, but sometimes agitated. This delirium gives to typhoid the nickname of "nervous fever". Rose spots appear on the lower chest and abdomen in around a third of patients. Rhonchi are heard in lung bases.
• The abdomen is distended and painful in the right lower quadrant, where borborygmi can be heard. Diarrhea can occur in this stage: six to eight stools in a day, green, comparable to pea soup, with a characteristic smell. However, constipation is also frequent. The spleen and liver are enlarged (hepatosplenomegaly) and tender, and liver transaminases are elevated. The Widal test is strongly positive, with antiO and antiH antibodies. Blood cultures are sometimes still positive at this stage.
• (The major symptom of this fever is that the fever usually rises in the afternoon up to the first and second week.)
• In the third week of typhoid fever, a number of complications can occur:
o Intestinal haemorrhage due to bleeding in congested Peyer's patches; this can be very serious, but is usually not fatal.
o Intestinal perforation in the distal ileum: this is a very serious complication and is frequently fatal. It may occur without alarming symptoms until septicaemia or diffuse peritonitis sets in.
o Encephalitis
o Respiratory diseases such as pneumonia and acute bronchitis
o Neuropsychiatric symptoms (described as "muttering delirium" or "coma vigil"wink, with picking at bedclothes or imaginary objects.
o Metastatic abscesses, cholecystitis, endocarditis, and osteitis
o The fever is still very high and oscillates very little over 24 hours. Dehydration ensues, and the patient is delirious (typhoid state). One-third of affected

individuals develop a macular rash on the trunk.
o Platelet count goes down slowly and risk of bleeding rises.
• By the end of third week, the fever starts subsiding

Transmission
The bacterium that causes typhoid fever may be spread through poor hygiene habits and public sanitation conditions, and sometimes also by flying insects feeding on

feces. Public education campaigns encouraging people to wash their hands after defecating and before handling food are an important component in controlling spread of the disease.

Bacteria
The cause is the bacterium Salmonella Typhi, also known as Salmonella enterica serotype Typhi.
There are two main types of Typhi namely the ST1 and ST2 based on MLST subtyping scheme, which are currently widespread globally.

Diagnosis
Diagnosis is made by any blood, bone marrow or stool cultures and with the Widal test (demonstration of antibodies against Salmonella antigens O-somatic and H-flagellar). In epidemics and less wealthy countries, after excluding malaria, dysentery, or pneumonia, a therapeutic trial time with chloramphenicol is generally

undertaken while awaiting the results of the Widal test and cultures of the blood and stool.
The Widal test is time-consuming, and prone to significant false positive results. The test may be also falsely negative in the early course of illness. However, unlike Typhidot test Widal test quantifies the specimen with titres.
Typhidot is a medical test consisting of a dot ELISA kit that detects IgM and IgG antibodies against the outer membrane protein (OMP) of the Salmonella typhi. The typhidot test becomes positive within 2–3 days of infection and separately identifies IgM and IgG antibodies. The test is based on the presence of specific IgM and IgG antibodies to a specific 50Kd OMP antigen, which is impregnated on nitrocellulose strips. IgM shows recent infection whereas IgG signifies remote infection. The most important limitation of this test is that it is not quantitative and result is only positive or negative.

The term 'enteric fever' is a collective term that refers to severe typhoid and paratyphoid.

Prevention
Typhoid can only spread in environments where human feces are able to come into contact with food or drinking water. Careful food preparation and washing of hands are crucial to prevent typhoid. Industrialization, and in particular, the invention of the automobile, contributed greatly to the elimination of typhoid fever, as it eliminated the public health hazards associated with having horse manure in the public street which led to large number of flies

Treatment
The rediscovery of oral rehydration therapy in the 1960s provided a simple way to prevent many of the deaths of diarrheal diseases in general.
Where resistance is uncommon, the treatment of choice is a fluoroquinolone such as ciprofloxacin.Otherwise, a third-generation cephalosporin such as ceftriaxone or cefotaxime is the first choice.Cefixime is a suitable oral alternative.
Typhoid fever, when properly treated, is not fatal in most cases.

SYMPTOMS OF MALARIA

In patients with suspected malaria, obtaining a history of recent or remote travel to an endemic area is critical. Asking explicitly if they traveled to a tropical area at anytime in their life may enhance recall. Maintain a high index of suspicion for malaria in any patient exhibiting any malarial symptoms and having a history of travel to endemic areas.

Also determine the patient's immune status, age, and pregnancy status; allergies or other medical conditions that he or she may have; and medications that he or she may be using.

