He gave out his mobile number as well as his Facebook username on the same thread. He gave some of the details of how things transpired..... Their respective ages, how they met..... etc.

It's not a matter of someone coming out to claim the story, the point I was trying to make is that if she sees this thread, she's certain to know who it is. And, of course, no one would expect her to come out and identify herself. What I was saying in effect is that, that would defeat his purpose of seeking advice, since she probably wouldn't want anything to do with him anymore. I hope you get what I'm driving at.
