Software/Programmer Market / Re: I Need A Business Website by HopeDemocr: 11:20pm On Jun 26, 2011
Hello ojinkpo,
Its quite easy to create 7 pages of data and upload it to the net but the hard thing is how will your website help your business to grow? Your site should have functionalities that will attract visitors to your physical business place and make them want to buy your product.
For example, I am working on a fashion site that allows visitors to try out any available combination of clothes online with the total cost of the combination set shown. So u can select a top, choose the best pair of trousers to go with it, select the shoes you like and view the total cost of the set. You can then order or adjust the items to match your budget. I call the tool the "Dressing Manager" and it will help the business of the site owner. So depending on your business,a special functionality can be added to your site. Mail me via my site below if you are interested. Cheers!

That is a fantastic tool you got there. Could you send demo to me at belmarvel[at]gmail[dot]com.
Thanks
Politics / Re: Gej's Traffic Chaos Yesterday by HopeDemocr: 2:33am On Dec 24, 2010
This tradition is outdated. Any leader claiming to be a modern day saviour should drop practices that repeatedly create untold hardship to longsuffering members of the public who cannot enjoy basic amenities like uninterrupted electricity, primary healthcare and peaceful lifestyle.

Imagine the state of a stranded mother and helpless father whose only son requires urgent medical attention in a country where ambulances don't exist.
Most people don't recognise the overall cost to the nation each time the President operates in this outdated tradition. Is this Leadership?
Politics / Who Want's To Be A Political Leader? by HopeDemocr: 3:21am On Dec 22, 2010
Hello Everyone
Take a look around. Is there any Nigerian political leader who is calling for new leaders today? No. Not one. Why? They are not leaders. They are Rulers.

"Leadership is not about creating followers only. It's about creating other leaders. I'm at my finest as a leader when I have created an organization full of individuals who can exercise leadership in support of the common goals and objectives that we share." Nancy Greer

We believe you are the unacknowledged new leaders of Nigeria who will create other leaders tomorrow.

Growing up, our teachers counselled repeatedly, we were leaders of tomorrow. That day is here. Your country needs you in 2011.
Get ready to lead.

If you are ready to lead your community at any level, or unsure, don't delay.
Send me an email today.

Our website is almost ready but online registration is going on.

Career / Re: As Graduates Continue Roaming The Streets by HopeDemocr: 3:47am On Dec 10, 2010
WORK has changed.
The world is shrinking fast.
Unfortunately, we are yet to tap into the booming $500Billion Outsourcing industry.
I hear Ghana, Tanzania, Morocco and South Africa are cashing in already.

In my experience, I've worked in outsourcing in UK for over 10 years.
In all, I've engaged more than 50 Indians, 20 Filipinos and 5 US citizens during this period.
As we speak, 1 German, 3 US guys and 4 Filipinos are working for me. My corporate lawyer is based in India.

I know we have very talented and skilled Nigerians who can offer quality competitive services to the world but we need to be organised.
Service providers should also be trained and empowered.
At Hope Democratic Party, we are committed to transforming Nigeria into a major world IT Hub within a few short years. Seriously.

We can't achieve this major economy transforming vision alone, which is why we are calling on credible people to stand for elective offices at all levels during the 2011 elections on our platform.

You don't need to be rich to stand for office as councillor, LGA Chairman, State Assembly Member, etc, just be ready to organise your local area and win.
We can create millions of new jobs in 3-5 years. Work has changed. The world is now FLAT.

Your's truly

Politics / Re: Methodist Bishop Joins Abia Senatorial Race by HopeDemocr: 4:02am On Dec 08, 2010
In my opinion, the aspiration of the Mehodist Bishop portends well for Nigeria.
Let me explain.
If we want to see a greater nation emerge in our life time should we be canvassing for more righteousness in leadership or not?

You will agree with me that, we've had too many desperate outright looters rig elections into very sensitive offices for far too long.
Is this what we really need? No.
If we had more credible Nigerians in office, we would be a greater nation with more than enough food, adequate housing, functional hospitals to cater for our ever increasing population. But is that the case today?
It is projected we could be 213,000,000 by 2025 and 289,000,000 by 2050, in population.

I think we should over 350 righteous leaders, credible people, professionals and patriotic men and women in the National Assembly because they will most unlikely approve N10 million to N15 million monthly income for each member while minimum wage of N18,000 is a big issue.
I know some credible people are this forum.

As most posters have echoed, in 2011 we should present and vote for relatively clean, untainted people and more crucial, to register, vote and actually consider standing for elective offices.

At Hope Democratic Party,(HDP) we have a plan. We hope to field credible candidates in all local government areas during the 2011 elections. Also at the state and federal levels. Anyone can stand for elections on our platform and the best part is You don't have to be rich. Just be credible, bold and ready to work hard.
This is why.
For far too long politics has been hijacked by rich treasury looters. Not this time. This is your time. Our time.
You don't have to be rich. With proper organisation and the tools we have, you can win in your area.

HDP is backed by Nigerians at home and in diaspora.

Broadly speaking, we will promote the campaigns of all our candidates who must be ready to organising their people and communities starting NOW.
Like I said, I know there are credible candidates in this forum.
If you know any credible person who is well respected and upright in your area, encourage them to get involved and stand for office as a candidate.

This is a new day. We can't continue to permit the same grody things by the same depraved people and expect a better result.
Nigeria belongs to you to all of us. Let us stand for CHANGE by standing for election like the Methodist Bishop.
We need candidates of CHANGE at every level.
You don't have to be rich.
Our future is in our hands.

"Whether you think you can or think you can't, you are right."
“Courage is the discovery that you may not win, and trying when you know you can lose.”
“The greatest barrier to success is the fear of failure.”
“If you wait to do everything until you're sure it's right, you'll probably never do much of anything.”

Get ready to win the 2011 elections. You. Everyone of us must get ready to win the 2011 elections.
What will you do to win the 2011 elections for yourself? What do you want to do to win the 2011 elections?
HOPE HAS COME TO NIGERIA. BE THE CHANGE. RUN FOR OFFICE. FEAR NOT. JOIN HOPE!

Re: Are You Making Money On Twitter, Facebook, Etc?

Good question, my 2 cents
- we need local content- good quality tons of local content
- proper ict infrastructure
- reliable power source
- affordable access to reliable Internet connectivity
- acceptance by paypal and other international online payment systems

Mr Moderator Sir,
Could you please review your decision to delete the answer I provided to these crucial issues in the Job section.
I was building up the discussion before releasing some little known strategies to make full time income on Facebook and Twitter.
Granted, I was quite detailed, the whole point is that HDP wants to create an enviromment where our youths and seasoned professionals can tap into the $500 Billion Outsourcing industry.
There is a lot of useful information for our people, young and old, male and female, in that post because our focus is to create 1,000,000 millionaires in 3-4 years starting NOW.
Kindly review and restore the post.
Thanks. I appreciate your understanding.
I'm yours truly.

You sound like a Joomla expert. I might be interested in your services.

Why not use a fiverr clone script? It drastically reduces the time to market. There are a few good ones in the market place.
I'm a Presidential Aspirant of Hope Democratic Party.
We are the local and diaspora party of choice. Watch out for us. smiley
We are a completely technologically focused fledging group and our plans include making Nigeria a major IT hub in the world in order to create millions of jobs for our able bodied and gifted youths.
A local Fiverr.com will create thousands of new jobs in Nigeria. Go for it.