Patients with malaria typically become symptomatic a few weeks after infection, although the host's previous exposure or immunity to malaria affects the symptomatology and incubation period. In addition, each Plasmodium species has a typical incubation period. Importantly, virtually all patients with malaria present with headache. Clinical symptoms also include the following:

Cough
Fatigue
Malaise
Shaking chills
Arthralgia
Myalgia

Paroxysm of fever, shaking chills, and sweats (every 48 or 72 h, depending on species)

The classic paroxysm begins with a period of shivering and chills, which lasts for approximately 1-2 hours and is followed by a high fever. Finally, the patient experiences excessive diaphoresis, and the body temperature of the patient drops to normal or below normal.

Many patients, particularly early in infection, do not present the classic paroxysm but may have several small fever spikes a day. Indeed, the periodicity of fever associated with each species (ie, 48 h for P falciparum, P vivax, and P ovale [or tertian fever] ; 72 h for P malariae [or quartan fever]) is not apparent during initial infection because of multiple broods emerging in the bloodstream. In addition, the periodicity is often not observed in P falciparum infections. Patients with long-standing, synchronous infections are more likely to present with classic fever patterns. In general, however, the occurrence of periodicity of fever is not a reliable clue to the diagnosis of malaria.

Less common malarial symptoms include the following:

Anorexia and lethargy
Nausea and vomiting
Diarrhea
Jaundice

Health / Top 8 Important Signs You Have Hepatitis- testimony of effective solution by honestprofits: 5:17am On Aug 31, 2017
What is hepatitis?

Hepatitis refers to an inflammatory condition of the liver. It’s commonly caused by a viral infection, but there are other possible causes of hepatitis. These include autoimmune hepatitis and hepatitis that occurs as a secondary result of medications, drugs, toxins, and alcohol. Autoimmune hepatitis is a disease that occurs when your body makes antibodies against your liver tissue.

The 5 types of viral hepatitis

Viral infections of the liver that are classified as hepatitis include hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E. A different virus is responsible for each type of virally transmitted hepatitis.

Hepatitis A is always an acute, short-term disease, while hepatitis B, C, and D are most likely to become ongoing and chronic. Hepatitis E is usually acute but can be particularly dangerous in pregnant women.
Hepatitis A

Hepatitis A is caused by an infection with the hepatitis A virus (HAV). This type of hepatitis is most commonly transmitted by consuming food or water contaminated by feces from a person infected with hepatitis A.
Hepatitis B

Hepatitis B is transmitted through contact with infectious body fluids, such as blood, vaginal secretions, or semen, containing the hepatitis B virus (HBV). Injection drug use, having sex with an infected partner, or sharing razors with an infected person increase your risk of getting hepatitis B.

Hepatitis C comes from the hepatitis C virus (HCV). Hepatitis C is transmitted through direct contact with infected body fluids, typically through injection drug use and sexual contact. HCV is among the most common bloodborne viral infections in the United States. Approximately 2.7 to 3.9 million Americans are currently living with a chronic form of this infection.
Hepatitis D

Also called delta hepatitis, hepatitis D is a serious liver disease caused by the hepatitis D virus (HDV). HDV is contracted through direct contact with infected blood. Hepatitis D is a rare form of hepatitis that only occurs in conjunction with hepatitis B infection. The hepatitis D virus can’t multiply without the presence of hepatitis B. It’s very uncommon in the United States.
Hepatitis E

Hepatitis E is a waterborne disease caused by the hepatitis E virus (HEV). Hepatitis E is mainly found in areas with poor sanitation and typically results from ingesting fecal matter that contaminates the water supply. This disease is uncommon in the United States. However, cases of hepatitis E have been reported in the Middle East, Asia, Central America, and Africa, according to the CDC .

Causes
Causes of noninfectious hepatitis
Alcohol and other toxins

Excessive alcohol consumption can cause liver damage and inflammation. This is sometimes referred to as alcoholic hepatitis . The alcohol directly injures the cells of your liver. Over time, it can cause permanent damage and lead to liver failure and cirrhosis , a thickening and scarring of the liver.

Other toxic causes of hepatitis include overuse or overdose of medications and exposure to poisons.
Autoimmune system response

In some cases, the immune system mistakes the liver as a harmful object and begins to attack it. It causes ongoing inflammation that can range from mild to severe, often hindering liver function. It’s three times more common in women than in men.

Common symptoms of hepatitis
If you have infectious forms of hepatitis that are chronic, like hepatitis B and C, you may not have symptoms in the beginning. Symptoms may not occur until the damage affects liver function. Symptoms may include:

fatigue
flu-like symptoms
dark urine
pale stool
abdominal pain
loss of appetite
unexplained weight loss
yellow skin and eyes, which may be signs of jaundice

Chronic hepatitis develops slowly, so these signs and symptoms may be too subtle to notice.

