Please who has experienced something like this, someone I outbounded to bought my domain on Dan.

I have provided the auth code to Dan so buyer can initiate transfer but buyer is yet to do so for 3 days now.

I have reach out to Dan, they said they are on it and that buyer has UpTo 14 days to initiate the transfer.

Me I can't wait so I message buyer to inform him to do the transfer and if he needs any help doing it, he has read it but has not replied yet.

I don't even know what to do, I hope he initiates the transfer so I can transfer domain to him. Is this normal?

Its possible Dan has sent details but he hasnt checked his mail properly or he wants to play a fast one on you.

Maybe, just maybe, you should drop the price to $100 and do aggressive outbound this and next week. If you are able to sell, then use the money to buy geo domains that the geo has over 50k population at the very least.

Lololol. On first look, it looks very ridiculous. But, looking at it again, I realise a good number of names like this have sold. You might get lucky, but your chances would be higher if it were EmergencyPlumbersAustinTexas... Simply due to the way more population of Austin.
Anyway, when listing, do make sure the first letter of each word constituting the domain is capped.
