Hello everyone I have got n interview with Deloitte on Thursday, is there anyone with tips on how their interview process and questions is like?

I guess since we got d mail about it same time then the deadline should be same for all. Please someone should correct me if I'm wrong.

some people were called for final interview during the week. I guess if you didn't get the final interview invite then you weren't successful. It's just my guess Sha. I wasn't called also.

If u stay close to moloney street,u can walk through TBS(tafewa balewa square) to other side where there's blue BRT there is Keke going to Victoria island ( adeola odeku) tell them u want to to @civic tower Deloitte or still ask if u can see a Keke from obalende

The interview is in two stages.
Group exercise
Individual presentation

Group exercise: A group consists of 5 candidates, you guys are called into the interview room where you meet a panel of four. Proper introduction take place and you are debriefed on what to do. A case study is presented before the group with questions at the end. The group is to discuss and give solution to the case study in the presence of the panel. After discussion, the group is to appoint a person to present the outcome of their discussion. You are given 20 minutes to discuss after which one person presents.

Individual interview: A topic is given to a set of people individually and you are given 15 minutes to analyze the topic and a sheet of paper to hit down your points which you'll use for the presentation.

When it gets to your turn to present, you enter the same room,meet the same panel and start your presentation. You given 5 minutes to present. After presentation, you'll be asked questions and afterwards you'll be given a feedback on your performance and lapses. Then Au revoir.

In simple terms, it's just like your everyday assessment center exercise.

Ok i also did my managers interview today and be ready for scenario based questions like how do u handle pressure, how do u handle feedbacks especially negative, a scenario where u gave back to the community, a scenario where u gave an idea which was used by your team and other related work ethics questions. All the best to all who were successful and better days ahead to the other parties. Just be confident and have a good answer that you can defend especially with follow up questions. I pray i make it to the partners interview