Health / How Is Your Body Affected By Hepatitis B Virus? Testimony cure by honestprofits: 1:31am On Aug 28, 2017
How is your body affected by Hepatitis B virus?
According to http://kedihealthnigeria..com

Hepatitis B is an infection of your liver. It can cause scarring of the organ, liver failure, and cancer. It can be fatal if it isn’t treated.

It’s spread when people come in contact with the blood, open sores, or body fluids of someone who has the hep B virus.

The good news is that most cases of the disease don’t last a long time. Your body fights it off within a few months, and you’re immune for the rest of your life. That means you can’t get it again.
What Happens to People Who Have It?

Your doctor will know you’ve recovered when your blood tests show no signs of active infection.

But some people don’t get rid of the infection. If you have it for more than 6 months, you’re what’s called a carrier, even if you don’t have symptoms. This means you can give the disease to someone else through:

Learn what could be causing your symptoms, and what to do next.

Unprotected sex
Contact with your blood or an open sore
Sharing needles or syringes

Doctors don’t know why, but the disease does goes away in a small number of carriers. For others, it becomes what’s known as chronic. That means you have an ongoing liver infection. It can lead to cirrhosis or hardening of the organ. It scars over and stops working. Some people also get liver cancer.

If you’re a carrier or are currently infected with hepatitis B, don’t donate blood, plasma, body organs, tissue, or sperm. Tell anyone you could infect, whether it’s a sex partner, or your doctor or dentist, that you have it.

A unique characteristic of hepatitis B is that the virus itself doesn’t damage the liver cells. The body’s immune system is actually responsible for attacking the host cells . Immune response varies from person to person, causing a variety of reactions to the infection . Some people, infected with the virus, do not exhibit any signs or symptoms of the infection and simply act as carriers . Their immune system doesn’t respond to the virus and therefore, while they carry the virus, they are unaffected. There are four steps that outline the way our bodies deal with the hepatitis B virus. In the first step, the body has just been infected, and the virus spreads to the liver where it infects liver cells and begins to replicate . During this time, there are no symptoms, because the immune response has not yet kicked in . If a blood test was given at this time, markers HBsAg, HBeAg, and anti-HBc would be detected . The second step begins when the immune system detects the viral proteins on the surface of the liver cells as foreign . At this point, the immune system would begin to attack these cells and hepatitis B symptoms would begin . In addition to the blood results of step 1, transaminase levels would also be increased . In step three, the immune system attacks all the infected cells and viral replication stops. Hepatitis has now ceased, and anti-HBe appears . The other markers, viral DNA, and increased transaminase levels are no longer detected. HBsAg, however, can be detected for several months to years after infection, because the liver is capable of producing the coat protein in absence of the actual virus . The patient no longer exhibits signs or symptoms. Next, HBsAg if no longer detectable, and anti-HBs is now present. This antibody protects the patient from any future infection from hepatitis B . The complete steps of viral interaction can last weeks, in the case of an acute infection, or many years, in the case of a chronic infection. The longevity of the disease depends on the person’s immune response to the virus . Hepatitis B is classified as chronic if the HBsAg marker remains in the blood for more than six months . The key virulence factor in hepatitis B is that “HBV can hide the surface antigen from the immune system, thereby maintaining chronic infection” . “90% of healthy adults who are infected with hepatitis B virus will recover and develop protective antibodies against future hepatitis B infections”. 90% of infants, however, and 50% of young children, will develop a chronic case of hepatitis B .

Health / Four Very Early Symtoms Of Stroke To Notice by honestprofits: 1:01am On Aug 28, 2017
What is stroke?

A stroke occurs when the blood supply to an area of the brain is cut off. The symptoms depend upon the region of the brain that is affected by the loss of blood supply and can include changes in sensation or motor control.

Symptoms of a stroke also depend on how much of the brain tissue is deprived of blood supply. For example, someone who had a mild stroke may experience temporary weakness of an arm or leg, but those with a more severe stroke may be permanently paralyzed on one side of their body or be unable to speak. If the blood supply is not quickly restored, either on its own or via medical treatment, the effects may be permanent.

A transient ischemic attack, or TIA, is sometimes referred to as a “mini-stroke.” With a TIA, the stroke symptoms occur but go away on their own.

Some people fully recover completely from strokes, but over 2/3 of stroke survivors are left with some type of disability.

What is FAST (recognizing stroke symptoms and signs early)?

Acting fast is critical if you suspect that someone may be having a stroke. Immediate treatment of a stroke can minimize long-term effects of the stroke and can even help reduce a person’s risk of death from stroke.

