@ Dunique - My brother your court date is really good compared to others, only two months after mine. So what did your refusal say? Are you refused on relationship, financial and accommodation is that the reason they are taking you to court?

@ Shelair - some of us have to use a solicitor our cases might be more severe than others?
Travel / Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Hopeforallone: 7:33pm On Jul 21, 2014
@ DUNIQUE - We will support each other through this, I won't be one of those people who just come on here get what they need and not come back and help others this is what life is about. Solicitor fee's when I spoke to him last is about £700. What is he charging you? Hang on in there.

@ As far as am concerned these people are unpredictable they treat every case different, if all of you remember shelair her 19th week was middle of May and she got referred to court in July. That is very quick. Now for sunnychic these people can not be serious with that date surely.

@ Dunique - have you received any news from the tribunal yet?
Travel / Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Hopeforallone: 6:47pm On Jul 21, 2014

Travel / Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Hopeforallone: 11:02am On Jul 16, 2014
All this was declared in the first application. Well we are going to court in September so they probably will not overturn it.

Thanks anyway

@ Justwise and Girlflo- according to paragraph 320 11 he falls under these statements -

providing false documents for work - employment
using an assumed identity or multiple identities;
illegal entry
overstayer

I believe this is what the ECM/ECO will present in court. Just confused and time is going quickly which is a good thing, should we get statements from friends and family?
Travel / Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Hopeforallone: 10:21pm On Jul 15, 2014
@ Justwise and Girlflo - My court date is set for early September and I am really anxious about going, my husband had a terrible history and this is the reason why they have taken it to court on paragraph 320 11. I know someone else is in the same situation on here but they have not been to court I don't think. Is it possible for them to grant the visa or could the judge refuse it or let it go to upper tribunal, even though they believe we have a genuine relationship, financial, accommodation and English request all met, but it's just the history, will the Judge punish me for what my husband did before we met? All this stress is not good, I can not bare being by myself anymore. Please advise me.

Please make sure you read the latest information and those making applications, please make sure you have met the financial requirement.

A Home Office spokesman said the judgment will mean that, from the 28 July, the 4,000 individuals whose applications are currently on hold, pending this judgment, will receive a decision: "These are cases [that] met all the requirements apart from the minimum income threshold and now stand to be refused," he said.

Those who do not meet the financial requirement of 18,600 am afraid your application will be refused after the 28th July. It will no longer be put on hold. This is terrible news. God have mercy on us.