FAST is an acronym that can help you quickly recognize the warning signs and symptoms of stroke. You can even download a FAST app from the webpage of the American Stroke Association to help you remember these signs.
Double stem cell can help reverse paralysis / stroke . Click here to read more: www.phytosciencenigeria.com.ng, whatsapp tony 08084187162

What are FAST stroke symptoms and signs?

Use FAST to remember and recognize the following signs and symptoms of stroke:

F: Face drooping. Ask the person to smile, and see if one side is drooping. One side of the face may also be numb, and the smile may appear uneven.

A: Arm weakness. Ask the person to raise both arms. Is there weakness or numbness on one side? One arm drifting downward is a sign of one-sided arm weakness.

S: Speech difficulty. People having a stroke may slur their speech or have trouble speaking at all. Speech may be incomprehensible. Ask the person to repeat a simple sentence and look for any speech abnormality.

T: Time to call for help. If a person shows any of the symptoms above, even if the symptoms went away, call anyone around you and get the person to a hospital immediately.

Stem cells are building blocks that play important roles in cellular renewal and regeneration, but they become less potent over time. Fortunately, fruits and plants are sources of “universal cells” that can increase the longevity of our skin’s stem cells, renew dormant cells, repair damage, and regenerate healthy cells. They also defend against harmful ultraviolet, oxidative, and environmental stresses. You can google more on how stem cells can help to reverse stroke or paralysis

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a virus that causes the condition acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). The virus attacks a specific type of immune system cell in the body, known as CD4 helper lymphocyte cells. HIV destroys these cells, making it harder for your body to fight off other infections. When you have HIV, even a minor infection (like a cold) can be much more severe because your body has difficulty healing.

HIV is transmitted through contact with the following bodily fluids:

blood
breast milk
semen
vaginal fluid

The key virulence factor in hepatitis B is that “HBV can hide the surface antigen from the immune system, thereby maintaining chronic infection” (cool. “90% of healthy adults who are infected with hepatitis B virus will recover and develop protective antibodies against future hepatitis B infections” (2). 90% of infants, however, and 50% of young children, will develop a chronic case of hepatitis B

What Is the Immune System?

The immune system is an interactive network of organs, cells and proteins that protect the body from viruses and bacteria or any foreign substances. The immune system works to neutralize and remove pathogens like bacteria, viruses, parasites or fungi that enter the body, recognize and neutralize harmful substances from the environment, and fight against the body’s own cells that have changes due to an illness. (1)

The cells of the immune system originate in the bone marrow, then migrate to guard the peripheral tissues, circulating in the blood and in the specialized system of vessels called the lymphatic system.

When our immune system is working properly, we don’t even notice it. It’s when the performance of our immune system is compromised that we face illness. Underactivity of the immune system results in severe infections and tumors of immunodeficiency, while overactivity results in allergic and autoimmune diseases. (2)

For our body’s natural defenses to run smoothly, the immune system must be able to differentiate between “self” and “non-self” cells, organisms and substances. “Non-self” substances are called antigens, which includes the proteins on the surfaces of bacteria, fungi and viruses. When the cells of the immune system detect the presence of an antigen, the immune system recalls stored memories in order to quickly defend itself against known pathogens.

However, our own cells also have surface proteins, and it’s important that the immune system does not work against them. Normally, the immune system has already learned at an earlier stage to identify these cells proteins as “self,” but when it identifies its own body as “non-self,” this is called an autoimmune reaction. (3)

The amazing thing about the immune system is that it’s constantly adapting and learning so that the body can fight against bacteria or viruses that change over time. There are two parts of the immune system — our innate immune system works as a general defense against pathogens and our adaptive immune system targets very specific pathogens that the body has already has contact with. These two immune systems complement each other in any reaction to a pathogen or harmful substance. (4)

Immune Deficiency Diseases

An immune deficiency disease is when the immune system is missing one or more of its parts, and it reacts too slowly to a threat. Immune deficiency diseases can be caused by medications or illness, or it may be a genetic disorder, which is called primary immunodeficiency. (6)

Some immune deficiency diseases include severe combined immune deficiency, common variable immune deficiency, human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immune deficient syndrome (HIV/AIDS), drug-induced immune deficiency and graft versus host syndrome. All of these conditions are due to a severe impairment of the immune system, which leads to infections that are sometimes life-threatening.
Autoimmune Diseases

Autoimmune diseases cause your immune system to attack your own body’s cells and tissues in response to an unknown trigger. Autoimmune diseases have registered an alarming increase worldwide since the end of the Second World War, with more than 80 autoimmune disorders and increases in both the incidence and prevalence of these conditions.

Fifty million Americans are living with an autoimmune disease today, and for many of them, it’s hard to get an accurate diagnosis right away. In fact, it often takes about five years to receive a diagnosis because autoimmune disease symptoms are so disparate and vague. Examples of autoimmune diseases include rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, inflammatory bowel disease, multiple sclerosis, type 1 diabetes, psoriasis, Graves’ disease (overactive thyroid), Hashimoto’s disease (underactive thyroid) and vasculitis.

Treatment for autoimmune diseases typically focus on reducing the immune system’s activity, but your first line of defense should be addressing leaky gut and removing foods and factors that damage the gut. Several studies have shown that increased intestinal permeability is associated with several autoimmune diseases, and it appears to be involved in disease pathogenesis.

Health / F.A.S.T. Earliest Symptoms Of Paralysis Or Stroke And How To Reverse It 2017 by honestprofits: 12:09am On Aug 26, 2017

Health / Mom Says Stroke Was Triggered By Birth Control Pills- Sunnews.co.uk (pictures) by honestprofits: 10:15pm On Jul 25, 2017
A mom-of-two suffered a stroke after taking the contraceptive pill for just over a year, doctors believe.

Natalie Trickett suddenly collapsed and lost feeling on the right side of her face and her eyesight.

The 28-year-old was told by medics they believed her stroke was triggered by taking the Microgynon pill.

Natalie who was otherwise healthy, and competed in crossfit competitions, said: “Strokes are a potential risk of the Pill as they can lead to an increased risk of blood clots.

“Until you have been a victim of a stroke yourself, you don’t realise how real a risk it is.”

Natalie, who lives near Preston, said she first realised something was wrong when she started to lose the feeling in the right side of her face.

She then remembers not being able to feel her lips at all, and then began to hallucinate.

As she went downstairs to sort breakfast for her two sons and husband, Natalie collapsed.

Her mom took her to the GP, who told Natalie it was likely a migraine and sent her home with tablets and advising she went for an eye test.

But, during the test, an optician at Burnley Hospital spotted the mom-of-two had suffered a stroke.

Natalie, who is now 32, said: “I was so shocked, I panicked and fainted and it was all a bit of a blur.”

She claimed specialists at the Royal Blackburn Hospital told her they thought the stroke had been caused by the contraceptive pill.

Natalie, who is mom to sons Luke, nine and Logan eight, said: “I was taking the Microgynon contraceptive pill at the time and had been taking it for about a year.

“Strokes are a potential risk of the pill as they can lead to an increased risk of blood clots.

“There was no other reason for me suffering a stroke at such a young age.

“I don’t drink or smoke and they checked out my heart and everything was fine with that.”

Natalie said that apart from her peripheral vision, she has made a good recovery and considers herself very lucky.

She said: “I have blank spots in my vision and I can’t do things like play tennis any more because I can’t see the ball properly.

“I also had to re-do my driving test and was determined to pass it which I did.”

Natalie, who is a carer for her son Luke who has disabilities, is now hoping to go back to university to get a degree and become a teaching assistant.

She said she wants to make people aware that strokes are a real side effect of the contraceptive pill and about the devastating impact a stroke can make on your life.

She said: “I don’t think there is enough awareness or information about the side effects of the pill and how it can cause a stroke and what a stroke can do to your life.

“People assume strokes only happen to older people over the age of 50 and I probably thought the same before it happened to me.”

A Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency (MHRA) spokesperson said: “Women should continue to take their contraceptive pill.

“These are very safe, highly effective medicines for preventing unintended pregnancy and the benefits associated with their use far outweigh the risks.

“The safety of contraceptive pills has been reviewed at European level and the review confirmed that the risk of blood clots with all contraceptives is small.

“Prescribers and women should, however, be aware of the possible risk factors for blood clots and the key signs and symptoms.

“If women have questions, they should discuss them with their GP or contraceptive provider at their next routine appointment but should keep taking their contraceptive until they have done so.”

Health / Birth Control Pills Pose Significant Stroke Risk-loyola University-science News by honestprofits: 9:59pm On Jul 25, 2017
Birth control pills cause a small but significant increase in the risk of the most common type of stroke, according to a comprehensive report in the journal MedLink Neurology.

For healthy young women without any stroke risk factors, the risk of stroke associated with oral contraceptives is small. But in women with other stroke risk factors, “the risk seems higher and, in most cases, oral contraceptive use should be discouraged,” report co-authors Marisa McGinley, DO; Sarkis Morales-Vidal, MD; and Jose Biller, MD of Loyola University Medical Center and Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine.

Worldwide, more than 100 million women currently use oral contraceptives or have used them in the past. In the United States, there are about 40 brands of oral contraceptives and 21 brands of emergency contraceptive pills.

Strokes associated with oral contraceptives were first reported in 1962. Early versions of the pill contained doses of synthetic estrogen as high as 150 micrograms. Most birth control pills now contain as little as 20 to 35 micrograms. None contain more than 50 micrograms of synthetic estrogen.

Oral contraceptives increase the risk of ischemic strokes, which are caused by blood clots and account for about 85 percent of all strokes. In the general population, oral contraceptives do not appear to increase the risk of hemorrhagic strokes, which are caused by bleeding in the brain.

There are about 4.4 ischemic strokes for every 100,000 women of childbearing age. Birth control pills increase the risk 1.9 times, to 8.5 strokes per 100,000 women, according to a well-performed “meta-analysis” cited in the report. (A meta-analysis combines the results of multiple studies.) This is still a small risk; 24,000 women would have to take birth control pills to cause one additional stroke, according to the report.

But for women who take birth control pills and also smoke, have high blood pressure or have a history of migraine headaches, the stroke risk is significantly higher. Such women should be discouraged from using oral contraceptives, the report said.
Hormone replacement therapy with estrogen alone or combined with progesterone increases the risk of ischemic stroke by 40 percent; the higher the dose, the higher the risk, the report said.

The report is titled “Hormonal Contraception and Stroke.” It is an update of a report originally published in Medlink Neurology in 2003.

Health / What Is Haemorrhagic Stroke? by honestprofits: 4:21pm On Jul 25, 2017
Some strokes are due to bleeding in or around the brain. These are called haemorrhagic strokes.

Although they are not as common as ischaemic strokes (caused by a blockage), haemorrhagic strokes can be more serious.

Causes

A haemorrhagic stroke can happen when an artery inside your brain bursts causing bleeding within your brain. This is known as an intracerebral haemorrhage.

It can also happen because of bleeding on the surface of your brain. Your brain sits inside a cushion of membranes that protect it from your skull.

Between the layers of membrane is a space, which is filled with fluid. If blood vessels near the surface of the brain burst, blood can leak into this space. This known

as a subarachnoid haemorrhage.

Some of the things that can cause bleeding in and around your brain include:

High blood pressure, which is a contributing factor in around half of all strokes.

Cerebral amyloid angiopathy is a condition where a protein called amyloid builds up inside the blood vessels in the brain. This causes damage and makes your blood

vessels more likely to tear. This condition is more common among older people.

An aneurysm is a weak spot on an artery, where the walls have become thin and weak. This means that they can sometimes burst, especially if you have high blood

pressure. Some aneurysms are present from birth, but some things can make you more likely to develop one, including smoking, high blood pressure, and having a family

history of aneurysm.

Anticoagulant medication helps to prevent blood clots forming. If you have an irregular heartbeat (known as atrial fibrillation) it’s likely that you will be given

this type of medication to help reduce your risk of stroke. When you are on anticoagulant treatment you will be carefully monitored to reduce the chance of bleeding.

Illegal drugs, such as cocaine, can irritate blood vessel walls making them weaker and more likely to rupture.

Diagnosis
A stroke is a medical emergency and if you have any stroke symptoms you need to see a doctor immediately

The quicker your stroke is diagnosed and treated, the better your recovery will be.

A brain scan can show what type of stroke you have had.
A computed tomography (CT) scan or a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan help doctors find out whether a stroke was caused by bleeding or by a blockage.

If you have a subarachnoid haemorrhage then doctors may carry out a lumbar puncture. To do this they remove a small amount of the fluid that sits around your brain and

spinal cord, to see if any blood has leaked into it.
Treatment
If you have a haemorrhagic stroke you may need surgery to stop the bleeding, remove blood or relieve any pressure that has built up around your brain.

This is usually done with an operation called a craniotomy. This is when a surgeon cuts away a small piece of your skull so that he or she can get to your brain and

the cause of the bleeding.

Health / 4 Most Important Signs You Have Parkinson Disease(always Shaking) by honestprofits: 1:24pm On Jul 22, 2017
Parkinson’s disease causes problems with movement, cognitive problems, neurobehavioral problems, as well as sensory and sleep difficulties.

The signs and symptoms usually begin gradually, slowly and often randomly (in no set order).

Each sufferer will be affected differently, with a unique set of symptoms. Patients also tend to respond differently to treatment. Symptom severity also varies enormously.

Some patients may experience tremor (shaking) as their primary symptom, while others may not have tremors, but have balance problems. While the disease may develop slowly for some individuals, for others it progresses rapidly.
The four main signs and symptoms include slow physical movements (bradykinesia), shaking (tremor), muscle stiffness (rigidity) and postural instability (impaired balance and coordination). They are called the primary motor symptoms :
Primary motor symptoms: Bradykinesia (slowness of movement, slowed motion) - initiating movement, such as beginning to get up from a chair can become more difficult. The patient typically takes longer to carry out tasks. There is also a lack of coordination. The difficulty is not only with the execution of movement, but also with its planning and initiation.

Bradykinesia is often tolerated by elderly patients, who think they are entering normal milestones of aging - such patients may eventually be diagnosed with PD later on, when other signs and symptoms develop.

Resting tremor (shaking) - the characteristic shaking frequently starts in one hand, such as a back-and-forth rubbing of the thumb or forefinger (pill-rolling). Tremor may start in a foot or one side of the body, and less commonly in the jaw or face. Tremor is usually more likely to occur when that part of the body is resting - stress and/or anxiety may make the tremor more noticeable. However, substantial tremor is not always present in many patients.

Other conditions may include tremor as one of their symptoms, such as multiple sclerosis, encephalitis (inflammation of the brain), or alcoholism. The presence of tremor does not necessarily mean the individual has Parkinson’s disease.
According to the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation, USA, approximately 70% of people with Parkinson’s experience a slight tremor in the early stages.

Rigidity (muscle stiffness) - the muscles feel stiff. Doing some everyday tasks may be troublesome, such as getting out of a chair, rolling over in bed, using body language appropriately, or making fine finger movements.
Most commonly, stiffness occurs in the limbs and neck. It can be so severe that the range of movements is severely undermined. Sometimes there is pain.
Posture and balance - there may be instability when standing, or impaired balance and coordination. These symptoms, combined with bradykinesia significantly increase the risk of falling.

Lifestyle factors definitely make a difference in your sperm count and health. But it’s important to note that the sperm life cycle is 46 to 76 days. So whatever lifestyle changes you make will take two to three months to show in a semen analysis.
Below are some tips on how to increase your sperm count and quality for those considering being a donor. But first, let’s look at the semen test itself.
Sperm count
This is the number, or concentration, of overall sperm. Forty million to 300 million sperm per milliliter is considered normal. Counts below 10 million per milliliter are considered poor.
Motility (ability of sperm to swim): We test for two things: the number of healthy, active cells as a percentage of the total sperm cells, and the quality of the sperm movement.
Morphology (size and shape of sperm): A minimum of 30% of the sperm cells must be normal size and shape. Normal sperm have oval heads and long tails that work to propel semen forward in search of an egg to fertilize.
Total semen volume: A normal ejaculation includes about 2.0 milliliters. Low volume may indicate that the seminal vesicles are not creating enough fluid or that the ducts are blocked. A problem with the prostate gland can also cause low sperm volume.
How to increase sperm count
Healthy sperm is closely tied to your overall health. So the good news is that maintaining a healthy lifestyle also promotes healthy sperm. To increase your sperm count do the following:
Maintain a healthy body weight for your height. Obesity has been linked to lower sperm count and poor sperm motility.
Eat a healthy diet including getting the recommended daily allowance of fruits, vegetables, proteins, and grains.
Get regular exercise. You don’t have to be an Olympian, just get enough to stay fit. Exercise is also a great stress reliever. And since stress can contribute to low sperm counts, you can take care of two things at once by breaking a sweat on a regular basis. The one exception may be long distance bicycling. Some tests indicate that spending hours on a bike seat can damage sperm production, so check with your doctor if you’re an avid cyclist.
Some dietary supplements can help increase sperm count. Copious studies reveal connections between an increase in sperm count and minerals such as zinc and selenium, antioxidants such as Vitamin C and Vitamin E, and the amino acids L-carnitine (found in red meat and dairy) and L-arginine (found in nuts, eggs, and meat). Eating foods and taking supplements rich in these can help.
What to avoid to maintain healthy sperm
As stated above, lifestyle has everything to do with overall sperm health. So to have healthier sperm – and to live healthfully in general – avoid the following:
Don’t smoke.
Drink alcohol in moderation.
Avoid hot tubs because the heat can kill sperm cells. Since sperm are stored in your testicles outside of your body, they are especially vulnerable to heat.
Don’t wear tight underwear. Jockey or boxer shorts give your testicles enough room to remain cool, which promotes healthy sperm production.
Don’t use drugs. Along with putting you at risk for many health problems, drug use – and especially heavy marijuana use – is known to substantially decrease sperm count and sperm concentration.

Choose Iron-Rich Foods
An diet rich in iron that comes from vegetables and supplements may lower the risk of ovulatory infertility, according to results from The Nurses' Health Study II, which followed 18,500 female nurses trying to get pregnant. Ovulatory infertility is only one cause of infertility and affects 25 percent of infertile couples.
Vegetarian foods with iron include all types of beans, eggs, lentils, spinach, fortified cereals, long-grain enriched rice and whole grains. Add vitamin C from citrus fruits, bell peppers or berries to your meals to enhance iron absorption.
The "Fertility Diet"
Published by a team of Harvard researchers in 2007, the "Fertility Diet" study — with a book released in 2009 of the same name — found women with ovulatory infertility who followed this eating plan had a 66 percent lower risk of ovulatory infertility and a 27 percent reduced risk of infertility from other causes than women who didn't follow the diet closely.
Women following the "fertility diet" chose:
• Less trans fat and more monounsaturated fat (from foods such as avocados and olive oil)
• Less animal protein and more vegetable protein
• More high-fiber, low-glycemic carbohydrate-rich foods (including whole grains)
• More vegetarian sources of iron and fewer meat sources
• Multivitamins
• High-fat dairy instead of low-fat dairy
In general, eating more vegetables, eating healthy monounsaturated fats instead of saturated and trans fats, making at least half your grains whole, and getting enough calcium-rich foods — including dairy — will help you meet nutrient needs and promote a healthy weight.
Don't Forget Folic Acid
While it won't make you more fertile, it is crucial that women trying to conceive obtain 400 micrograms per day of folic acid from supplements (if considering taking any supplements, including folic acid, talk to your health care provider first) or foods such as dark leafy green vegetables and fortified grains. Folic acid is needed to prevent neural tube defects. The neural tube develops into the brain and spine three to four weeks after conception, before most women even realize they're pregnant.

I’ve pretty much dedicated the last 7 years of my life to making money online. Ever since I left my full time employment in July 2010 I’ve been on a mission to find the best ways of making money and during that time I’ve come across numerous scams, many of which I’ve exposed on this blog.

Today I’m going to share the biggest scams to avoid in 2017.

Before I start this post if you’re fed up of scams and want a real solution for making money go here (www.phytosciencenigeria.com.ng) and see my top recommendation for 2017.
1 – Binary Options

I want to make something very clear here. Binary options are a scam and there is literally no way for you to make money with them. Anyone telling you otherwise is either misinformed or most likely they have something to gain from you such as making an affiliate commission for referring you to a binary options broker, or selling you some kind of signal service. All the binary options scams that I expose on a regular basis like Nuvo Finance and Lazy Trader are pure crap and the people behind these scams make money by referring you to binary brokers. They don’t actually make their money from trading like they claim.
2 – Forex Trading

It’s not as bad as binary options and there are some good guys in the forex industry but there are so many crooks out there too who just want to steal your money. Especially since the binary options industry is dying it seems that forex is making a comeback in 2017 so be extremely careful. The good thing about forex trading though is that the brokers are generally not out to scam you like the binary ones are, as long as you sign up with a good broker like FXCM. That being said for a newbie I still don’t recommend forex trading because you need a substantial amount of capital in the first place to actually start making any good money. The only time I could recommend forex trading is when you have a mentor to follow who can actually help you make money. As for softwares and signal systems avoid them as they are scams.
3 – Loopholes

You should always avoid any systems that promote the use of a loophole to make money. Often websites selling you some kind of system will talk about a loophole but why would you ever want to build an income on a loophole, what happens if that loophole is plugged, then what will you do? If there are any systems suggesting you can profit from loopholes you should avoid them. I’ve already exposed numerous systems like this in 2017 such as Copy My Websites.
4 – Revenue Shares

Many revenue share programs have launched in recent years like GetMyAds and The Advert Platform. These are known as revenue share businesses because they claim to share advertising revenue with you. Unfortunately these are just ponzi schemes but they are dressed up to look more legitimate. Don’t fall for them as ultimately you will only end up losing money sooner or later when the whole scam collapses.
5 – Hosting Scams

It seems that hosting scams are making a comeback in 2017 and you should be careful. A few years ago before binary options started to get big many of the scammers who operate in the binary options niche now used to operate hosting scams. They would create a website claiming to be giving away all their most profitable websites for free and all you had to do was sign up to the hosting provider they recommend. The problem was the hosting was ridiculously expensive and the “profitable websites” never existed. The scammers simply wanted to sign you up to overpriced hosting so they could earn juicy affiliate commissions. Unfortunately in 2017 this scam has already started to make a comeback and I’ve already exposed systems using this like 700 Profit Club.

So there you have it, my top 5 biggest scams to avoid in 2017
